A judge rejected one of the 14 grounds of Sandie Peggie's appeal against the landmark employment tribunal judgment, with her legal team set to challenge the decision.
In a statement released on Friday morning, her team said: "Due to significant public and media interest in her appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) against the judgment of an employment tribunal dated 8th December 2025, Sandie Peggie has authorised her legal team to publish a copy of her Notice of Appeal dated 19th January 2026 (NOA). The NOA 1 will be available on Tribunal Tweets' Substack from 12 noon on Friday 28th August 2026. "Mrs Peggie's NOA contains 14 grounds of appeal (GOA). On 30th July 2026, His Honour Judge James Tayler decided that there were reasonable grounds for bringing 13 of the GOA, ordering that these should proceed to a full hearing. His Honour Judge Tayler considered that there were no reasonable grounds for bringing one of the GOA, GOA 13.
"Mrs Peggie has now instructed her legal team to challenge His Honour Judge Tayler's decision to reject GOA 13 and to request a Rule 3 (10) hearing. The Rule 3 (10) hearing is expected to take place before the full hearing next year." The 14 grounds are published below, and GOA 13 relates to the "appearance of bias and/or failure properly to discharge the judicial function". No matter the outcome of this challenge, the full appeal is set to go ahead in the first half of 2027.

A man has appeared in court after being charged in connection with the sexual assault of two girls in Kenilworth. Ahmad Hania was detained after police were called on Monday evening to a hotel in the town where they located both victims.
Hania, of King Edward Road in Nuneaton, was arrested that night at his home and has been charged with a series of sexual offences, Warwickshire Police said.
The Syrian national appeared at Coventry Magistrates' Court on Tuesday morning and was remanded in custody. He is next due to appear at Warwick Crown Court on 17 September. He has been charged with sexual assault on a female, one count of engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a girl under the age of 16 and one count of engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with a girl under the age of 16.

STATEMENT: The Committee for Academic Freedom (CAF) was troubled to see academics smeared from the stage at last night’s vigil for Jason Arday in Trafalgar Square. As reported by several national media outlets, Diane Abbott MP claimed that “other professors” had waged a three-year “vicious campaign” against Arday because they “just didn’t believe that a black man should be a Cambridge professor”. That is a serious, categorical imputation of racist motive, and those familiar with the controversy could reasonably have understood Abbott’s remarks as referring to a small, identifiable group of academics known to have raised concerns about Arday’s work. Unfortunate though it is to revisit those events at such a desperately sad moment, we feel obliged to restate what the factual record — much of it established publicly long before Abbott’s remarks — shows about one of those academics whom CAF is supporting. David Harris, Professor Emeritus at Plymouth Marjon University, first raised concerns about Arday’s doctoral thesis and subsequent peer-reviewed publications in May 2023. A sociologist with a longstanding interest in how ideas from the critical theory tradition are used in empirical educational research, Harris encountered Arday’s work amid the publicity surrounding his appointment as Professor of Sociology of Education at Cambridge two months earlier. Harris privately raised concerns with Arday about what he called “puzzling similarities” in reported data, repeated passages and possible failures of attribution. His covering email concluded simply: “I would welcome any response.” This was not, in other words, a “vicious campaign”, but an emeritus professor engaging closely with another scholar’s published work, identifying apparent problems and asking that they be examined. Several of Harris’s concerns subsequently resulted in corrections to Arday’s published work.
When it emerged last month that Arday had reported Harris to the police for harassment, CAF warned of the chilling effect of invoking the law against awkward scholarly criticism, exposing academics who test published claims or raise questions about research integrity to allegations of criminal wrongdoing and prolonged police investigation. That same chilling effect arises when Harris’s scholarly scrutiny is retrospectively recast by a senior parliamentarian as racial animus before a large public gathering and amplified through the media. The scholarly community has traditionally governed its own standards, and its ability to continue doing so depends upon academics being free to ask difficult questions about one another’s work, even where those questions may prove embarrassing or reputationally damaging. Without that freedom, the processes through which scholarship corrects itself and academic standards are maintained cannot properly function. In those circumstances, CAF will be writing to Ms Abbott asking her to withdraw or correct her remarks and making clear the seriousness with which we regard them. Should those remarks cause him serious professional or reputational harm, including any loss of academic title, status or institutional privileges, we will ensure that he receives appropriate specialist advice on any legal remedies that may be available to him.

