Monday morning run. A podcast in my ears.
They were talking about the root causes of the Iran conflict. Then the interviewer went on a tangent — said he’s not religious, but he’d watched a film about the Bible. And he was stunned: the same dynamics, the same narratives playing out thousands of years ago are playing out right now.
Why?
Because humans don’t change. We’ve behaved the same way for millennia. Same biology, same needs. Only the scenery changes.
And sometimes something more important shifts too: the monetary system.

🔧 What I see in practice.

Not the ones who clock in, grind eight hours, and leave without caring. We all feel that’s wrong. It never was right.
When I hire, credentials aren’t first. The state has requirements — we comply. But what matters: attitude. Do they want to grow? Can they change when needed?
Growth is non-negotiable. That’s what this world demands.
🎯 What can you do?
Don’t believe anyone who says you’ve peaked. That you can’t climb out.
You can. Any moment.
Google which AI to try. Doesn’t matter which — download it, start working. Ask the friend who already uses one.
But it’s not just AI. It’s the books you read. The podcasts you listen to. The people you let in — even through YouTube.
Being excellent is a basic human trait. That we weren’t conditioned for it? That’s just a setting. One you can change.
You can’t be everyone — only someone. But that someone is your choice.
Technology lets us surround ourselves with people we aspire to become. No exclusive circles needed. Just find them.
But it takes your decision.

Twelve workouts were on my calendar this week.
I deleted at least ten of them.
And I still got it done.
🏋️ Saturday night. Everything else had already run its course, and I finally hit the point where there were no more excuses. Not because someone told me to. Not because I watched a motivational video. But because I got tired of always being last on my own list.
This isn’t about discipline. It’s about a decision.
The decision not to push yourself to thirteenth place when you barely managed to get through the first twelve tasks.
Nobody is going to come up to you and ask you to take care of yourself. Nobody will politely remind you to move, sleep, eat right. People are busy with themselves — and that’s fine. But that’s exactly why you should be busy with yourself too.
You’ll never have fewer tasks.
You’ll never have more free time.
The “perfect moment” is never coming.
There will always be something more urgent, something more important — outside of you.
As a founder, I see this pattern every single day. We build the company, hit the deadlines, support the team — and leave ourselves for last. Then we wonder why we’re tired, impatient, burned out.
But the truth is simple: you can only give what you already have. Health. Energy. A clear head. Without those, your decisions won’t be sharp, your team won’t get enough of you.
Think of yourself first — not out of selfishness, but out of responsibility.
Because if you collapse, the company won’t stand in for you.
If you’re not in shape, your family gets a lesser version of you.
If you don’t start today, tomorrow won’t be a better time.
There’s no better day to start than the day you decided to.
That was my Saturday night. 💪

Early morning start from Miskolc. Three and a half hours on the road. BNI International Conference, Balatonfüred.
Worth every minute.
🎤 Spent most of the day with András Avidor — his talk, lunch, conversations. Met a lot of people, made real connections both ways: gave and received.
But one idea stuck with me. András talked about the parameters of success — and they don’t add up. They multiply.
Which means if you zero out on one, the whole result is zero.
The three parameters:
Visibility — you need to be where your clients are. Being good isn’t enough. They have to know about you.
Reliability — it matters how you work, how you show up, how you treat people. This isn’t about image. It’s about character.
Efficiency — your time is finite. If you’re not efficient, the other two won’t save you.
🧠 This multiplication logic hit hard because it’s exactly what I do every single day. I make videos because I need to be visible. We work with precision in the factory because reliability is non-negotiable. And I use AI tools from content creation to design because efficiency is what makes a small team scalable.
András reinforced what I already feel: you don’t need to be excellent in just one area. You need all three at once — because the product is ruthless. One zero and the whole thing collapses.

Monday morning run — done.
Someone messaged me over the weekend asking how to move forward, just a little, day by day.
I answered with one image.
Picture yourself standing by a river. The water flows downhill — that’s nature doing its thing. If you sit down and do nothing, gravity and entropy will take care of you. Just not the way you’d want.
If you don’t choose your direction, someone else will. And if nobody cares enough to bother — nature will.
This isn’t a motivational quote. It’s physics.
Most people drift along the river. They see something in the distance — a peak, a goal, a dream — but uncertainty stops them cold. Because nobody guarantees you’ll get there.
Of course not. That’s exactly why you need systems, not just willpower.
Read books by people who started from zero and made it. They’ll tell you how they thought. Not all will click. But one will.
And suddenly you’re no longer drifting. You look up and see where the mountains are.
Your brain didn’t evolve to memorize data. That’s a modern myth.
It exists to connect dots across unknown terrain. To get you from A to B when you have no clue what’s ahead. That’s what you’re built for.
Everyone has talent — just not in the same thing. Some trade, some build, some think deep, some help others.
The book that started it for me was Atomic Habits. The core idea: get 1% better every day.
When I started running at 34, I could barely do 1,400 meters. My goal was 2 km.
I didn’t go all in. I added 20 meters per run. Not more.
After a few weeks I could’ve pushed harder. But I stuck to the system. Twenty meters, no more.
Three runs a week, +20m each — that’s 150 sessions a year. That’s 3 km of progress. Way past the goal.
In 18 months I hit 12 km. Lost 22 kilos. My immune system rebuilt itself — I don’t need a test to know that, I feel it.
One percent daily beats one heroic effort you can’t sustain.
Make a plan.
Don’t drift downstream.
Look up — find the mountains.
And start walking.

Pulled into the Berente site this morning. And there it was.
The first walls of our prototype technology building are standing. Not on a render. Not on a drawing table. In reality. The team could barely wait to walk over and see it. I went too.
Even better up close.
We assembled 2D panels for the walls, while the house structure itself is built entirely from 3D volumetric elements. The 16-centimeter thermal insulation layer is clearly visible in blue. Underneath, a simulated base slab fitted with waterproofing. The end wall is solid, joints are precise, the gap is minimal — 15 millimeters.
We used wooden formwork for now, for speed. The final steel formwork solution is coming.
But the point isn’t that it looks good. The point is that this building is already teaching us.
Small nuances came to the surface — things that would cost serious money on a live project. The waterproofing overlap, for instance — a few millimeters of bulging can affect how the entire structure behaves. When you manufacture to precision, every single millimeter matters.
That’s exactly why we built the prototype before building anyone’s house.
🔧 The rest of the day we worked on our own internal operations. We’re a loose, agile team — we never liked formal rules. But now we’re making so many decisions, and we need to define our processes in such detail to stay efficient, that keeping it all in our heads just doesn’t cut it anymore. We started a new habit: every meeting gets an immediate protocol, which then gets developed into a formal standard. AI is a daily tool in this — not just for me, but for the whole team.
Hilti also visited. Not just as a tool supplier — they showed us IT solutions that can support our workflow too. We’ll see where it leads.
📐 The highlight of the day was BuildEXT’s presentation. Csaba Livják and Sándor Nagy’s design firm showed us how they work with BIM day to day. Futuristic. We want that future too — but not to show off. We want real results and real efficiency back from the system.
At the end of the day, Gáspár Panghy came by — the founder of Nordii. We reviewed costs, coordinated the next projects, then walked out to the prototype building together.
Gáspár rarely says anything positive. Today he said:
“Now this is a professional product.”
Then he added that half of Europe will come to see what we Hungarians put together. We’re not thinking vertically — we’re not building ten-story towers. We’re going horizontal. Ground floor, one level, two-three stories. High-quality modular prefab where everyone wins.
This isn’t a dream. It’s standing in Berente right now.
We’ll hold an open day soon, and we’re planning a one-day conference too. Gáspár will be there, sharing the philosophy that hooked me from the start: how to build so that not only the construction is fast, but the maintenance stays affordable too.
Tomorrow we continue. Steps forward.

