Tem gente que gosta de ter independência na decoração, fachada etc, pra esses acho válido comprar casa, a título de consumo. Quem não se importa com essas coisas, aluguel. O mesmo para carros.
Todo o resto do patrimônio deve ser alocado em Bitcoin, em custódia própria, a qual a pessoa pode levar consigo para o exterior quando decidir que deu de bostil.
O que leva à outro ponto: invista em conseguir outros passaportes!
