We replaced the huge sliding windows in the living room which opened onto the carport with a single double-glazed frosted panel which now looks a lot like a huge Lightbox.
To mitigate that effect, we ordered window film from DizzyDuck Designs in the UK, and the result is fabulous :) There was enough left over to put on two double glazed doors we also had installed. I didn't want curtains because that room is so dark