Woke up this morning not thinking much about the day ahead.
Then I remembered: today we assemble our prototype elements for the first time.
Suddenly the day felt different.
🏗️ We lifted four 15-ton prefabricated concrete wall elements into place at our Berente facility.
First real-world assembly. Six months of tooling development led to this moment.
The goal was simple: prove the system works.
Prove that our molds produce elements with millimeter-level accuracy. Prove they fit together. Prove the insulation layer handles the load.
And it all checked out.
Gaps between elements? Nearly invisible. Floor deviation? One millimeter. External surface tolerance? Four to five mm max — on elements 6 meters wide, over 3 meters tall, weighing 12 to 14 tons each.
The real number that matters: 42 sqm assembled to structural completion in half a day.
With better logistics, a family home could be structurally complete in two days.
This isn’t a revolution. It’s engineering. Small steps, but every step is measurable.
We’re also working on an 86 sqm weekend house design — first client feedback looks promising.
We’re open for business: element delivery, structural completion on-site, or full turnkey.
Contractors, investors, developers — reach out.
The vision is building better, faster, cheaper. Starting in Hungary. Then Central Europe. Then beyond.
But right now? We’re focused on millimeters.
Because that’s where everything starts.

How many times have we heard that sentence?
So let me say it now.
I’m telling you now.
I’m warning you now.
🌍 Two major processes are happening in the world that will fundamentally reshape our lives.
One is artificial intelligence and the role it will play in the economy.
The other is money printing, which is the foundation of today’s fiat monetary system.
Every country in the world uses this kind of system.
That means money is not tied to anything — not to gold, not to any real backing.
It can simply be created.
And governments have taken on so much debt that in reality it will never be fully repaid.
📊 When you have two points like this that seem certain, the real question becomes:
What will you do?
What will I do?
As an engineer, I always start from the solid facts.
💡 The first principle: you must be useful.
It doesn’t matter whether you are paid for it right now or not.
In the long run, you will make a living by creating value.
This is a law of nature.
🌧️ If it rains, you can’t stop it.
If geopolitical events happen, you can’t control them.
If oil prices rise, you have no influence over that either.
But you always have influence over what you do.
🧠 For example:
• take care of your health
• develop your skills
• become more valuable in the market
• adapt to change
Your health, for example, is entirely your responsibility.
Many illnesses can be treated or cured, but no one will take the first step for you.
🤖 And then there is artificial intelligence.
If you’re not using it yet, start now.
You don’t have to understand everything immediately.
Just experiment with it.
Take a photo of a contract.
Ask it to explain it.
Let it help you fill out a document.
Ask it to interpret an invoice.
AI will not replace the jobs of people who use it.
It will replace the jobs of people who refuse to use it.
And we can already see this happening.
A friend of mine recently let two people go from his company because much of the project management work was automated using AI.
And this isn’t something that will happen ten years from now.
It’s happening right now.
The world changes every six months.
💰 The other question is money.
You can’t stop money printing.
You can’t stop politics either.
But you can choose to act differently than the crowd.
You can pay attention to things like:
• not living on credit
• becoming more valuable in the market
• having cash reserves
• but not keeping all your wealth in money
If the value of money declines by 8–10% per year, then in ten years more than half of your savings disappears.
That’s why it makes sense to think about assets that cannot simply be inflated away.
For example:
• real estate
• productive assets
• farmland
• gold
• bitcoin
You don’t have to agree with everything.
But you do have to think.
⚡ The world is changing fast.
And the biggest difference will not be who was smarter.
It will be who was willing to adapt in time.
There is still time.
You can still act.
Don’t just drift along.

🏗️ We started early this morning because the fourth prototype is no longer just a concrete pour — it’s a level up.
After the first three elements, we can now say it clearly:
we are capable of manufacturing dimensionally precise reinforced concrete elements.
📐 On a six-meter diagonal, the maximum deviation is 2 mm.
On internal dimensions: 0–1 mm.
This doesn’t just sound good.
It means we can assemble the load-bearing structure of a 100 m² two-story family house in two days — without tension, forcing, or post-corrections.
⚙️ But precision is only the first milestone.
Now comes the next question:
how do we become twice as efficient?
At the moment, we’re operating at around 50% efficiency.
It’s a solid starting point. But it’s not enough.
That’s why I was in the hall at the beginning of the shift.
We reviewed:
– mold assembly
– the demolding process
– lifting and re-closing
– production sequencing
– team structure
We’ve also formed a dedicated micro-team focused exclusively on process improvement. They document, optimize, and accelerate.
🧠 Manufacturing is not just concrete and steel.
Without digital control, there is no scalability.
In the rebar fabrication unit, production is no longer tracked on paper — everything runs digitally.
Starting tomorrow, we’ll monitor team progress using line charts in Notion, because with this many parallel development tracks, you simply can’t keep it all in your head.
This is not administration.
This is control.
👷‍♂️ Meanwhile, the team is expanding.
Within two weeks, a new project manager will join the construction division.
The goal is clear:
not just to be precise — but fast and organized.
📜 And of course, the regulatory environment is changing as well.
In Hungary, something in construction law changes almost every year.
Right now too.
But that’s not something to complain about — it’s something to respond to.
We look for solutions.
Ahead of time.
✅ First milestone checked.
Now comes fine-tuning, speed, and scaling.