About 200 tonnes of asbestos that was dumped illegally in four lorry trailers has been moved to a specialist disposal centre, a council said.
The hazardous waste was found at various locations along the A10 and A120, which connects Puckeridge, Hertfordshire, and Harwich, Essex.
Hertfordshire County Council said it was one of the most serious fly-tipping incidents it has had to deal with and the clean-up has cost up to £200,000.
Stephen Giles-Medhurst, a Liberal Democrat councillor and executive member for highways at the authority, said: "This is nothing but a criminal activity that has cost taxpayers heavily as we not only had to fund the clean-up but the disposal of this waste."
There are strict regulations around the removal of asbestos and its disposal.
The council added the "dangerous" shredded material had to be removed from the trailers by hand by specialist contractors in protective suits, and then decontaminated.

The SNP-led Glasgow City Council is plotting to "fire and rehire" staff members if they refuse to take a wage cut proposed in a bid to strike an equal pay settlement. The local authority has been dealing with the scandal where some female workers were paid less than their male counterparts for years. And now it has outlined how it plans to bring practices in line, but it includes 11% of workers losing money. The offer will see 63% gain cash, while 26% will see little or no change. The City Administration Committee will discuss this on Thursday, but it is being supported by the SNP administration. Trade unions will decide whether to strike or not on this plan which is intended to guarantee equal pay for work of equal value across the workforce, and the council says it will reduce its overall gender pay gap from 2.6% to -0.5%, based on independent modelling. It will cost £82.5 million, made up of £65.4m in 2027/28, £16.5m in 2028/29, and a smaller remaining amount the following year.

Take the case of Andrew Norfolk of The Times, who did more than any other journalist to break the story. In 2014, he described how he initially only wrote one article about Ann Cryer’s case, then moved on because the “liberal angst” kicked in. He frankly admitted that he “didn’t want the story to be true mainly because it made me deeply uncomfortable” due to the racial overtones. Bravely, he did overcome his own inhibitions, only to be stonewalled. He approached police, social services, and the Home Office without success. When he tried to speak to staff at the children’s charity Barnado’s, they barred staff from doing so, even off the record. It was only when he was able to speak to the local charity Risky Business, run by Jayne Senior, that he was able to find the information he needed to write about the issue. In Rotherham the “collective failures” of the authorities were “blatant”. When a report about the grooming gangs in the town was written, it was “effectively suppressed”. Other reports were “ignored”. After a series of seminars on the issue for senior staff on the council in 2005 “nobody could say ‘we didn’t know’”, yet they failed to act. Staff described “their nervousness about identifying the ethnic origins of perpetrators for fear of being thought racist”. Some were directly told not to do so by their managers.
Groups like the Centre for Media Monitoring (CMM), set up by the Muslim Council of Britain, or the Media Reform Coalition (MRC), accused Andrew Norfolk of being anti-Muslim. The quality of their work was often poor, with the CMM counting completely factual reporting on Islamist attacks as evidence the press was biased against Muslims. Norfolk also received two death threats. For many cultural gatekeepers, that was enough. Tackling the subject still broke too many Left-wing taboos and came with the threat of harassment. Why not just do something else? That has started to change since 2025. Hopefully the National Inquiry will further break down the barriers.

