Yeh I also kind of agree with this. Milk is designed for baby cows/bulls. Seems kind of counterintuitive for human consumption.
But saying that my grandpa is a dairy farmer he’s 91 years old and still wakes up every morning to milk the cows.
He drinks a lot of milk, he says it’s helps his bones stay strong. But I believe he just drinks pasteurised milk.

I used to do protein shakes in my college days. They are great but you have to be careful. I do remember increasing strength when I first started doing creatine. I found myself just getting fat drinking protein shakes every day.
Being liquid makes it easy to get your protein intake fast and conveniently.
I am in the position where I can afford to eat beef so I believe that better. In college I drank protein shakes because I could barely afford chicken lol for dinner.

I have always been very lean but lanky so i only need to eat an extra maybe 500 calories a day to put on weight.
I don’t really track calories though. I just aim for 200 g of protein. I usually get that from eating 2-3x meals of beef sausages, steak, ground beef.
I might add some carbs like a sandwich or a sugar treat if I feel like I’m still hungry or not eaten enough.
I guess my approach is more just eat lots of beef til I can’t anymore then listen to my body.

#day9 update:
More steak and more gainz. Feeling achy this morning but went to gym anyways. Now I just feel pain all over. I am in good spirits though. Already seeing progress which is a good sign imo. #day8 #week2 update:
My digestive system finally caught up with my new overconsuming eating habits resulting in constipation 💩 😂. Anyways, feeling good otherwise. I am up 2 kg since I started last week. Today is my recovery day.
Will be back to gym tomorrow morning.
Decided to set my workouts every 2 days. So I get 3x or 4x workouts every other week. Enough time for me to recover from heavy sessions and target every muscle group at least 2x week. I am currently 81 kgs. I will stick to this programme til the end of March hopefully reach 190+ lbs ~ 86+ kgs by then will cut from April to June. Summer bod ready by July. 🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♂️
Main goal is to be prepared for the bitcoin super cycle. #note17p3…dayp

That’s fair. I didn’t think of this.
I just use Apple health app which comes with step counter. But yeh Apple probably has all my data so yeh I’m fucked I guess. Nothing I can really do though except switch to a Linux phone.

Had a ☕️ black coffee then went to the #gymstr for my 4th full body weight training. Feeling pumped 💪. Now time eat some ground bison meat and some beef liver. I rarely drink nowadays. Only when I do it’s on special occasion with my family or friend reunion. I only had two heavy drinking sessions in 2023. One was going to an ice hockey game. The other was my friends birthday and we ended up drinking whiskey at a fancy bar all night (broke the bank). 😂

The key is to not over obsessed with your diet. I used to do this. It’s okay to treat yourself and cheat once a week. Just as long as you can control yourself and not got overboard.

Yeh I think the bible is right view on pork. It’s not optimal for humans. I used to eat bacon and pepperoni all the time. But now I have cut it out my skin and energy levels are much higher.

I basically eat 80% beef and 20% I eat whatever I crave as a treat.
I feel great.
I found pork, chicken and fish to not be optimal for some reason.
I now love grass fed beef, steaks, ground beef, beef sausages and beef liver.