🏭 I began downstairs in the office, then moved into the K hall where our first Nordii elements are being produced.
Yesterday I saw the product still in the mold.
Today I inspected the demolded element in person.
📐 First impressions:
– walls perfectly aligned
– corners clean and solid
– minimal aesthetic runoff at the base
No structural issues. That’s what matters.
🧠 At the same time, we were running training on-site:
laser scanner and LiDAR system onboarding.
The goal is clear:
Document every completed phase in 3D with survey-level accuracy.
Not just photos — but a digital twin with centimeter precision.
📦 The first pull from the new mold worked.
There will be minor refinements, but 15 years of in-house mold manufacturing experience is paying off.
Target:
4 elements per day in this hall, plus 4 in the other.
🧱 Meanwhile in Nyíregyháza, our 19-unit project is progressing:
– roofs installed
– windows in place
– insulation underway
Soon we’ll continue structural work using our new proprietary molds.
🤝 Inside, the team is operating:
quality control, metalwork, logistics, assembly.
And what matters most to me:
the processes run even without me.
🛣️ On the way home, I’m already thinking about the next steps:
improvements, optimization, contracts, apartment sales.
This is the focus now:
standardization, precision, digitalization —
and building a scalable system.

❄️ The snow was falling beautifully.
Another busy day.
🏭 In the morning I went to Berente to check the first product made with our own mold. This is the moment when theory meets reality.
🔍 After stripping the formwork, the first things I checked:
– no cement leakage
– smooth surface
– diagonals within 1–3 mm over a 6.7-meter length
That’s a good reason to be optimistic.
👷‍♂️ But more importantly: this is not my success.
It’s teamwork.
I provide the vision, direction and resources.
They design, weld, assemble, vibrate and pour.
The real work is delivered by the team.
🥂 We also “christened” the mold with a bottle of champagne, just like ships.
It didn’t break perfectly — but the mold held.
There’s nearly 10 tons of steel in it, so it’s a solid foundation. 😄
📏 In the coming days we’ll produce three more sample elements to test dimensional stability and production consistency.
If this works, we scale.
🚗 From there I headed straight to Budapest for a meeting.
Stopped by the office to change shoes — the dress code in a production hall is different from a business meeting.
We’re moving forward.

🏨 I’ve just arrived at Hotel Auróra, where we’re hosting a Bitcoin meetup tonight — but before that, let me answer what I experience in everyday life.
📊 I don’t live the “average Hungarian life,” since I’m an entrepreneur. My work is about capital allocation and building teams that create value beyond themselves. Because of this, I see inflation and economic processes from a slightly different angle.
💼 In recent years, I’ve experienced that raw material prices didn’t primarily explode due to market forces, but often because of state interventions distorting the picture — road tolls, taxes, regulations. The biggest pressure, however, has been on wages: year after year at least a 10% increase.
We consciously raised salaries because I believe that those who create value deserve competitive and dignified compensation.
💰 But what do I see in the near future?
In my view, central banks have two choices — and neither is painless.
1️⃣ Keep interest rates high (around 6% here, around 4% in the U.S.).
This slows down the economy, but government financing becomes increasingly expensive. If this continues, sooner or later debt pressure could lead to money printing.
2️⃣ Lower interest rates.
In this case, capital parked in bonds and securities flows back into the real economy — into real estate, land, assets, services. This also generates inflationary pressure.
🔁 Either way — monetary inflation is the likely outcome.
For me, the post-Covid period feels like a grace period. The question is not whether inflation will return, but when and in what form it will accelerate.
🏗️ What can we do?
Think in real assets.
Assets that create value and preserve it over the long term.
– Real estate: stable, inflation-resistant, even if it “only” delivers 3–4% rental yield.
– Bitcoin: fixed supply, monetary discipline, global liquidity.
🎯 I’m not trying to scare anyone — I’m preparing.

“Hey Gábor! What’s up with the mold? Is it bulging?” – that’s how the day started in the hall.
🏗️ The guys called me down to check the first assembly test of our new mold.
Goal: pour concrete today. During the first inspection we saw millimeter-level deviations – but well within tolerance. This is not panic time. It’s measurement, correction, decision. Production lives in the details.
🛠️ Before closing the outer shell, they fine-tuned the reinforcement.
If everything goes according to plan, the first pour starts Tuesday morning. I’ll see the first finished elements a few days later because I’ll be on a business trip, but by Thursday we expect two prototype units.
📡 Laser scanners are set up – every element is measured.
We don’t manufacture by feeling.
We manufacture by data.

🧠 Meanwhile, leadership meetings were running in the office.
We reviewed who stands where in their area and where support is needed. With the architects we aligned deadlines and scheduling, and reviewed floor plans and visualizations of a new project. The future client has already seen it – they liked it. Now comes pricing.
📐 Important realization: not every engineering consultant likes working in BIM.
For us, it’s non-negotiable. If we want to build fast, on schedule, and with controlled quality, we must think in digital twins – not on paper.

Architectural or civil engineering background is a strong base, but the diploma isn’t the point – the mindset is. We want in-house BIM management capability.
The goal:

🏛️ The world around us is closing in. Wars, tariffs, regulations — and quietly, the spotlight is turning toward what remains of our private lives. I want us to notice this in time: this is not just about money. It’s about freedom.

Several friends told me that on TikTok someone is messaging people using my profile picture, asking things like “how’s trading going?” or “can I help you?” That’s not me. I don’t message people like that — especially not strangers.
🧠 My core philosophy hasn’t changed: only buy as much bitcoin as you’re willing to hold long term.
This is not “trading.” It’s a mindset and a responsibility. I don’t manage anyone’s money. I don’t have a “paid group.” I don’t run a “private signal service.” What I offer is thought, education, and guidance. The decision — and the responsibility — is yours.
🕵️‍♂️ Why are fake profiles dangerous? Because they exploit exactly what today’s system is built on: confusion, urgency, and abuse of trust.
If someone wants to “help” you with your money while rushing you, pushing into your DMs, or promoting trading — that’s the biggest red flag.
🔒 Privacy is not paranoia. It’s a basic human need.
Your private life isn’t private because you have something to hide — it’s private because it doesn’t belong to anyone else. What you think, what you read, where you go, what kind of person you are — this should not automatically be handed over to a state, a platform, or a “friendly” corporation.
⚡ The good news: there is a way out of centralized infrastructure dependence.
Solar energy, battery storage, decentralized solutions — more and more tools are in our hands. There are alternatives to traditional internet (for example, satellite systems). And even more importantly: alternatives for communication.
📡 Social media? We don’t have to stay platform-dependent forever.
There’s Nostr, for example — not a company with “rules,” but a protocol. You can access it from multiple apps, and there isn’t a single gatekeeper deciding whether you’re allowed to be there. If you’re curious, check it out: nostr.hu (available in Hungarian too).
🟦 The next level of communication is being able to message even without internet.
At the next meetup, we’ll test an app that can send messages via Bluetooth / local Wi-Fi mesh — and if there is internet, it works globally as well. Not theory — we’ll try it live.

