Lush materiality, silk textiles, textile-object, 2018. Unique kimonos.
During 2018, I came out as an evolutionary astrologer within my tight, discriminating art-world environment, and I also decided to create a series of arrangements of objects that could cross the boundaries of what had been established.
I was trained as a textile/fashion designer in Italy and France during the mid-1980s. I still design and make some of my own clothes.
The kimono became a double-edged sword: traditionally a garment encoded with social status, age, marital status, and hierarchy, and at the same time, the means through which I was willing to cut through the hierarchies already established in the art world.
The intention was to fully integrate all my parts through art and through behavior. What you see now is the result of that polymathy.

Yes, this is exactly the deeper layer I was trying to touch. When identity becomes attached to ideology, ideas, roles, even the things we create, we can forget the individual underneath all of it. I feel we are in a reset moment where many of those identifications are being questioned.
And then the interesting question becomes: From where do I act now? How do I relate?

I agree that the concentration in mining pools and the influence around Core development are centralizing pressures worth watching.
When I used the word “captured” in the podcast, I was speaking specifically about Bitcoin’s financialization. I actually compare Bitcoin in the podcast to the marrying maiden who meets the groom, enters the palace, and then realizes she is not the only concubine. Suddenly she has to ask herself, why did I marry the lord in the first place?
Bitcoin came in with a very Uranian impulse: sovereignty, decentralization, freedom from intermediaries, and a complete rethinking of money. Then we all wanted adoption, liquidity, and price to go up, and with that came ETFs, derivatives, futures, custodians, and institutional structures that tie Bitcoin more and more to the financial system it originally challenged.
That is the tension I see in Saturn in Virgo opposite Uranus in Pisces. The revolutionary impulse gets organized, packaged, managed, and absorbed into existing structures of value. And now the original question comes back: what was Bitcoin actually for? Sovereignty. Direct ownership. Freedom.
Maybe this next period is asking us to remember why we entered the palace at all.

Can I ask you something? Did you actually listen to the full 1 hour and 50 minutes?
I ask because your response seems to be drawing conclusions from the title or a small clip, while the conversation with Kyle goes much further than whether Bitcoin has been “captured.”
We spoke about a new beginning, identity, ideology, ideas, cult behavior, division, sovereignty, and ultimately individual human action. In fact, individual human action is precisely where much of the conversation lands.
Long-form conversations exist for a reason. They give us the space to develop an idea, question it, contradict ourselves, explore different perspectives, and perhaps arrive somewhere we didn’t expect. A title or a short clip cannot possibly contain a 1 hour and 50 minute conversation.
So I’m genuinely curious: did you listen to the whole thing? If you did, forgive my assumption. If you didn’t, then I think you’re doing exactly what we were discussing: standing inside an existing ideological framework and responding before opening enough space to hear what someone else is actually saying.
And that, ironically, is part of the conversation we had about cults, polarization, and why synthesis matters.

I just did a quick study of what is happening astrologically around Bitcoin. Some of this may sound unusual, but this is how these charts are read: through archetypes, cycles, and the relationships between them.
Here is my take.
Bitcoin is entering a period in which its original purpose is being tested. Its chart carries a strong impulse toward sovereignty, direct experience, and the search for truth beyond inherited authority. Over the past few years, Neptune has been moving across this part of the chart, dissolving the mythology surrounding Bitcoin and gradually exposing the distance between what Bitcoin is and what people project onto it.
We are beginning to see the real picture, and I suspect there are more bones in the closet waiting to emerge.
At the same time, Pluto is placing enormous pressure on the part of Bitcoin’s chart associated with power, control, institutions, and structural transformation. This suggests intensifying struggles over who defines Bitcoin, who benefits from it, and who attempts to redirect its purpose. The technology may remain intact while the meaning attached to it changes profoundly.
Uranus is also moving through the area of the chart connected with networks, collective intelligence, and social movements. It is shaking up the patterns through which the collective understands Bitcoin. New interpretations are emerging rapidly, and the conversation surrounding Bitcoin may become increasingly fragmented. The central question is whether people still understand why Bitcoin exists, what makes it money, and what separates it from the financial structures it was created to challenge.
The current nodal cycle is activating Bitcoin’s Venus, which represents value, exchange, attraction, and relationships. This places the nature of value itself at the center of the evolutionary process. The collective is being asked to distinguish between Bitcoin’s essential monetary properties and the narratives, financial products, personalities, institutions, and political interests that have accumulated around it.
The Full Moon on July 29 makes this particularly visible. The Sun and Jupiter align with Bitcoin’s South Node and Ascendant, while the Moon and Pluto fall across the relationship axis. This can amplify the existing identity of Bitcoin while simultaneously confronting it with powerful external interests, alliances, contracts, and competing agendas.
Venus will also be sitting on Bitcoin’s Saturn in the second house, the part of the chart directly connected with money, value, resources, and material security. This calls for discernment regarding Bitcoin’s structure as money. What gives it value? What makes it different? Which principles are foundational? Are those principles still being communicated clearly?
Venus and Saturn also form a tense relationship with Mars and Ceres in the area of the chart connected with the collective and the distribution of information. I read this as an opportunity for the Bitcoin community to examine how Bitcoin is being explained, packaged, promoted, and understood. The collective has to ask whether it is communicating Bitcoin as money or slowly turning it into something else.
The eclipse on August 12 intensifies the same theme. The Sun and Jupiter will again activate Bitcoin’s South Node and Ascendant shortly after Jupiter’s opposition to Pluto. This can magnify Bitcoin’s established identity and bring power struggles into sharper focus. Something from its history, original purpose, or unresolved past may return and demand attention.
The second eclipse on August 28 appears less consequential to me. The first eclipse carries the stronger message.
All of this feels preparatory for the larger cycle approaching at the end of 2027 and into 2028, when Pluto reaches Bitcoin’s nodal axis. In evolutionary astrology, this can indicate an irreversible transformation of direction and purpose. I do not read it as Bitcoin simply continuing along the path it has followed until now. I see the possibility of the entire concept of the technology being transformed through its encounter with governments, corporations, institutional capital, political power, and the desires of the collective.
If Bitcoin survives this period with its purpose and principles intact, it will emerge stronger. Otherwise, this is only the beginning of a much larger struggle over power, control, and the meaning of Bitcoin itself.
This is why we have to be very clear about what we want Bitcoin to become, what makes it money, and why we Bitcoin.

