I’ll take 72 of the cloves off the bulbs and plant them in late October after the first frost for next year. I use a lot of it as my cold and flu remedy. Cut up into chunks along with ginger, cover with raw honey and shake it once in a while. If I get sick I’ll start eating the chunks of garlic and ginger. It’s my go to and it works. The honey will darken with time but it never goes bad just gets better.