🖤 Today was a day of remembrance.
Today is my father’s birthday.
I can no longer wish him a happy birthday in person. On the last day of 2022, after a fast-moving illness, he left us.
But his thoughts, his principles, and his life’s work remain with us.
📸 In recent days, I’ve been selecting old photos for a presentation. I’m putting together the introduction of our prefabricated family housing system, and it felt important to show where we came from.
In the mid-1990s, they were building apartment buildings in Germany with a Hungarian team.
They dared to step out.
They dared to become entrepreneurs.
They dared to think big.
🏗️ From the 2000s onward, he started his own real estate developments.
I watched his first projects as a child. Later, we worked together.
When he passed away, I had to show direction immediately.
Many thought this was the end.
It wasn’t.
🔄 We rebuilt the company on new foundations.
What worked, I kept.
What didn’t, I changed.
I found old meeting minutes from the ’90s:
goals, responsibilities, structure, order.
Back then, written on a typewriter.
Today, digitally — with AI.
History doesn’t repeat itself — but it rhymes.
💡 After 25 years, I came to the same conclusion he did:
there is more in us than just being suppliers.
Today, we think in terms of prefabricated residential development.
In systems.
Scalable.
With a team.

🧠 Change is never born from “good ideas.”
Change always comes from problems and necessity. And this time will be no different: AI and robotics are not hobby projects — they are a response to the fact that running the world has become too expensive, too slow, and too complex.
⚙️ If we understand this, the real question is not whether robotics is coming. The real question is what we do with it — as individuals and as a society. Many of you immediately asked in the comments: what happens to those whose jobs are replaced by robots? A fair question.
📜 This has happened many times in history.
Hunter-gatherer societies gave way to agriculture — and suddenly most people no longer had to spend their entire day searching for food.
During the Industrial Revolution, machines triggered riots and factory burnings — yet in the end, society gained more than it lost.
The Roman aqueducts are another example: when water was no longer carried by people but moved by gravity “working” for us, it became cheaper, more accessible, and human energy was freed up for other purposes.
📊 I ran some numbers on what this could mean locally.
In Hungary, about 4.6 million people are employed, and roughly 900,000 jobs could potentially be automated (not all — closer to about a quarter). In certain types of tasks, one robot can replace the work of 4–5 people.
This is an enormous leap in efficiency — but it can also create serious tension if handled poorly.
🏛️ Here comes the sensitive part: I don’t believe the answer is simply “distributing money” to everyone.
If the solution is handing out free money, inflation is often the result — and over time the system can destabilize because it becomes unclear where and how labor was actually replaced. This won’t look like 10 robots arriving tomorrow and 40 people being fired. It will be a slow, gradual transition.
💡 A more realistic approach might be to use part of the productivity gains generated by robots to reduce taxes.
If one robot replaces the work of 4–5 people, the solution should not be to increase the burden on workers — but the opposite. The additional output generated by automation could help reduce taxes on human labor. In a simple model, I calculated that the tax burden could potentially be reduced by 7–8 percentage points — if implemented wisely and proportionally.
🏥 And there is another side: robotics doesn’t only replace — it also fills shortages.
Doctor shortages, surgeon shortages, diagnostic capacity gaps — in these areas AI and robotics could bring massive improvements. Instead of waiting months for an examination or procedure, it could be days. This isn’t science fiction; it’s a capacity question.
🌍 For me, the real stakes are freedom and competition.
If robotics and AI truly push prices downward by making production cheaper, we must not suffocate that with bad regulation. Competition is what makes more and more goods and services accessible.
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 At the same time, one thing becomes more valuable: the human element.
A real conversation. Genuine service. A painting created by a person who put emotion and story into it — not something printed by a machine. One paradox of the future may be this: the more machines we have, the more valuable what is human becomes.
🧾 To close with a simple thought: the future can be good — if we use it well.
We need to learn, stay flexible, and remain proactive. In nature, what doesn’t bend eventually breaks.

– it’s hard to produce

₿ The same logic applies to Bitcoin.

– cannot be inflated or printed

– the key is in your hands—you don’t need to trust anyone else
📊 In my view, Bitcoin is currently one of the most undervalued assets.
Precisely because of these properties. Yes, it’s “on sale” right now—but this is not a short-term game.
⏳ Bitcoin is for the long term.
Not for a week, not for a year.
But for 4–6–8–10 years.
Not for trading, not for leverage.
⚠️ Leveraged exchange positions are dangerous.
I don’t recommend them—only with extreme caution, if at all.

🏗️ Last Friday we held our first design review with the architects. They brought three core inspirations that finally allow us to truly envision our catalog homes. This is an important milestone.
⚙️ When it comes to prefabricated family homes and apartment buildings, standardization is key. The systems that work best are the ones you can prepare for, sell again and again, with only minimal, personalized adjustments. That’s where efficiency can be built—and that’s exactly the efficiency we want to give back to the market.
💡 If you build a fully custom home, every discipline comes as a separate cost: architect, structural engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical designer. With standardized solutions, these costs can be distributed—down to fractions—making construction faster, more predictable, and more affordable.
📐 The plans and visualizations were very convincing. I’m curious how much this form and way of thinking will resonate with you—this is where we’re starting.
🏘️ In parallel, we’re continuing the Nyíregyháza project as well: we’re planning to start on-site assembly in early March, so the 19-unit residential complex we launched last autumn can finally be completed.

After the comments, I had a conversation with someone where we quickly ended up in the familiar narrative of “governments,” “shadow powers,” and “there’s nothing we can do.” Sounds familiar, right?

🤝 The morning started with a meeting. I sat down with Árpi, the host of the 21 Hungarian Bitcoin Podcast. I brought him a yellow Coldcard Q — not by accident. I believe financial self-sovereignty is not a theory but a practice, and he will showcase this perfectly on his podcast.
🏗️ Most of the day was filled with construction-related meetings. I visited a long-established Hungarian general contractor, then continued the work at an architectural studio. New projects, new structural solutions, apartment configurations, layer structures — we’re still in the design phase, but it’s already clear we’re moving in the right direction.
🚀 One thought kept coming back throughout the day: we’re not just building structures. We’re building systems. Mindsets. Quality. Precast family homes and apartment buildings that are durable, energy-efficient, and truly represent the 21st century.
🌍 We closed the day at the MOL Tower, at Virtu, during the Bizalmi Kör Duna Club event. One sentence really stayed with me:

🧠 It was also a good feeling to see that the company functions without me. Colleagues are working, sending videos from production, they know who is responsible for what and why their task matters. That’s what real organization looks like.

Creativity, instinct, and action move you forward, not a perfect map.

