Used a ChatGPT training plan for a 5K training cycle. Seemed pretty effective.
Went from a base of 2 miles in 18:24 to a full 5K run in 22:28.
Goal was sub 22, but that was a long shot, especially since I averaged about 6 hours of sleep a night. Probably with a few more months of training could get that run time sub 21:00.
Not too bad for a 46 year old dude.
This week started training for a Murph on Memorial Day for a fundraiser. Should go well, but those squats wreck that last mile for sure.

Unless the “heat beat” is completely isolated along with no other noises or electromagnetic fields, the interference would be prohibitive in detection.
Now if this is some sort of GPS system that has a sort of obfuscated transmission feature, sure it would work. Or they’re equipping the pilots with quantum spooky action at a distance devices (though this still doesn’t solve the location challenge).
The other option is that the CIA is actually using remote viewing to great effect.

I feel a certain way for the sailors onboard the US submarine. I’m concerned about the propaganda they were give, what the legitimacy of the attack was portrayed as.
I can promise you one thing, the submarine was not in danger in any way, and the captain, in my opinion, should have not executed these orders.
Unless the U.S. Navy can demonstrate what disaster was imminent, such that the torpedoing was necessary, the entire chain of command should be in jail.
We have regulations and rules of engagement that have been written, trained on, and, up until now, followed, but this incident really has me concerned.
