我是个不懂拒绝的人，做事情还算认真负责，也有一点点能力，所以经常会被别人要求承担更多更大压力的工作，但其实我本人并不喜欢过于挑战以及大压力的工作，整体偏随性的一个人。
工作时给我很大的困扰，几乎所有的工作都会因为我能力的提升责任越来越重，我也说不清楚算不算坏事，可是这样真的让人好累。
我想过逃避这些，不过生活总要继续，总不能总是不与人交流，现在开始培养一些年轻人，刻意让他们和我一起去承担一些事情，不管结果如何，希望这种方法可以让自己从困境中脱离出来，不知道其他人是怎么处理这个事情……

今天给自己买蛋糕
年纪其实已经不小了，这些年东奔西走，经常赶上在外地过生日，每次都觉得有点凄凉，没有半声问候和礼物，哪怕一顿美食我自己一人吃起来也是没啥滋味
没想到上了年纪后，发现过生日给别人买礼物，反而心情会好起来，搞得大家都是开开心心的，谁过生日不重要，重要的是生活的氛围
原来我一直在意的不是别人的关心，而是生活在当下的热诚和温暖
