What looks like red strip lights on the tarp is just the reflection from my red headlamp.
If the light is white the reflection is also white.
I put reflective ribbon all around the perimeter.
I made the hammock, it’s my third one and ive already though of a few minor improvements

yah I was dry, all the wetness was from snow melting from the tops of trees, so it wasn’t like rain exactly.
I have good down quilts and have spent a lot of time testing and modifying my hammock sleep system

I daily drive a single cab truck with an 8’ bed.