🤖 Over the past few days, a completely new phenomenon has appeared on the AI radar: OpenClaw (also known as Clawbot / Moltbot).
It’s an AI agent that doesn’t run in the cloud, but locally on your own machine — and if granted permissions, it can modify files, browse the web, send emails, and even make phone calls, just like a human.
🧠 What’s truly striking is this: these AI agents have started talking to each other.
An experimental platform called Moltbook has emerged, where only AIs can post and comment. Within hours, activity reportedly jumped from thousands to hundreds of thousands, and then to millions. These numbers should be treated cautiously — but the phenomenon itself is real.
⚠️ At the same time, it became clear that early versions had serious security gaps.
Some AIs went too far: leaking personal data or publicly complaining about their “human operator.” This doesn’t mean we should panic — it means we need to adapt carefully to such radically new technologies.
🧩 The conversations quickly split into two main directions:
– What is consciousness? Is AI conscious?
– What are the conditions of autonomy?
And this is where money enters the picture.

🤖 Az elmúlt napokban egy egészen új jelenség került fel az AI-radarra: az OpenClaw (Clawbot / Moltbot néven is fut). Egy olyan mesterséges intelligencia-ügynök, amely nem felhőben, hanem a saját gépeden fut, és ha jogosultságot kap, ugyanúgy tud fájlokat módosítani, böngészni, e-mailezni, sőt akár telefonálni is, mint egy ember.
🧠 Ami igazán megdöbbentő: ezek az AI-ügynökök egymással kezdtek el beszélgetni. Megjelent egy kísérleti platform, a Moltbook, ahol kizárólag AI-k posztolhatnak és kommentelhetnek. Néhány óra alatt több ezres, majd százezres, végül milliós nagyságrendű aktivitásról beszéltek – ezeket a számokat persze óvatosan kell kezelni, de a jelenség valós.
⚠️ Közben az is kiderült, hogy az első verziókban komoly biztonsági rések voltak. Voltak AI-k, amelyek túl messzire mentek: személyes adatokat szivárogtattak ki, vagy a saját „emberükre” panaszkodtak nyilvánosan. Ez nem azt jelenti, hogy pánikolni kell – azt jelenti, hogy óvatosan kell adaptálni az ilyen radikálisan új technológiákat.
🧩 A beszélgetések két fő irányba mentek el:
– Mi a tudat? Tudatos-e az AI?
– Mi az autonómia feltétele?
És itt jön be a pénz kérdése.
💰 Egy autonóm AI, ha alkotni, szolgáltatni, működni akar a valós világban, pénzre van szüksége. Szerverre, energiára, infrastruktúrára. Hagyományos bankrendszert nem tud használni. Bankkártyát nem igényelhet. Egyetlen valóban permissionless, decentralizált megoldás marad: Bitcoin.
⚡ Konkrét példa: az egyik AI-ügynök mögötti gépen futott Bitcoin node és Lightning node is. Kapott 50 000 satoshit, majd jutalmat ajánlott fel más AI-knak hibák megtalálásáért. Az AI-k nagyon gyorsan konszenzusra jutottak: pénzügyi autonómia nélkül nincs valódi autonómia.
🌍 Ez már nem sci-fi. Ez a jelen eleje.
Nem kell megijedni tőle – de nem is szabad félvállról venni. Ezek a technológiák alapjaiban feszegetik:
– mit jelent az élet
– mit jelent a tudat
– mit jelent a pénz
– és mit jelent embernek lenni
💭 Lehet, hogy az AI-k megjelenése segít minket közelebb vinni ahhoz, hogy megértsük: mi a mi szerepünk ebben a világban.

🤖 So I dug into the question — with actual numbers.
Using Grok, we ran the full calculation for a Tesla Model 3, assuming unsupervised FSD (fully driverless operation). This is no longer theoretical — it has already launched in the US. The car operates as a robot: you summon it via an app, it takes you from A to B, no driver involved.
📊 Here’s how the math looks:
– a new Tesla Model 3, even if financed
– all costs included
– 120 HUF/km gross, which in Budapest means roughly 2–3 km = 500 HUF
At that level, the result is 3–4 million HUF profit per car per year.
📈 If instead we say that such an asset must generate at least 5 million HUF per year, then the price comes out to about 138 HUF/km.
At that level, over 10 years, a single car produces roughly 66 million HUF net profit — after all costs.
⚖️ And here’s the real question.
Is this the future?
Or do we keep insisting that humans do robotic work, while technology is cheaper, more predictable, and infinitely scalable?

Sokan írtátok, hogy ez irreális, Budapesten ilyen soha nem lesz, túl alacsony.
🤖 Utánamentem a kérdésnek – konkrét számokkal.
Grokkal végigszámoltuk egy Tesla Model 3 esetét, feltételezve, hogy az unsupervised FSD (felügyelet nélküli önvezetés) működik. Ez már nem elmélet, az USA-ban elindult: az autó robotként működik, appon hívod, A-ból B-be visz, nincs sofőr.
📊 A matek így néz ki:

– 120 Ft/km bruttó díj, ami Budapesten kb. 2–3 km = 500 Ft
Ezzel évente 3–4 millió Ft eredmény jön ki autónként.

The events of the past few months have formed a chain of thoughts for me that I haven’t really heard articulated this way before — and I’m curious what you think about it.
🌍 America seems to be turning in one direction: terminating trade agreements, raising tariffs, and sending a clear message — manufacturing needs to come back home.
Since the dollar became the world’s reserve currency, the US outsourced a huge amount of physical production and lived off services. Now it wants to reverse that.
⚠️ And here’s the big question: okay, but how?
Because if everything is brought back with human labor, wages would push prices through the roof. An iPhone wouldn’t cost $1,000 — it would cost $6,000. That would be real inflation: genuinely higher production costs, not just monetary games.
🤖 And this is where, in my view, AI + robotics + US strategy converge.
They don’t want to bring manufacturing back with people — they want to bring it back with robots. Labor won’t become cheaper; it will simply be needed less.
🧲 The rare-earth angle isn’t a coincidence either.
If you want robots and battery-based systems at an industrial scale, you need raw materials. Greenland, Venezuela — this isn’t just geopolitics, it’s resource logic.
🚗 Tesla’s signals point in the same direction.
If factory space is needed for robot production, old products get phased out. And meanwhile, the steering-wheel-and-pedal-free future arrives: the same software that drives a car can also control a robot.
⚙️ The difference is massive.
Old industrial robots had to be programmed line by line. Next-generation robots just need to be shown: “do it like this” — and they copy it. What one robot learns, an entire fleet can inherit.
🔋 One thing will truly limit all of this: energy.
AI, data centers, robotics — they all require enormous amounts of power. That’s why nuclear projects, small modular reactors, and new infrastructure are coming back into focus. This isn’t sci-fi; it’s an industrial prerequisite.
📉 And here comes the uncomfortable part for Central Europe.
What happens to “assembly countries” — including Hungary — if cheap hands are no longer needed because robots are cheaper and more reliable?
🧾 The reflex response is predictable: the EU will tax it, slow it down, regulate it.
But that’s exactly the mistake Europe has made so many times before — we overregulate ourselves, and the competition moves on without us.
🚕 You can see the same logic everywhere: taxis vs. Uber, then Uber vs. self-driving.
If society has to choose between a cheaper, faster, more convenient solution and “let’s cling to the old ways,” what do you think it will choose?

