2026年6月29日，一日记录。
今天正式开始动手修改 UC Demo 的配置文件，把真正要讲的内容替换成真实数据，也顺便发现了不少配置上的小问题。虽然数据准备依然是目前最大的难点，但至少整体开始进入可以一步步推进的状态了。
今天 Reinforcement Learning 的讨论会上，我也表达了一个自己的想法：不要因为没有测试数据，就否定一个值得探索的方向，而应该先确定方向，再去想办法准备数据。

2026年6月25日，一日记录。
今天是 6 月份以来最早送哈妹到学校的一天，也继续坚持学习李宏毅老师的 Reinforcement Learning 课程。Q-Learning 依然有点难，但至少开始建立起整体框架，准备一步一步把 DRL、机器学习和深度学习系统学下来。
昨天最惊喜的瞬间，是放学路上看到一大片像雪山、棉花糖一样的云；晚上又和朋友一家在小区楼下吃饭聊天，孩子们玩到天黑才回家，这种简单又温暖的生活让我觉得特别珍贵。

今天北京依然凉爽，早上从世界杯新闻开始一天——C 罗终于进球，而且一场进了两个。与此同时，我继续学习李宏毅老师的 DRL 课程，开始接触 Q-Learning 的内容。

北京因为昨晚的一场雨变得凉爽了不少。
想起昨晚和哈妹聊起天气预报，她第一次意识到天气预报其实是“概率预测”，而不是一定会发生的事实。
早上起来看到梅西再次进球，继续刷新世界杯纪录。随后又学习了一会 PPO 和强化学习课程，把不懂的地方交给 ChatGPT 解释，对理解帮助很大。另外还读到一篇关于 AI 年轻创业者的报道。

2026年6月22日，一日记录。
端午假期结束，重新回到工作节奏。
这次一家人去了河北雾灵山和承德自驾游，三天里经历了天气变化、雾灵天路的惊喜风景，以及假期结束前那种熟悉的不舍。虽然总共开了 500 多公里，但旅程并不觉得累，反而收获了很多美好的回忆。

2026年端午自驾游，从北京到河北承德，三天540公里。
第一天穿过雨幕抵达阿那亚·雾灵山，在农家院的涮羊肉里慢慢安顿下来。
第二天自驾雾灵山景区，沿山路蜿蜒上行，风大云近，像开在天上；随后到承德市区，逛吃二仙居夜市。
第三天走进避暑山庄，在山水与古建筑间收尾，吃了特色的新乾隆酒家。

今天聊了两件事：学习和放假前的心态。
早上五点多醒来，看了葡萄牙比赛和一些 AI 学习内容。最近越来越觉得，与其追逐每天变化的 AI 热点，不如回到基础，从 Machine Learning、Deep Learning 到 Reinforcement Learning，花时间系统地学一遍。看到“AI by Hands”的学习方式也很受启发——慢一点、亲手推导、真正理解。
下午工作状态有些松散，临近端午假期，总有点心不在焉。简单修复了一些项目问题，也聊到了 GIS Solution、Skills 和产品思路。