A 72-year-old widowed man was granted permission in Scotland to become a parent to a surrogate child. The question anyone evaluating his suitability needed to ask is why he wanted this? His answer could never have been sufficient to make it primarily about the benefit to the child. Men like this make such a demand due to their own selfish needs — and in some cases those “needs” will be very much against the interests and safety of the child. As Sanchez Manning discovered via FOI, since it became legal 43 men over 60 have applied to become the parent of a child born to a surrogate mother. These men are taking babies from women and some of these men will be a sexual and physical risk to those babies. It is an evil practice and governments are morally and ethically empty in allowing it to proliferate.
None of these men should be allowed to buy babies after renting the wombs of women. They aren’t all sex offenders, of course, but the appalling statistics on child sexual offending tell us that some are likely to be. The suitability and safety checks on surrogate parents are frighteningly limited — especially if men seek a surrogate child abroad. Government control focuses more on the residency status of the intended parents than on the physical and sexual safety of the child. Of course, it is inevitable that some men calling themselves women will seek to secure children into their deluded fantasy “woman world”. Men should certainly not be able to adopt or buy babies if they are confused about what sex they are. If they aren’t clever enough to understand where a baby comes from then they aren’t clever enough to raise one. In any case, they carry at least the same level of risk as any other man to that vulnerable baby.

A man has travelled from Cornwall to the Isle of Lewis to make 52 calls from a rural telephone box in order to keep it in service.
William Arnold, who works as an artist and photographer, took the 1700-mile (2,735km) round trip to visit the rare phone box in Einacleit as part of a project to preserve phone lines in rural communities.
Ofcom guidelines state a minimum of 52 calls have to be made from a phone box each year in order for it to remain operational.
"The project is slightly ridiculous and comedic," said William. "But there is also a serious point about how we communicate with each other and how these phone boxes are often vital rural lifelines."
The 43-year-old has been working to save phone boxes since 2022.

Sadly no, only had a check last week, I hate wires but can't stand these sports bra things, I am Granny bra woman, the Playtex Cross Your Heart kind suit me best, if I could get a size. The Doreen too, except being short even bras are made for tall women, so often show too high for me, if wearing a V top, for instance. Bravissomo's are horrendous looking things. For me anyway.

In a post on X, the author said it was wrong that the store had ‘prioritised the wishes of men’ despite an earlier Supreme Court judgment which had reaffirmed the right to changing rooms based on biological sex.
She wrote: ‘It’s time for women to vote with their wallets. If stores like M&S continue to flout the Supreme Court ruling on women-only spaces, prioritising the wishes of men who want to undress near, or help fit bras on teenage girls, a boycott seems appropriate.’ M&S apologised to the customer and insisted that the employee had meant to offer general assistance rather than help with a bra fitting. The store has always maintained that its subsequent ban on tape measurements had nothing to do with that controversy. M&S said last night: ‘As the UK’s lingerie market leader, we continuously improve our service. ‘We have an expert team of trained bra fitters, and they can use a tape measure if they or the customer prefers this. ‘We have recently communicated this to our colleagues to make this clearer.’