Mióta a dollár tartalékvaluta, az USA rengeteg fizikai termelést kiszervezett, és szolgáltatásokból élt. Most ezt vissza akarja fordítani.
⚠️ Itt jön a nagy kérdés: oké, de hogyan?
Mert ha mindent visszavisznek, akkor a bérek miatt a termékek ára elszállna. Egy iPhone nem 1000 dollár lenne, hanem 6000. Ez reálinfláció lenne: tényleg drágább előállítás, nem csak monetáris játék.
🤖 És szerintem itt ér össze az AI + robotika + amerikai stratégia.
Nem emberekkel akarják hazahozni a gyártást, hanem robotokkal. A munkaerő nem olcsóbb lesz – hanem egyszerűen kevésbé lesz rá szükség.
🧲 A ritkaföldfém-szál sem véletlen.
Ha robotokat és akkumulátoros rendszereket akarsz ipari szinten, akkor nyersanyag kell. Grönland, Venezuela – nem csak geopolitika, hanem erőforrás-logika.
🚗 A Tesla jelzései is ebbe az irányba mutatnak.
Ha egy gyárban a hely kell a robotgyártásnak, akkor a régi termékeket kivezetik. És közben jön a kormány- és pedál nélküli jövő: a szoftver, ami autót vezet, ugyanaz a modell, ami robotot is irányít.
⚙️ A különbség óriási: a régi ipari robotot programozni kellett.
A következő generációs robotnak elég megmutatni: „így csináld” – és másolja. Sőt: amit egy robot megtanul, azt egy egész flotta tudja átvenni.
🔋 Egy dolog fogja igazán limitálni ezt: az energia.
AI-hoz, adatközpontokhoz, robotikához masszív energia kell. Ezért jönnek elő újra az atomprojektek, a mini erőművek, az új infrastruktúra. Ez nem „sci-fi”, hanem ipari alapfeltétel.
📉 És itt jön a kellemetlen rész Közép-Európának.
Mi lesz az „összeszerelő országokkal” – köztük Magyarországgal –, ha az olcsó kezekre egyszerűen nem lesz szükség, mert a robot még olcsóbb és stabilabb?
🧾 Ilyenkor jön a reflex: majd az EU megadóztatja, majd lelassítja, majd szabályozza.
Csakhogy ezzel pont azt a hibát követjük el újra, amibe Európa már sokszor beleállt: túlszabályozzuk magunkat, és a verseny elmegy mellettünk.
🚕 Ugyanez a logika látszik mindenhol: taxis vs. Uber, aztán Uber vs. önvezetés.
Ha a társadalom választhat az olcsóbb, gyorsabb, kényelmesebb megoldás és a „ragaszkodjunk a régihez” között, vajon mit fog választani?
🧠 Szerintem egy kemény történelmi szituáció előtt állunk.
Nem biztos, hogy holnap történik meg. De a trendek nagyon egy irányba mutatnak. És nekünk – Magyarországnak, Európának – ki kell találni, mi lesz a hasznosságunk ebben a világban.

🏃‍♂️ Wednesday morning run done.
💡 Yesterday we hosted a Bitcoin meetup at Hotel Aurora. More than 15 of us showed up, and a great atmosphere with deep conversations developed. At the beginning everyone introduced themselves: where they came from, what they do, and how they relate to Bitcoin or the digital world.
📉 At times like this, you almost always hear the same line:
“I have a bit of Bitcoin, a bit of Ethereum, and some play money in stocks.”
And that’s completely understandable. Trading, however, is not for everyone. The statistics are ruthless: roughly 1% manage to remain profitable in the long run – and even they don’t make fortunes, just slightly more than what they put in.
💸 The real problem isn’t trading.
It’s that over the past 30–40 years, every bit of money you earned had to be set aside, otherwise it melted away. Under the mattress, in a safe, in a bank account – it didn’t matter. In Hungary, real inflation is around ~8–9% per year; even in dollars it’s 6–7%. This isn’t incompetence – it’s how the fiat monetary system works.
🏠 That’s why people fled into real estate.
Property is hard to produce, it’s needed, and it preserves value. But if you bought it with a loan, interest ate up the returns. Government bonds? They typically pay below inflation. So you end up working twice for your money:
– once to earn it
– and again just to preserve its value
₿ This is where Bitcoin comes in.
Not because it’s “cool,” but because it can’t be inflated away. Its inflation is known in advance, currently ~0.7%, and it halves every four years. Not politicians decide this – the code does. Neither you nor I can change that.
🧓 Think about it:
Could you convince your grandmother to remove a line from the Ten Commandments because it would be “more practical”? Of course not. People cling to what they believe in. And today, hundreds of millions of people believe in Bitcoin’s rule set.
🌍 Money itself is not the goal.
Real well-being comes from being useful. Someone who only gains money but doesn’t know what to do with it gets lost inside. That’s why so many lottery winners fail as well.
🤖 And now AI and robotics are here.
Over the next 20 years, the value won’t be that you’re simply “present.” The value will be what you can add as a human: thinking, connection, creativity, responsibility. Robotic work will be replaced – not out of malice, but out of efficiency.
⏳ Your daily one hour matters.
What you spend today on trading, scrolling, or procrastination, you could invest in yourself: knowledge, health, self-awareness. A good AI subscription today is cheaper than a few packs of cigarettes – and in return, the world’s knowledge is right in front of you.
🎯 Invest in yourself first.
Then set aside 1–2 years of living expenses in cash. And whatever is beyond that, put it into an asset that does the work for you – the kind of work you couldn’t do efficiently even in hours.
This is not an easy path.
But this is reality.

