I didn’t mean to imply anything. I understand the complexity and there definately needs to be more clarity on mints. Interesting possibilities though. Aligning assumptions on use cases for ecash, ie type of user, amounts, timeframes, would maybe be a good start before evaluating risks.

I do not think this should be a trading vehicle, thus I suppose each mint can make up their own rules. However down the line with a liquid derivatives market one could potentially manage a more sophisticated mint.
However answering to individuals need of a less volatile medium of exchange is a use case and should have a price. Thus the mint could simply transfer the exchange rate risk upon to the user, meaning if btc price moves, the cost of exiting would be upon the currency holder and the benefits equally goes to the mint for its longevity and sustainability.
BTC price down -> user gets entry amount of sats
BTC price up -> mint gets entry-exit sats.
A model like this would also give interesting possibilities for mints as revenue vehicles.

Looking ahead I do no longer see/expect a unified single global panopticon cbdc system. Or at least not for all. The system simply does not have the skillset to pull it off. There will be exits, loopholes and thriving pockets. Some will be lost, some will be free
A few years back I saw it differently. The power momentum was suffocating and the system came down on us with all they had.
However, I now believe freedom advocates, by responding on multiple fronts and standing their ground, significally have slowed down the oppression, turned division on itself, and even won some, energetically and in manifestations.
There will be multiple battles over generations to come, but the path to victory has been set, we will not lose. Nothing can beat standing in authenticity and longing for freedom and love, surrenderimg to the journey of the soul.

Sustains status quo, and thus holds generations in insecurity and bondage. Upholds norms for struggle, suffering and scarcity. Ends their own conflicts when it suits their purposes, by any means possible, including military intervention.
Pours infinite printed money on newly established and imposed corrupt bureaucracies. Rapidly raises technocratic living standards, creating a tier society in its unevenly distribution.
The perfect breading ground for the rise of the ahrimanic man, as defined by Rudolph Steiner. Dazzeled by the material realm, detached from nature, separated from spirituality, and posing as God, thus willingly sustains and perpetuates the imposed manufactured system.
A man-type which has been educated, formed and thrives in the west, always culturally and parasitically forced on to the rest of the world.
No matter on which level you are in the existing system, no matter what your intentions are, if your energy is geared towards these powers, you are contributing to the survival of these activities.
