You literally “talk with the turkeys” in their language. It is amazing.

I enter the woods in compete darkness around 5am. No lights; I walk deep into the woods by starlight. You appreciate life more under these conditions.

If it helps you. I poured my life into Bitcoin in 2020.
When SBF/FTX shit the bed, I remember laying on an air mattress in the attic space above my office while my wife and kids slept in a small camper outside.
My mind went dark. I thought to myself, “…what have I done to myself and my family?”
I was rife with raw fear, shame, and guilt.
Then, I reminded myself to go back to first principles. The macroeconomic fundamentals had not changed.
Fiat is theft. All fiat eventually fails. They will never stop printing US dollars.
At that moment I re-committed to going “all-in”. My internal voice kept repeating, “this too shall pass”. It did.
Now, as a family, we are way better off than ever before. Keep perspective.

As an aspiring #Bitcoin educator, I am witnessing what Arthur Schopenhauer's work reveals.
Per Schopenhauer, most people lack the cognitive ability (the intellectual architecture) to think independently (paraphrasing).
They simply cannot understand a topic regardless of how when you explain or position the evidence and your logical extension from the evidence.
So, they fall back on memorization and dogma to engage conversation based on what they “believe/feel”. You cannot change them. They must change themselves.
This ties into the Dunning Kruger Effect: “…the less competent a person is on a topic, the more confidence they assert/display their position.” Confidence without competence.
So for our sanity, we must recognize when we have reached the cognitive limit of the person we seek to “Orange Pill”.
Overcoming this obstacle , as it pertains to Bitcoin, is the next step if we hope to see mass adoption of Bitcoin.

My elderly stepfather passed away yesterday at 84.
This man was my first introduction to gold and silver.
I remember as a teenager, walking into a closet/safe filled with 5gal buckets of worn silver coins and small acrylic sleeves of 1oz gold South African Krugerrands. He was German. His father fled German.

As an aspiring #Bitcoin educator, I am learning a difficult, hidden lesson about the topic of “money” relative to people.
People feel reluctant to talk about money due to one of two fears:
Fear One: Embarrassment.
People do not want to discuss anything about money out of fear “they do not have enough”;
Fear 2: Risk of Loss.
People do not want to discuss anything about money out of fear “they have a lot of money and someone will take it”.
Overcoming these two fears will be essential to moving the World from the dysfunctional, fiat monetary system to a #Bitcoin-based monetary system.