Some teddy bears are trans, says taxpayer-backed arts group Exhibition developed by Culture Leicestershire highlights Care Bears as ‘symbol for the LGBTQA+ community’
The Villiers Revealed project includes an exploration of Care Bears as “a symbol for the LGBTQA+ community”, and says some of these bears are “transgender or gender fluid”. The project was developed by Culture Leicestershire, backed by public funding from Arts Council England, to highlight “trans narratives erased by colonialism”. Care Bears, spanning children’s toys and cartoon characters, were launched by the American Greetings card company in 1981, becoming highly popular throughout the decade. The exhibition said one bear, called Funshine, had been variously depicted as male and female since the launch of the toys and could be considered “a symbol for the LGBTQA+ community” and a role model. “Having a character like Funshine who transitions, with a positive characterisation, sends a strong message to those going through a similar change,” it added. Further inspiration could be found in the bears because they “disrupt gender norms through their expression of their true selves but are accepted regardless”.
The exhibition also has a section on the alleged effects of the British Empire on the “suppression of queerness” and the “repression and erasure of queer and trans identities”. It claimed that “colonialism disproportionately erased fluidity in gender and sexuality, particularly among black, brown indigenous and other people of colour”. There have been efforts in recent years to rectify the alleged erasure of transgender figures in history, leading to accusations that certain people are being inappropriately seen through a queer lens. Polanski’s Green Party is a party for the heirs of the student activists of the Sixties and Seventies, for whom it was an article of faith that “the personal is political”. And so it’s fitting that a slogan T-Shirt should have caused the greatest crisis of Polanski’s leadership so far. On Monday, he shared a post on Instagram showing one of his supporters wearing a black T-Shirt with a guillotine on it — with the caption referring to the XTC song, “We’re only making plans for Nigel”. “If I were to post anything as inciteful”, responded Nigel Farage, “then I would expect to be arrested, and so should Polanski”. Polanski was quick to delete the post, which he shared just 19 days after Ann Widdecombe’s murder, and to declare that he “unequivocally does not support this type of dangerous message”. But the police are now looking into it — and free-speech hypocrisies aside, Farage is surely right to sense a double standard.
But Polanski’s “compassion”, his “solidarity”, only extends to the right kind of people. The guillotine T-Shirt makes that clear. In the end, his anti-political posturing gives way to a bracingly political worldview: he knows to extend “solidarity” to his friends and to withhold it from his enemies. He arguably shared the guillotine image because he’s inured to that strain of abrasive humor so common on the Left: “Eat the rich”, “Punch a TERF”, “the only good fascist is a dead fascist”. If so, he wouldn’t be the first Leftist to land in trouble once such slogans have escaped containment. One young Oxford student is currently awaiting trial for chanting “Gaza, Gaza, make us proud, put the Zios in the ground”.

A woman and her daughter were forced to barricade themselves in a bedroom, in their Huddersfield home, as five men climbed over their fence and smashed their way into their home. Rayhaan Saleem, 19, was part of a gang made up of five men who forced their way into the family home on Deighton Road, Huddersfield in May this year. At around 2.05am the woman got a notification from her Ring doorbell. Prosecutor Deborah Smithies told the court: "It indicated that the front door had its motion sensors activated. “She thought it was her son and looked and it was five men she didn't recognise all wearing face coverings or covering their faces with T-shirts.
"It appeared they had all arrived together. She then ran into her daughter's bedroom which overlooks the front door. She looked out the window and saw the men climbing a fence. "She called 999. All of the men climbed the fence and she heard smashing downstairs and banging. Her daughter had woken by then and the call operator advised them to barricade themselves in the room they were in." Officers arrived within minutes and all of the men were still in the property. The back kitchen window had been smashed and two men tried to get out of the property before retreating back when they saw the police arrived. Two were found hiding in a bathroom and another was found on the landing. One man managed to flee and is yet to be identified. A machete was found in the kitchen and had been said to have been taken to the property. Ms Smithies summarised a victim personal statement written for the court by the woman and said: "She details the harm that she feels has been caused. She explains that since the offence her home no longer feels safe.
“She indicates they have been staying with her father, who lives in a one-bedroom bungalow. She describes it as being mentally draining and she is constantly looking over her shoulder. “Loud noises and smashing glass causes her anxiety. She suffers with anxiety, depression and PTSD and says this has made all of those ten times worse. She has problems with sleeping and reliving everything in her head." Saleem was sentenced to 26 months in a young offenders' institute.

Recent posts on the X account linked to Bash Back claimed former Health Secretary Wes Streeting "killed trans kids" during his time in charge of the NHS. It also called Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood a "transphobe, racist and authoritarian".
Merchandise bearing the words Bash Back is sold on sites such as Etsy and includes a T-shirt and cap featuring rifles. Despite singling out ministers, including the "transphobic, racist bully" PM Andy Burnham, the group said: "We do not condone causing physical harm to any human being." It comes at a time when the security of political figures is under scrutiny. A source with knowledge of Bash Back's tactics said: "They think they are the Real IRA or something. It's a disaster waiting to happen. They should be proscribed before someone gets seriously hurt. They are a terrorist group. It's bonkers." Lord Walney, the government's former adviser on political violence, likened Bash Back to proscribed Palestinian Action.

