Ich mag Nostr, sehr. Aber es fällt mir tatsächlich gar nicht so leicht, rein zu kommen. Interessante Accounts zu finden, denen man folgen kann oder mit denen man interessant interagieren kann. Klingt blöd, I know, aber die Abwesenheit von algorithmischen Vorschlägen für nur Accounts, etc. überfordert mich noch.

Heute zum ersten Mal @RUNSTR getestet. Leider weicht die gemssene Strecke extrem von der Messung meiner Uhr ab. 17,4km statt 20,9km... Das ist so kaum brauchbar. On nostr, what makes more sense: writing notes in my native German to help grow the German-speaking community, or sticking to English since reach is bigger and almost everyone understands it anyway? Running two profiles is not an option. Thoughts?

Been using #Freeletics for a few weeks now and I’m honestly impressed. Core work & stretching were way too neglected in my Ironman prep. Should’ve tried this ages ago! 🙌
Super flexible (time & place), no gear needed, varied workouts, and perfect when gym time just isn’t realistic (kids + run training, you know…). Give it a shot!

Nutze jetzt seit einigen Wochen #Freeletics und bin ehrlich begeistert. Vor allem Core-Übungen und Dehnen habe ich während meiner Vorbereitung auf den Ironman viel zu sehr vernachlässigt. Hätte viel früher Freeleticas testen sollen. Also an alle die bisserl was für ihren Körper machen wollen: Probiert's aus! Super anpassbar an die verfügbare Zeit, keine Geräte notwendig, Trainings abwechslungsreich und man muss sich keine Gedanken machen... Und es geht immer und überall - mit Kindern und Lauftraining kann man einfach nicht auch noch regelmäßig ins Fitnessstudio gehen...

Jep, genau so. Habeck zu kritisieren ist vollkommen legitim. Seine Familie hat da nix damit zu tun. Daher ist auch der "Wunsch" Habecks legitim. Inszenierung als Opfer kann ich bei Habeck oft erkennen. In diesem Kontext aber nicht. Er inszeniert seine Familie als Opfer und die ist es in dem Kontext auch.
