Here's how our fake reality is constructed.
I see a viral post with a video of a child playing with wolves. There are many such videos generated by AI. This one seems to be real, but for the sake of engagement I claim it is fake.
People start proving it's real. I confidently state that "I am an AI expert and a filmmaker with 25 years of experience".
I find a debatable detail in the video that casts shadow on the origin of the video.
People state it's real and post evidence.
I ask Grok. After deep analysis it replies that the video is real. I ask it to prove that the video is fake.
Grok analyzes again and draws a conclusion that the video is fake. And the most hilarious part is it lists an opinion of an "AI expert and a filmmaker with 25 years of experience" (me) as proof with the evidence I posted as a comment to the video.
I post Grok's reply to people who were saying the video is real and posting evidence. They change their mind and now believe it's fake.

THE PROBLEM THAT DESTROYS EVERYTHING
Pay attention, it may change your life.
Hunger is the most important mechanism that allows us to survive and progress. But when we eat junk-food we get full, not satiated. And we kill hunger with fake food. We deceive ourselves, our body, and evolution. This leads to very bad consequences.
There's hunger for life experiences too, and it's as important as hunger for food. Our brains and bodies crave interaction with reality — we are curious how the world works and what will happen if we experience things. But we hijacked this need too.
We kill curiosity with fake knowledge. We browse the Internet, experience fake reality and become satiated and bored. After this, we don't need to interact with the real world anymore. And it has the same effect as fake food — it destroys our lives.
This is the solution: Don't deceive yourself — stop consuming fake.
A nutritious meal is not the same thing as fake tasty garbage.
A real interaction with an interesting person isn't the same as meaningless arguments online.
A real date with a beautiful woman isn't the same thing as watching photos, videos, or chatting online with cam girls.
A real workout in the gym isn't the same thing as watching fit people shout motivational quotes.
A real trip to new places isn't the same thing as watching travel shows.
Stop wasting your life in a fake wonderland. Drop the safety excuse, go out and start experiencing real world.

Some people today act like mindless drones, unaware even of their own actions and thoughts. I’ve witnessed this many times, and the experiences were so strange that I wouldn’t have believed them myself if they hadn’t happened to me directly.
One example was in a printing house while a guy was making my logos for T-shirts. I asked him if he was into self-improvement and a healthy lifestyle. He said no, he just lives normally, doesn’t do sports, and doesn’t eat healthy. I then asked if he had ever tried fasting, and he said no, never. But when I started telling him my own story and explaining the Warrior’s Path — which includes training, fasting, and self-improvement — he suddenly interrupted, claiming that he actually eats healthy, trains, and even tried fasting before, and he was using the exact phrases I was saying to him. Just minutes earlier, he had said the complete opposite.
Another story happened in the gym. I kept noticing a beautiful girl who always trained with boxing gloves, hitting the bag every single time we were in the gym together. For weeks, I saw her do the same routine — stretching and then hitting the bag for at least 15 minutes, then yoga, never doing any other exercises. One day, I approached her when she just came to the gym and mentioned that I thought she was preparing for a fight or competition since she was always at the bag and that boxing and yoga are an explosive combination. She told me she had never trained boxing and had never hit the bag at all, and that she doesn't do yoga either. After a short chat, I took her contact and went back to lifting weights. A little later, I saw her go straight to the boxing bag, put on gloves, and start hitting it again — exactly what she had denied doing. After a few minutes, she stopped, left the gloves, and came close to me and started doing yoga. She came so close to me and the location was so inappropriate for yoga that it surely was not a coincidence.
These situations left me surprised and thinking about them for a long time. They showed me how disconnected some people are from their own words, actions, and reality — often contradicting themselves within minutes without even noticing.

Fasting is like lifting weights at the gym. You stress your body, then rest and recover, growing stronger and more resilient. The harder you push, the more you gain. But it's important to do it gradually. You don't go to the gym and suddenly lift 500 kg. You increase the weight slowly. Similarly, don’t attempt a 20-day fast out of nowhere. Gradually work your way into longer fasts.
And, of course, as with anything, there’s a point of diminishing returns. Most people don’t need 20-day fasts to improve their health — it's more likely to cause harm. A week or two occasionally can be the ideal length to maximize benefits.