A group of Aberdeen paramedics have launched a venture aimed at granting terminally ill patients around Scotland a final journey to a place or event that is special to them.
Kieran Hutcheon, 30, was inspired to act after his mother was unable to even go out for a coffee with him before she died from cancer.
With co-founders Dan Bickmore, 37, and Karen Gill, 46, their Wish Ambulance Scotland charity has been formed. They plan to use a vehicle that is not as clinical as an actual ambulance, but can carry any necessary equipment for patients.
Their aim is to offer relatively simple trips such as going to a favourite beach.

The July full Moon lit up the night skies across Devon and Cornwall on Tuesday night.
It is known as the Buck Moon, getting its name from the time of year when male deer, or bucks, rapidly grow a new set of antlers and is expected to peak at 15:36 BST on Wednesday.
The Royal Observatory in Greenwich refers to this Moon as the Thunder Moon, due to the summer storms that often happen in this month, and it has also been named the Hay Moon after the July hay harvest, external.
Forecasters said it was likely people hoping to catch a glimpse of the moon on Wednesday night will be able to see it because of the clear skies predicted after dark.
Some Weather Watchers members from Devon and Cornwall caught the moon on camera on Tuesday night.

For us we haven't needed it," she added. Reggie loves to read, Jade said, and they often play outside, with a "potion station" set up in the garden for him where he can mix coloured water and paint.

Together, these local campaigns show how opposition to new anti-crime technologies has become fertile ground for Left-wing activists seeking political wins. Yet affluent progressives are rarely the ones who pay the price for this kind of anti-policing push.

According to a police source, he later told officers that ‘Allah’ had sent him to ‘kill women’. You might think that those words speak for themselves. That an Islamist motive for these stabbings could hardly be clearer. So why, then, are the French authorities not currently treating this atrocity as a terrorist incident? Laurent Nuñez, the French interior minister, has explicitly downplayed any potential Islamist connection. He said we must be ‘cautious’ before speculating about a motive. The ‘incoherence’ of the suspect’s police statements, he said, could well be a sign of his poor mental health. Time will tell if this is the right approach in this case, but people can surely be forgiven for drawing their own conclusions. Two eyewitnesses report that the suspect seemed to exclusively target women. And that statement, ‘Allah ordered me to do it’, does not leave much to the imagination. The French state’s insistence that there is no clear motive, when evidence of a possible motive abounds, sounds like a wilful act of obfuscation.
Islamist atrocities are now a depressingly regular feature of life in modern Europe. They do not need to be. And they would not be – if we had a political class that treated this threat with the seriousness and urgency it deserves. How many more killings, stabbings and maiming will it take to get our leaders to even name the problem?

True to the inverted logic of transgenderism, the organisers celebrated these shameful scenes as a triumph.
Michael Kerr, founder of Detransition Pathway UK and a gay man who identified as trans for seven years, described the march as ‘heartbreaking’. He said: ‘It was littered with fetishistic, porn-filled males pretending to be women, alongside multiple trans-identified females with physical disabilities that can be attributed to taking cross-sex hormones.’ The footage bears him out. One marcher smiled while holding a placard reading: ’90 per cent of pigs in the UK are gassed to death, but TERFs still exist.’ Another carried an image of JK Rowling and Queen Camilla beneath the slogan ‘Off with their heads’. Most disturbing of all was a marcher, fake blood dribbling from his mouth, carrying a sign reading ‘Vore all transphobes’. For those unfamiliar with the term, ‘vore’ is a pornography genre centred on the sexual fantasy of consuming another person. As Kerr put it:‘The signs on display were horrific, vile and dangerous. Some glorified cannibalism directed at women who stand up for their rights in law. To allow the glorification of this kind of behaviour in public is reprehensible and deplorable in the society in which we all live.’
The prevalence of wheelchairs raises uncomfortable questions. Is this simply another expression of an ideology that encourages people to collect identities and diagnoses as badges of oppression? Has ‘transabled’ thinking blurred the line between disability as a medical reality and disability as an identity? Or are we seeing the long-term physical consequences of cross-sex hormones? The NHS still refuses to release the data that might answer those questions.

