most people still have no idea about any of this or care much to be honest. It’s just slips out under the radar like no big deal and the rest of us have known for years and are waiting for someone to get arrested to make it all ‘real’ to the rest. I’m pretty much beyond reading about anymore because the big one we first learned about are just in a pile on a desk. They are all still free living a good life and sit and wait.

I was thinking the ‘oil’ industry is the same racket. I stood in the isle at the grocery looking at minimum $15 bottles of olive or avocado etc oils instead of the old ones we used to use and thought someone made up that crap about seed oils bad for you to push other more expensive ones.

we have known it was like this for a long long time. When the majority of voters work 9-5 and then at 5:30 are in line to vote and yet the race is ‘called’ by east coast talking heads your vote doesn’t matter. We recalled Newsome 2xs and had enough signatures for one of them that they said were invalid and we had to start over. Newsome was always snide and had a I’m not scared attitude because he knows they would fix it.

I don’t notice the taste much but for maybe a slight nutty flavor? Hard to describe. It is not oily tasting like you would think. Originally they put the butter and coconut oil and coffee in a blender. I’ll use a milk frother wand but it can make a mess if you don’t pay attention. Usually I just scoop a baby spoon of butter and stir until melted. It’s supposed to help with your hunger and satiate you.

Saturday are all the No Kings rallies all over the states. There is one in our town and San Diego expects huge crowds. Should we be worried about the midterms?? Will these people finally have their heads turned by events still to happen and show the awfulness of the Dems?? I’m really tired of the vitriol aimed at us. Oceanside beaches for this forecast. San Diego might be a few degrees cooler. 80’s at the beach is pretty warm. We leave inland for cooler temps at the beach but this isn’t much cooler.

we are inland about 45 mins from the coast. The beaches are coming in at mid to late summer temps. They usually have coastal fog half the day May through June. Here’s those temps.
