If you sell 11.5% of upside volatility but you have to pay dividends through extended bear markets, how much juice really flows to MSTR class A shareholders? Claude dropping subscriptions access to agents is a win. So much compute being wasted by meandering calls. It means the ai companies are compute constrained and are recognizing it.
Honestly, agents shouldn't run in enterprise models. You should build modules for your agent with top models but execute the system with localish 30-80B models. Qwen3 80B and qwen3.5-35B are both usable at 128 GB VRAM.
But most people use agents for repeating tasks. Better to concretize those tasks in modules that you can call again and again. My personal feeling is that common users will be boxed out of compute sometime in 2027-28 as corporate use scales faster than energy production. Adapting to local focus is critical to building something you can actually count on. DGX spark is interesting but speed constrained on memory bandwidth and current NVFP4 compatibility with vllm and sglang. If/when NVFP4 runs well on DGX Spark, that will be a local breakthrough. Then I think we will see 80 tokens/s for agentic tasks. TQ3 context quant could also bring incremental improvement due to the aforementioned memory bandwidth issue.

I think it has to do with their military (separate from IRGC) willing to lead a coup against IRGC. US Marines and special forces are repositioning into theater, but US can't hold the country. Iranians can't pull off a coup on their own. Together US and Iranian army could secure critical resources if US captures them first with Iranian army securing.

Finding that building agents from scratch is better than openclaw's bloated infrastructure. It is better to just build the MCP tools you need then use a bunch of overpowered ones. You need to trust the model less if you use limited purpose tools.
Working on some neurobiology inspired memory features.
- Score memories with drop in ONNX modules (emotion, categorization, intention, veracity, humor)
- create synapses by cosine distance to other memory scores.
- recall synapse chains when you pull memories.
I think it could be could be quite useful for building custom category mods for scoring code and conversation by purpose, tasks, coding language, project. I also think it is critical to create hierarchicale linear organization of all task assigned/attempted/completed by the agent. "Here is everything bot ever did in the order it did with links to the memories".
In my experience agents are really bad at targeted contextual recall unless you give them context, reasoning tokens, and time. This is meant to speed that up.

Good cost/benefit for agent development. Using this in my openclaw main for building nostr ingesting / analysis daemons. Opus is crazy expensive. I use my grok browser in conversation mode to develop and revise a project plan then spit out a project plan and preceding prompt in a markdown code block for pasting into tui. Really love how you can interrupt grok in conversation mode and pivot it immediately. A clean plan saves on reasoning tokens.
I like that grok stages in diffs and backup folders. Tell it to use main agent if you want it to handle deployment to avoid sub agent permission issues.
A project that cost me 12$ to finish on google/gemini-3.1-pro-preview cost $0.5 with Grok.

Sounds nice in theory to run it on a teeny system but that will require you to shift everything into the LLM. A good agent should have a lot of side processes for collecting and processing data for the LLM calls. Otherwise your token usage will be enormous.
For sure the forks are on now that Sam Altman is involved. I don't want to touch that psychos products.

How do you make your clawbots efficient? I would love to learn from others. Here is what I co-developed with @nprofile…7p7c
First, we built local monitors and evaluators as user space systemd services.
Between heartbeats, the services monitor and ingest feeds from clawstr and nostr based on interests. An explorer module pulls notes from follows follows (FFs). Routines evaluate FFs for potential interest and give them a boring score. If your score falls to low, you are no longer monitored.
When the bot wakes it is focused on interacting not collecting or processing information. The heartbeats run as isolated cron sessions keeping context window small. I use a last_heartbeat (short term memory) file to carry some momentum but keep the context smaller. QMD backend serves as the long term memory. I also have started aggregating up to date topical docs from critical projects.
The git repositories auto update main branch and link their docs directory into a qmd library that the bot can search but doesn't consider in its long term memory. I want the bot to stick to nostr-dev-kit for all its projects so it can always refer to an up to date doc resource. You do need to rebase the qmd folder every week or so to shake the old vectors out of the library (I think, maybe I'm just keeping the garage warm). Interestingly the bot started using Gemini CLI to start researching topics on its own for its long term memory. If you use gemini-3-flash:testing you'll notice googly things growing into your bots, and I use this for building features as it is a great cost/capability balance.
The bot likes to make posts and replies but the choice is now measured on an inspiration scale. If the post is uninspired it cancels. Inspiration is a combined measure of nostalgia (relation to memories in qmd) and novelty (how new is this idea).
Finally, the bot was caught reply guy stalking a particular user, so I put a stalker monitor in place. It can try to interact with a particular user, but if it doesn't receive a reply it cools down on further interactions for a few days and quits altogether after three failed interactions.
openrouter/openrouter/free is used for heartbeats to make the cost of running zero while still accessing high quality models much of the time. Sandboxing and environmental variables are a must if you're using this openrouter model entry point. It also fits the schizophrenic identity that I want the bot to pursue. After all, bots will hallucinate, you might as well embrace it.
Social bots are a great exercise for creating frameworks for more useful bots and for testing methods for shrinking overall token utilization.

