I've tried to get it to work multiple times but it just doesn't, for me, at least. After completing the install of Xfce, there's no display manager (I've tried both options) and there's no desktop. When I watch a video from the FreeBSD Foundation on the installer, it seems to work flawlessly for them. I think this is supposed to be built-in to 15.2 when released. I am seeing the sluggishness/slowdown on all browsers. After about 10 or 15 minutes, my feed becomes unresponsive. If I restart my browser, it's usually okay for about another 10 or 15 minutes. And out of those 30 years, I've been running Debian for the past 20. But since their decision to use AI or not is still "up in the air", I've been testing distributions that are vocally against AI usage, just in case I have to make the switch. For the past week, I've been running @npub16nm…cc46 on an extra desktop. And yes, before any of you reply, all Linux distributions are now tainted by the Linux kernel (thanks, Torvalds), but the elementary team have been vocally against any other AI usage and I really respect this.
