My app was rejected because it used codes to download content that customers purchased in retail stores. Apple DESTROYS innovation and locks out small devs. They are fucking evil. They even limit functionality of PWAs in Safari mobile browsers to force devs to build apps so they can bend you over in their App Store. You can’t hate that company enough.

The one where Israel infiltrated an industry’s supply chain to carry out a sophisticated attack in which beepers were weaponized and distributed to people who never considered that a commercial device from a reputable company could contain something that could kill them. Anything that pushes Bitcoin towards a centralized monetary outcome will lead us right back to where we are now. If you don’t see how centralized fiat systems have obliterated our freedom I don’t know what to tell you. Bitcoin represents the one and only potential escape. Any change to the protocol that nudges it towards centralized control should be opposed. Enabling more data storage means fewer people will have the resources to run full nodes. That moves the protocol away from normal people and towards institutions. If that’s what you want fine. I don’t.

So then why increase the limit? Tell me how that change improved Bitcoin’s monetary properties? You can dance around the issue all you want, but the rest of us understand what Core is up to. You clearly don’t store your savings in Bitcoin, otherwise you would be rejecting non-monetary properties as well.

What is hard to understand? Core increased it from 83 to 100,000 bytes. Bitcoin did not and does not need that to function as money. Database features need that. If you expect people to put their life savings into Bitcoin and then change it from pure money to some version of Ethereum, you have no idea how much anger you will unleash.
