U dont know what metrics our bot uses to determine if an account is inactive, and u have no reason to think all those accounts are used
I know almost none of the accounts were regularly used bc it often takes more than a week for them to notice their account was deactivated, and thats just the rare few who even noticed at all and hadnt abandoned the account entirely