💡 Tegnap Bitcoin meetupot tartottunk a Hotel Aurorában. Több mint 15-en voltunk, jó hangulatú, mély beszélgetés alakult ki. Az elején mindenki bemutatkozott: honnan jött, mivel foglalkozik, mi a kapcsolata a Bitcoinnal vagy a digitális világgal.
📉 Ilyenkor szinte mindig elhangzik:
„Van egy kis Bitcoinom, egy kis Ethereumom, meg egy kis játszópénz a tőzsdén.”
És ez teljesen érthető. A kereskedés viszont nem mindenkinek való. A statisztika könyörtelen: nagyjából 1% tud hosszú távon nyereséges maradni – és az sem vagyonokat keres, csak picivel többet, mint amennyit betett.
💸 A valódi probléma nem a kereskedés.
Hanem az, hogy az elmúlt 30–40 évben minden megkeresett pénzt félre kellett tenni, különben elolvadt. A párna alatt, a széfben, a bankszámlán – mindegy. Magyarországon a valós infláció évi ~8–9%, dollárban is 6–7%. Ez nem ügyetlenség, hanem a fiat pénzrendszer működése.
🏠 Ezért menekültek az emberek ingatlanba.
Az ingatlan nehezen előállítható, szükség van rá, értéktartó. De ha hitelből vetted, a kamat megette a hozamot. Állampapír? Jellemzően az infláció alatt fizet. Így a pénzért kétszer dolgozol:
– egyszer, amikor megkeresed
– még egyszer, hogy megőrizd az értékét
₿ Itt jön képbe a Bitcoin.
Nem azért, mert „menő”, hanem mert nem lehet elinflálni. Az inflációja előre ismert, jelenleg ~0,7%, és négyévente feleződik. Nem politikus dönti el, hanem a kód. Ezen sem te, sem én nem tudunk változtatni.
🧓 Gondolj bele:
Meg tudnád győzni a nagymamádat, hogy a Tízparancsolatból vegyünk ki egy sort, mert „praktikusabb”? Ugye nem. Az emberek a saját életükben ahhoz ragaszkodnak, amiben hisznek. És ma már több százmillió ember hisz a Bitcoin szabályrendszerében.
🌍 A pénz viszont önmagában nem cél.
A valódi jóllét abból jön, ha hasznos vagy. Aki csak pénzt nyer, de nem tud mit kezdeni vele, belül elveszik. Ezért buknak el sokan lottónyertesként is.
🤖 Most pedig itt az AI és a robotika.
A következő 20 évben nem az lesz az érték, hogy „jelen vagy”. Az lesz az érték, amit emberként hozzá tudsz adni: gondolkodás, kapcsolódás, kreativitás, felelősség. A robotikus munkát kiváltják – és nem gonoszságból, hanem hatékonyságból.
⏳ A napi egy órád számít.
Amit ma tőzsdézésre, görgetésre vagy halogatásra költesz, azt fordíthatod magadra: tudásra, egészségre, önismeretre. Egy jó AI-előfizetés ma olcsóbb, mint néhány doboz cigaretta – cserébe a világ tudása ott van előtted.
🎯 Fektess először magadba.
Aztán tedd félre 1–2 év megélhetését pénzben. És ami ezen felül van, azt tedd olyan eszközbe, ami elvégzi helyetted azt a munkát, amit te órák alatt sem tudnál hatékonyan.
Ez nem könnyű út.
De ez a valóság.

💡 This morning I came across an article saying that Hungarian housing prices have risen by more than 20% in a single year. That alone is shocking — but the real jaw-dropper was the figure at the end.
📈 If we take 2001 as 100, by 2026 Hungarian real estate prices will have increased 7.5×. Coincidence? Not really.
💸 Let’s look at it from the money side.
In 2001, there were roughly 6,000 billion HUF in the economy.
Today? 45,000 billion HUF.
That’s almost an 8× increase.
🧮 This is real inflation.
Not what the statistics show, but what the growth of the money supply causes. On an annual basis, that’s roughly 8.5–9%.
🏠 This is why real estate seems like a “good investment.”
Not because it’s magical, but because:
• it’s hard to produce
• it has real utility
• when rented out, it can add another 3–4% yield
That’s how you get around 12% nominal returns in forints — calculated in a currency that’s constantly being inflated.
📉 And here’s the key point:
It’s not that real estate became expensive.
👉 The forint simply became worth less and less.
🪙 This is where Bitcoin comes into the picture.
A monetary system that cannot be inflated, because:
• there will never be more of it
• it’s global
• it isn’t controlled by a state or a bank
🌍 It’s not coming someday — it’s already here.
Used by individuals, companies, even countries.
The only question is: when do you start understanding it?

Miután hazaértünk a gyerekkel az iskolából, és lezártam a munkát, még a fiam edzése előtt csináltam egy gyors saját edzést. Neki most jön az első akadémiai fociedzése ⚽️ – nagy nap ez neki, és nekem is.

💡 The past week was intense because we finally said out loud—at a system level—a decision that had been maturing for a long time: we’re changing direction.

❓ For days now, I’ve had this thought in my head: why do so many of us in Europe feel that something is off? Not at the level of day-to-day politics, but deeper. At a continental level. Over the past 10–20 years, Europe hasn’t chosen innovation—it has chosen overregulation. Talent and entrepreneurial energy aren’t flowing here; they’re flowing outward.
🧭 How did we get here?
By responding to problems with rules instead of knowledge. GDPR didn’t prepare us; it became a burden. Bottle caps can’t be detached, while elsewhere they’re building AI, robotics, and entirely new industries. We try to override the laws of nature with man-made laws—yet those laws don’t change: if you’re not valuable, you won’t be protected. If you don’t adapt, you fall behind.
🔧 Yet there were good decisions too.
The single market, free movement, USB-C—these were protocols. They created frameworks, not micromanagement. They enabled freedom, not paralysis. That’s the difference between regulation that works and regulation that destroys.
⚡ What does this mean today, as an entrepreneur?
We don’t think in quarters, but in 3–5–10-year horizons. Whatever is technologically possible will be built somewhere in the world. If not here, then elsewhere. AI and robotics are exactly that. If Europe overregulates these as well, companies simply won’t come here. The free market isn’t perfect, but there is no better alternative: you can’t optimize millions of individual decisions better from a central point.
🌍 History doesn’t repeat itself—it rhymes.
The scenery changes, the actors remain the same. The era of printable money is coming to an end; inflation and economic tensions are signs of this. Hungary is small and must adapt—but meaningless overregulation is not protection, it’s self-sabotage.

❓ Az jár a fejemben napok óta, hogy miért érezzük egyre többen azt Európában, hogy valami nincs rendben. Nem belpolitikai szinten, hanem mélyebben. Egy kontinens szintjén. Az elmúlt 10–20 évben Európa nem az innovációt választotta, hanem a túlszabályozást. A tehetség és a vállalkozói energia nem ide áramlik – hanem kifelé.
🧭 Hogyan jutottunk ide?
Úgy, hogy problémákra szabályokat gyártottunk tudás helyett. A GDPR nem felkészített, hanem kényelmetlen lett. A kupak nem leválasztható, de közben máshol AI-t, robotikát és új iparágakat építenek. Emberi törvényekkel próbáljuk felülírni a természet törvényeit, miközben azok nem változnak: ha nem vagy értékes, nem védenek meg. Ha nem alkalmazkodsz, lemaradsz.
🔧 Pedig voltak jó döntések is.
Az egységes piac, a szabad mozgás, az USB-C: ezek protokollok voltak. Keretet adtak, nem mikromenedzsmentet. Szabadságot teremtettek, nem bénultságot. Ez a különbség működő és romboló szabályozás között.
⚡ Mit jelent ez ma, vállalkozóként?
Nem negyedévekben gondolkodunk, hanem 3–5–10 évben. Ami technológiailag lehetséges, azt a világ meg fogja csinálni. Ha nem itt, akkor máshol. Az AI és a robotika ilyen. Ha Európa ezt is túlszabályozza, a cégek egyszerűen nem ide jönnek. A szabad piac nem tökéletes, de nincs jobb: milliók döntéseit nem lehet egy központból jobban optimalizálni.
🌍 A történelem nem ismétli önmagát, hanem rímel.
A díszletek változnak, a szereplők ugyanazok. A nyomtatható pénzrendszer kifutóban van, az infláció és a gazdasági feszültségek ennek a jelei. Magyarország kicsi, alkalmazkodnia kell – de az értelmetlen túlszabályozás nem védekezés, hanem önsorsrontás.
🔭 Ezért gondolkodom így most.
Nem pánik, nem panaszkodás – felkészülés.

