Well that and all the AI gurus that were "committing" to buying up all the RAM (without actually puttin money down on anything) aren't getting the investor funding or bank loans they need, so now half of all data center projects in the USA are stalling, and they're now not ACTUALLY buying up all the RAM like they promised they would.
If the RAM manufacturers want to keep supply low to jack up the speculative price on RAM, hopefully the market corrections bite them in the ass hard.

really well. The software and emulation improvements have been huge, better audio hardware drivers, some sticky spots with GPU drivers but getting better.
It's maybe the best Windows laptop I've ever owned.

all good points, and my original comment shouldn't be taken as any kind of open or uncritical view of f-droid, but more in the spirit that Google is looking to police everyone else while they cant seem to get their own house in order.
I guess I would question which potential vector for attack has the potential to cause greater harm. Installing from APK's found on sites like f-droid (and others) or installing apps from Google Play?
I genuinely dont know, since I cant get legit usage stats from f-droid, but this most recent malware issue on Play clocked over 2 million downloads.

the shield was one of the most disappointing. They pitched it as a potential console competitor, got a bunch of great games working on the hardware of the time, then abandoned it.
And all those game devs wrote off android, when we knew mobile devices could handle higher quality games. Just ruthlessly shortsighted and anti consumer.

Game devs that would make a good effort to port to android could often get double purchases out of me. Balatro, dead cells, baba is you, alien isolation, a lot of games I've bought twice to support good work.
However, emulation has gotten SO good recently, I'm probably not going to be as charitable. Especially if an android port lags behind a PC release.

Hades and Hades 2 are some of my favorite action games of all time. The game play WOULD be perfect for a mobile title, but the devs haven't been interested in bringing these games to Android.

I've been on Resolve since 15! Never spent another dime on it.
