We are slowly putting it up. It was a used custom built one. I’m not the best builder, it’s not super square or level. My bud Rock helped us the the hoops in. Other than that me and my wife slowly doing it.
It’s 30’x36’
We are framing it out now in a ‘unique’ way.

Last night we made pizzas with them.

2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon on salt
Mix, it might get weird, seem to dry then to wet, you can add flour if too wet. You’re just gonna knead it a bit until it’s not sticky.
Then tear it into 6 balls of equal size.
Flour a cutting board
You’ll need a lot of flour
After each piece
Use a rolling pin or something comparable to get the balls flat and wide. Looking for them to be a 1/4 inch or thinner.
Heat a skillet to medium to low heat
Add some oil, butter or @npub1n88…teq3
And cook each piece for about two minutes on each side

Whole Wheat Bread
🌾 🍞
No Knead
Recipe:
4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 teaspoons yeast
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
2.5 cups warm water
Mix…..Let rise in a warm place.
Preheat oven to 450 with a Dutch oven inside.
Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on.
Bake for 7-10 minutes with the lid off.
I do it on parchment paper.

Idk if it’s good, but it looks like bread and you literally touch things for 5 minutes. Costs less than $2 a loaf.

Hassle backed- the chopsticks stop your knife from slicing all the way through and you can pick it up like an accordion to rub the spices and garlic inside.

Butternut- Halved
Hasslebacked- set chopsticks on either side of the squash
Coat with oil, salt , pepper, herbs
Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until some caramelization occurs.
I served it with quinoa.
