In einigen Jahren werden die Leute Bitcoin nutzen ohne es zu wissen was für ein Payment Protokoll drunter läuft. Kein Endanwender schert sich heute auch um das Aushandeln der Cypher Suiten aber alle nutzen TLS. Die Endanwender müssen nicht alle Schichten des ISO/OSI kapieren und verstehen. Bitcoin muss peu a peu so in die Anwendung als Layer und Prozesse integriert werden, dass es transparent ist und einfach funktioniert.