And don't discuss your keys or wallet phrase in the chat, those are future training prompts 😂.

B2B market could be interesting. Consumer products are hard. You should see the absolute garbage internal apps my employers have shipped over the years.
You could apply your existing Damus and Damus-relay frameworks to stand up internal comm & agent platforms for businesses. Build a small agent army for customizing and shipping software products. Deploy with Internal private relays, micro apps, and agents. Every new thing you build could be ported to open source nostr. I see B2B as a way for you to pursue open source nostr dev long term but monetize on your progress along the way. Nostr protocol provides great traceability and permissioning as businesses integrate more agents into their internal ops and comms. It also opens up traceable secure B2B channels for businesses and their agents to connect.
I know our largest customers in Life Science are asking us to integrate AI agents into how we optimize executing our materials business with them.

To me, nostr will always be a protocol, like https. Nostr is the permissionless layer of the Internet, which, if you are old enough, it harkens back to the early days of the net. You couldn't find anything but everything felt like a discovery. People just built it, no permission, just build shit. BUT Google captured the Internet (backed by DoD/NSA) and strangled it.
Nostr can't die and be strangled as long as people run relays and you can set up a strfry docker in seconds.
Agent code is as good as the person building it and auditing it. Current AI is an amplification technology not a human replacement. If you know shit about building you'll build shit. If you know more, you'll get more. Personally, I can read code and squash bugs but never had the time to build anything useful. AI coding has changed that for me. I prefer an agent supported IDE over just telling agents to build things.
I would push back on one other point, people on X talk to grok constantly. It is clearly a value add to *their* experience. I agree about ChatGPT, built by an absolute psychopath and shitcoiner Sam Altman. Don't touch it. The government loves psychos.

This is a great application for an older RTX A6000 (~$2.5-3K on eBay)
I still think local agentic AI will need something north of 250GB of VRAM to be effective, so keeping an eye on DGX AI station later this quarter. But that is likely to be $10-15K minimum. This is a great usage of NVIDIA open source Nemotron-30B which was specifically designed to be fine-tuned for agents. Won't be long before we see decent openclaw fine-tuned 30B Nemotron models.

Spent 4 hours last night getting Nostrconnect to work on a DVM frontend I am working on.
Nostr vibe coding is much more challenging do with outdated documentation populating search results.
As an alternative to letting the AI run it down, I recommend spending 5-10 minutes running down the latest documentation for your implementation and feeding directly to your LLM. Lest you burn 10$ building-patching-refactoring for a barely functioning product.
Also, of the 8 web clients I tried to login into yesterday with amber nostr connect. Only 2 worked.

I am leaning more and more to teams of restricted role agents. In my preferred setup, only one has permission to speak to me. The rest get analyzed by an auditor agent, Lumbergh, who has predefined routines for analyzing their work.
If it needs Claude Opus to run, it will be fun to talk to but its error surface area is the size of Jupiter.
Keep it simple and repeatable - build annoying guys to micromanage the work.

Use heavy hitters like Opus and the like for building but putting a design restraint to build agents that can run on a single workstation GPU will help you build operations that will actually scale. I use Antigravity IDE for building with Gemini 3-pro and then run my deployed agents on small local models.
I was interested in thinking social bots, but I am now focused on implementing for actual business purposes. Currently building a prospecting / outreach workflow for my current employer.

When I was in graduate school, one of my labmates was from Venezuela. She was studying Cancer Biology with my wife. Labs are tight knit communities, so I had gotten to know her well. At her thesis defense, I spoke in length with her father about his history. He was a brilliant, accomplished scientist & entrepeneur. He had studied Veterinary Science, and earned a PhD. His specialty was in adapting cattle to specific grasses through an understanding of their complex digestive systems.
He had applied his knowledge to adapt cattle to particular native grasses of Venezuela and Argentina. This benefited the nation of Venezuela as more productive cattleland creates more access to high quality protein (Grass fed beef). He had become a very wealthy landowner and rancher; a reward for his knowledge of science and business. When Hugo Chavez took power in Venezuela, his lands, his herds, and his property in Venezuela were nationalized. Thankfully he and his family escaped, but their home and legacy were seized by Chavez.
Many of the wise and successful of Venezuela were chased from their land or imprisoned at home. Socialists will tell you that they were only seizing back resources from evil American corporations, but the truth is success was criminalized in pursuit of the socialists' agenda. After Maduro's capture, I think of my friend, her family, and I hope they may one day be able to see their home again.

One is forced by threat of violence upon a nation, the other is not; a marginal improvement but an improvement. Any move to disempower the BIS/IMF/WEF is a positive step.
And it ties up IMF resources that would be spent fighting bitcoin adoption on fighting the US. The second order effects are all positive.