They would rather we didn’t talk about this attire and the misogynistic ideology behind it at all. But I know all too well what it means to wear an Islamic veil, having been forced by my father to wear a hijab as a young teenager. Fortunately, I was blessed with a brave mother who stood up to my traditionalist, religiously conservative father. Despite his aggression towards her, she refused to let me suffer in the name of religious modesty. And so she made sure I wouldn’t have to wear a veil and endure the consequences of conforming to oppressive religious norms.
Under oppressive Islamic regimes in places like Iran or Afghanistan, women are tortured to death for refusing to wear Islamic garb. In Afghanistan, women flouting ‘modesty’ rules can have their eyes gouged out. Many are left to die. So to see someone wearing this deeply misogynistic attire being hailed for ‘empowering young women’ beggars belief. Perhaps those who glorify this tool of women’s oppression should live in Afghanistan or Iran for a bit. Perhaps then they would understand the hell that has befallen the women and girls there.

Across the continent, governments, media organisations and public institutions are desperate to delegitimise the drawing of obvious political inferences from these events, in a manner that is not applied to any other part of the political spectrum. At the time of writing, the organisers of the Berlin Pride parade, which was subject to yet another deadly vehicular attack by an Islamist, are publicly condemning attempts to ‘use’ the tragedy “for political ends”. These condemnations come in the same vaguely dystopian format that we have got used to following every attack, in which the abstract concepts of “division” and “unity” are contrasted in Manichean terms. The people who carry out mass murder are conflated with the people drawing political conclusions from mass murder, under the simple heading “those who seek to divide us”. It is absolutely impossible to imagine the same approach being taken if such an attack were ever carried out by a white right-wing extremist. It is maddening and sinister, but for the time being, it is an impressive display of the raw political power the Left is still able to wield across Europe, even in its electoral twilight.
Unlike the Nowak case, or Belfast, or Berlin, Ann Widdecombe’s murder does not carry any political implications regarding migration or two-tier policing. It is however a reminder that the risk of political violence from the Left is seriously underpriced in modern Britain, where the authorities are desperate to portray the danger as being a two-horse race between Islamists and the domestic Far Right. Whilst it would not be fair to tar the mainstream centre left with this brush — even though they would have no compunction in associating Reform UK with any violence by right-wing extremists — they are quite happy to portray reasonable mitigations to this threat as being shady. There is a perfectly good reason why centre-left think tanks are happy to publish details of their donors, while centre-right institutions often keep theirs anonymous. Similarly, the Green Party doesn’t have to raise large amounts of money from private sources to pay for round-the-clock close protection for Zack Polanski.

A freedom of information investigation by the same group, published in the Herald, found that more than 100 schools across 14 Scottish local authorities still have some form of mixed-sex toilet provision for pupils. There are at least a dozen councils thyat have schools where boys and girls are expected to share. These range from open-plan toilet blocks accessed through a communal entrance to gender-neutral facilities installed alongside single-sex provision. This is despite the court case which found that West Lothian Council had acted unlawfully by failing to provide single-sex toilets at a newly built primary schools. Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen, Angus, Dundee, East Renfrewshire, Clackmannanshire, Midlothian, North Ayrshire, Shetland, Inverclyde and Perth and Kinross all have mixed-sex provision.
Ms Sturgeon told BBC Scotland News: "This idea that I became obsessed [with gender recognition reform] to the exclusion of everything else is just a nonsense thing that some of my opponents say." 🖕

When the elderly woman protested that Harris – on her first day of a trial as Mrs Shipton's carer – was 'hurting her' by leaning on her chest, she screeched: 'I don't care, where's your money?'