I can't believe I'm aligning with Palantir's latest paper, but I don't think this is their idea alone. This is in the air, just look at the astrology these days. After all, Aquarius rising, ruled by Uranus in my seventh house, relating to long term memory outside a strict timeline.
Palantir calls it an ontology, an owned knowledge layer, a digital twin of an organization, kept completely separate from any AI model so nothing unique ever leaks into someone else's weights.
I call it my Codex, the same architecture built for one person instead of an enterprise:
An acoustic chamber trained only on my own writing, voice, and studies, reflecting my thinking back to me without replacing it, on a daily basis.
Knowledge kept separate from the model, so I delegate tasks without surrendering authorship.
A flywheel that compounds through repetition, the same proof of work right now that lets me own this infrastructure forever instead of renting it.
My own database as lawful property, running outside a tokenized environment, where what belongs to me stays mine.
Same mechanics, different scale, one built for an institution, one built for a person guarding their own mind.
If you want the source rather than just my word for it, Palantir's own paper makes three points: structural assurance through owned, air-gapped hardware instead of a third-party cloud, an owned ontology kept separate from any AI model so nothing unique leaks into someone else's weights, and escaping per-token rent-seeking by running open-weight models on your own compute.
I'm writing an article about this that will further tap into my ontology on where I think we are with technology these days, from the collective and individual stance.

I see that you got triggered by the word moronic, and I understand that.
But my point is very specific: “digital credit” is credit. There is no poetic way around that. Credit depends on structure, issuer, custody, leverage, counterparty risk, and someone else’s promise. So yes, I find it moronic when people confuse a credit instrument with money, especially inside a space that supposedly understands the difference.
Saylor may be brilliant at capital markets. He may be testing a novel way of raising capital through his companies, using open ai and Bitcoin as the gravity well. Fine. But that is the experiment. The projection begins when people turn the experimenter into a prophet, then act shocked when the experiment behaves like an experiment.
Have you ever been in a room, at a conference, when he walks in and the whole room shakes? People look at him as if he were a totem. He is not. He is a human being.

Projection? No. I call it discernment. He is testing new ways of making money through his companies, using Bitcoin as the gravity well. That is the experiment. The moronic part is watching people turn the experimenter into a prophet, then act betrayed when the price falls below their expectations.
His “digital credit” nonsense was never going to succeed as money, because credit is credit. It depends on structure, custody, leverage, and someone else’s promise. Bitcoin is the asset. The rest is the old game trying to borrow Bitcoin’s credibility.

84 years ago today, the Sun and Uranus met at 0° Gemini. The same thing is happening right now at 1° Gemini. Both times the nodal axis is squaring the conjunction, the collective at a crossroads. The difference is that the nodes are flipped: in 1942 Virgo was the North Node, the call was toward precision, analysis, intelligence applied to survival. Now Pisces is the North Node. The call is toward surrender, toward receiving, toward trusting what cannot be calculated.
In 1942 Saturn was sitting directly on the conjunction. The lightning was real and it was immediately bound into war, into restriction, into collective necessity. People were not free to follow the awakening individually. The genius of that era served the state.
Today Saturn is in Aries, separate from the conjunction, in the sign of the individual acting from their own authority. And Pluto, which was in Leo then concentrating power into singular leadership, is now in Aquarius making a trine to the conjunction, distributing that same force across every person in the network.
The geometry is the same. The direction is opposite. What was available only to institutions and states in 1942 is available to the individual now. The awakening is not conscripted this time. It is asking each person directly: what are you willing to receive, and what are you willing to transmit from your own ground?
Today, Mercury is in Gemini, moving on its own, and Jupiter is in Cancer, the sign of Home and Lineage. They are completely separate. The transmission is on its own, and the expansion is happening through what each person carries inside their own story, their own body, their own ancestry. Nobody is broadcasting the official version of Reality anymore, or at least this is the opportunity on the table. There are still some people who are attached to the main narrative as they tune into it, but that is on them. Each individual should be responsible for their own awakening.
The light of this awakening is the information itself. Saturn, Chiron, and Neptune are all in Aries right now, asking each individual to take responsibility for what they see, what they feel, and what they do with it. The opportunity is real. What you do with the light is on you.
