is anyone's daily living experience notably improved now that just about every app, shopping site, new phones, OSes etc all have "AI" built into them?
For me personally, not improved in any way that I can discern and made worse in a few that spring to mind. I'm not adding explosions to tiktok videos and bad cartoons of my friends though so maybe i'm the outlier.

63 bucks a month for local calls only, they certainly have it priced to make you want to ditch it if its viable.
I know a couple seniors that keep theirs going for emergency purposes & actually have had occasion to use it in the last couple years.

would like those CEOs to have to navigate some phone ext tree while kids scream in the background. "I'm sorry I didn't get that". "Speak your 17 digit account number followed by the" "i'm sorry I didn't get that". Five minutes of that followed by talking to a human for a minute that solves your problem immediately.
I'm sure those demo spectacularly in a quiet boardroom, either that or they just dgaf how infuriating they are to interact with.