A part-time restaurant worker has been found guilty of assaulting a three-year-old child after kissing her without consent at a leisure centre. Sheriff Graham Primrose KC acquitted Mohammed Ali Haider Abdullah, 33, of a charge of sexual assault after ruling there was reasonable doubt that the child had been kissed on the lips. Instead, the Bangladeshi national was convicted of an alternative charge of common assault. Oban Sheriff Court heard the incident happened at Atlantis Leisure Centre in the town on April 11 2026. The original charge alleged Abdullah sexually assaulted the child by placing his hands on her face and kissing her while she was walking hand-in-hand with her mother during a family day out.
Fiscal depute Jane MacNiven argued the conduct amounted to sexual assault if the court accepted the kiss had been on the lips. “It is inherently sexual to kiss on the lips,” she said. “Regardless of the cultural beliefs, he intentionally and without thought to the consequences kissed a child of three years of age whom he did not know.” She invited the court to return a verdict of common assault if it was not satisfied a sexual element had been proved. “In coming to the view that it was assault and not sexual assault, I took into account the general appearance and demeanour shown in the CCTV,” he said. “It was a very quick moment of contact. You smiled at both mother and child, ruffled the child’s hair and walked away smiling. “This appeared to be benevolent rather than clandestine and sexual opportunism.” However, the sheriff stressed that the conduct remained criminal. “That affection was a wholly misguided action. Sheriff Primrose deferred sentence until September for the preparation of reports, including a criminal justice social work report and consideration of a Restriction of Liberty Order.
He said he would consider the case for an absolute discharge at that hearing.

Detectives have launched an appeal to trace two suspects in connection with the reported rape of a woman in Oban.
The men, described by officers as being about 40 and of Middle Eastern appearance, are wanted over an attack the Dunollie Woods area.
Police Scotland said the incident happened at about 17:30 on 15 May but it wasn't reported until 18 June.
The first man is described as being about 6ft, clean shaven, with a medium build and wearing a red baseball cap and black leather jacket.
The second is described as about 5ft 2in, with a larger build, clean shaven and wearing a black tracksuit.

This is the moment a knifeman lunged at a woman during a stabbing spree in Paris that left three people, including a pregnant mother-to-be, injured. A masked rapist who abducted a 15-year-old girl from an Edinburgh city centre bus stop has been jailed under a lifelong restriction order.
Aaron Strachan, 21, pulled a knife on the girl on the city's Princes Street in May last year, before marching her to a basement storage area and raping her.
The High Court in Edinburgh heard that he also attacked a man with a hammer days later, and had a criminal record of violence, robbery and possession of weapons.
Strachan was jailed for a minimum of five years with an order for lifelong restriction (OLR). It means a parole board must decide if he is ever safe to be released.
Judge Michael O'Grady described Strachan's crimes as the "stuff of nightmares".

A senior nursing assistant who took and shared videos of patients with advanced dementia, including a video of a patient in a bath, has been sentenced to two years probation and 100 hours community service. Ciara Corvan, 28, from Cathedral View in Armagh, was working at the Bluestone Unit of Craigavon Area Hospital in 2023 when she took the videos, which included comments deemed offensive. Colleagues who received the videos reported the behaviour.
Families said Corvan "sought entertainment in humiliating those who were being tormented every day through the slow and cruel loss of their ability". On Monday, Judge Patrick McGurgan said the senior nursing assistant's actions were "demeaning to those you owed a duty of care to". Police said this prosecution was the first of its kind for Northern Ireland, in terms of the ill treatment of patients through degrading photography, videos and commentary.
