The thing's never getting built.
I hope the only reason he's being flexible about this is to mollify the separatists (including Ms. Smith) until a referendum return quiets the "seppies," at least for now.
I also believe he wants to show the world that we can produce and deliver what they need, even if it is fossil fuels. That bothers me to no end, but his vision of a new world order without the hegemons may take some uncomfortable adjustments.

I love the Cardinal. I was lucky enough to fly one for an hour with my instructor in the late '70s and compared to the 150, to me it was the difference between a Ferrari and a Chevette. I hope Summer's pal has good memories of that airplane as well.

Agreed. I wasn't too clear in my post I fear. I didn't mean you should stand down (and I'm happy you're not), I meant Poilievre should stand down from trying to force a commitment from the Liberals.
TMX, AFAIK, isn't being utilized enough to recoup the costs and here we are looking at another pipeline. I still don't think it will ever be built. Regardless, it's all madness.
