Well for India it seems it would be across the Pacific -> US -> Europe
For the Gulf States, what friendly country would they invest in running cables through?

I spent a summer in the boundary waters of Minnesota at a field camp.
I had military grade DEET. It broke open in my pack and dissolved my compass.
I was more careful with Permethrin since it’s toxic.
Usually around my clothed legs for ticks.
It’s been a while but since you are in a fixed location there are CO2 based mosquito traps.
Mosquitoes are attracted to CO2, warmth and things in our sweat.
UV traps just fry everything.
