This is apparently the artist who made the mask in 2017.
It's a project called "Surveillance Exclusion" by Dutch designer Jip van Leeuwenstein.

A Bombardier Challenger 300 (tail N888KG) linked to Utah entrepreneur Derek Maxfield did leave Provo Airport about an hour after Charlie Kirk was assassinated, flew to Page, AZ, briefly dropped off public trackers near that non-towered airport, then flew back to Provo. That part’s real. But there’s no credible evidence the flight was used in the crime or that its crew “illegally” killed tracking; Maxfield says the first leg carried no passengers and the brief tracking gap is consistent with standard ops/privacy and coverage quirks. Maxfield’s family foundation has donated to Chabad Lubavitch of Utah (that’s in a public IRS filing). The viral post stitches true facts into an insinuation, but nothing ties the jet to the shooter based on what mainstream outlets and the FAA record show.
Ownership: FAA shows N888KG LLC (Lehi, UT) as the registrant; PEOPLE reported the registration address matches Maxfield’s company (Maxfield himself posted that the plane belongs to “one of our companies”).

Ah - CapCut exists there too. I haven't used the mobile version though, but I bet some of the same features are there.
