Working on some abstract paintings. I was inspired by my baby's perspective. I am trying to make this into a series. Did you know at first babies can't see so well? Idk if they actually are color blind at first, or if they are just not used to using their eyes. I imagine this is the first thing babies "see".

Well that look is her personal choice, and the type of man she wants to be with is as well. And it's your personal choice not to like it. I think it works out. It's pretty easy to spot incompatibility. Better to be up front than let things simmer and become a hot mess.
Now the reasons she chose the things she likes are a different thing. I personally believe it's a reaction to the times we are in. Everything about her is on the offensive. Better to strike first than to be struck like the scorpion necklace she chose to wear.

I've been calling baby Silly Goose a lot. Also I saw another artist (pikarar on YouTube) do a landscape sketch with paint markers and went over it with pen to add in new details. I thought the idea was so obvious why didn't I do that before?? Like the duck in the pond.

Maybe someone was trying to smother you while you were sleeping? Jk you probably forgot to breathe for a moment and your brain was trying to figure out why and came up with a nice reason of being tickled in a fiction book setting. Or sleep paralysis. Or feeling out of control being reflected as not being able to breathe.
I had a dream my baby could suddenly walk and do kungfu kicks but I'm pretty sure that's because she has sleep regression and I'm probably excited to see what she does. Also Satan was there somewhere. Which probably symbolizes the tough part of sleep regression .🤷‍♀️

Staying calm is key for sure.
Face wounds are the bloodiest. I know because my brother kept hitting his forehead on stuff as a baby and it looked like a murder scene 😩 my poor mom. I was perfect though 😇

I am currently comparing prices on Blick, Michaels, Amazon, Lowes and Home Depot. And crafting a list of absolutely necessary items so I don't go crazy.
Thankfully the US doesn't have as many fun things as Japanese or European Art Stores. Omg... Those just clean me out financially.

Today I tried experimenting with Washi tape. I tried to gently cut out a star from the washi tape. Idk how people do it without cutting all the way through the paper. It was kind of a mess 😅

Not entirely sure what you are referencing. I don't think genuine compassion, kindness or empathy can be weaponized. What can be weaponized is emotion, and herd mentality. Which can convince people they are doing the "right" thing if they don't bother to look into it more.
Which brings to mind this quote:

Yea, makes sense. I imagine the feeling you were working through is anxiety about not knowing or not being in control. Or something. You don't know what the boy and dog were doing, they are two variables that you didn't have any control over. 1 being your dad/his health and the other the surgery.
Or something like that. Only your brain knows for sure!
I had many dreams during my third trimester it was so annoying.

Dreams suck. They never make sense and I feel tired when i wake up. I think its your brain working through certain emotions. The imagery itself doesn't mean much.
The feeling you got from the conspiring dog and child is the emotion that your brain was trying to invoke and work through.