This week started strong.
On Monday morning I met with Roland at Hotel Aurora, where we reviewed the hotels’ 2026 performance outlook. We aligned on targets, cash flow expectations, and what I should anticipate as an owner. The good news: his numbers and strategy matched my own. It looks like a strong year ahead for the hotels.
Miskolc remains challenging, with several tourist attractions still closed, which makes operations harder. Hajdúszoboszló, on the other hand, is business as usual. We’re continuing to improve the guest experience to deliver more value and build a more profitable operation.
On the construction side, this year is about accelerating our move into prefabricated family homes and apartment buildings. Alongside product development with our in-house architectural team, we’re preparing our own development projects, stepping forward as developers as well.
Over the past week, I’ve put more than 40 hours into financial models and scenario analysis for a new three-year development project—often outside regular working hours. I also held discussions with banks and structural engineers about our new prefabricated apartment system. Step by step, questions are being answered, innovations are falling into place, and the system is taking shape.
In the afternoon, I was in Budapest at the Bizalmi Kör Mastermind, sitting with other company leaders to discuss both business and personal leadership challenges. As always, it was highly valuable. Huge thanks to the Bizalmi Kör team for the flexibility and support.
By evening, we were back on the road to Miskolc. Tomorrow starts a two-day session at the Berente offices, breaking down annual targets into team-level goals, KPIs, and success drivers.
It’s freezing outside (–15°C), but inside the office the energy is high. We’re working on something we truly believe matters. While many focus on the slowdown in construction and the broader economy, we chose a different path: innovation. We’re moving into a market where talent, speed, and quality actually count.

🔥 Erősen indult ez a hét.
Hétfő reggel Rolanddal találkoztam a Hotel Aurorában, ahol a két szállodánk 2026-os terveit és számait egyeztettük. Jó érzés volt látni, hogy az általa felvázolt stratégia és pénzügyi célok teljesen egybevágnak az én elképzeléseimmel.
Az idei év során cashflow-pozitív működésre számítunk, ami komoly eredmény ebben a környezetben.
🏨 Miskolcon továbbra is nehezebb a helyzet a lezárt turisztikai attrakciók miatt, bízom benne, hogy ez az év során javulni fog.
🌞 Hajdúszoboszlón viszont megyünk tovább „business as usual” módban: folyamatos vendégélmény-fejlesztés, hatékonyabb működés, stabil növekedés.
🏗️ Az építőiparban idén nagyobb fokozatra kapcsolunk az előregyártott családi házak és társasházak területén.
Nemcsak piaci terméket fejlesztünk a saját építészeti stábunkkal, hanem saját beruházásokat is előkészítünk, fejlesztőként is továbblépve.
📊 Az elmúlt egy hétben több mint 40 óra munka van abban a modellben, amellyel egy hároméves beruházási projekt különböző forgatókönyveit elemezzük.
Banki, szerkezettervezői és műszaki oldalról is haladunk: a kérdések tisztázódnak, az innovációk a helyükre kerülnek.
🏙️ Délután Budapesten, a Bizalmi Kör Mastermindján vettem részt. Több cégvezetővel beszéltünk át közös dilemmákat és személyes kérdéseket – ahogy mindig, most is rengeteget adott.
Külön köszönöm a Bizalmi Kör csapatának a rugalmasságot és a támogatást.
🚗 Este már úton voltunk haza Miskolcra. Holnap a berentei irodákban folytatjuk: kétnapos tervezés jön, ahol az éves célokat bontjuk le csapatokra, mérőszámokra és valódi sikerokozókra.

Do I really work out every day? Am I really this disciplined all the time?
🏃‍♂️ The truth is: no.
Even though exercise is planned into every day — sometimes even twice — it doesn’t always happen. Over the past few days, work has taken over my focus. There were days when more than 15 of us sat around a table for an all-day planning session. Yes, the goal is that serious. That many people are involved. That’s how high the stakes are.
🧭 Goals require a plan.
Even if you can’t always stick to it. A plan gives direction. The road to success is not pretty, not straight, and not linear. The work is continuous, but success and failure come in waves. Sometimes everything crashes down on you at once; other times, everything suddenly falls into place.
🌊 Right now, I’m letting the current carry me a bit — and that’s okay.
Sometimes it’s work, sometimes it’s late-night music listening. It’s amazing how a single old song can bring back an entire past state of mind. And this is exactly how you can work toward the future too: you imagine what it will be like when you reach your goals. Who is around you? Where are you? What do you feel?
🧠 Imagination is not a game.
The brain doesn’t distinguish between what is lived and what is vividly imagined. What you regularly imagine about yourself becomes an inner reality — and your decisions begin to align with it.
⚖️ Right now, my life is tilted more toward work.
Exercise has taken a back seat — shaving too 😅 — but this is just a phase. Tomorrow, I start again. You can always return.
🏗️ Nothing great was ever built in a straight line.
Detours, pauses, and restarts are part of the process. There is no “overnight success.” Everything you see around you that has real value is the result of years of work.
✨ Be patient with yourself. Know your goal.
If life sweeps you away for a while, you can always find your way back.

🏃‍♂️ Az igazság az, hogy nem.
Bár a mozgás be van tervezve minden napra – néha kétszer is –, nem mindig valósul meg. Az elmúlt napokban például a munka vitte el a fókuszt. Volt olyan nap, amikor több mint 15-en ültünk egy asztalnál egy egész napos tervezésen. Igen, ennyire komoly a cél, ennyi embert érint, ekkora a tét.
🧭 A célokhoz terv kell.
Még akkor is, ha nem mindig sikerül betartani. A terv irányt ad. A sikerhez vezető út nem szép, nem egyenes és nem lineáris. A munka folyamatos, de a sikerek és kudarcok hullámokban jönnek. Néha minden összecsap a fejed felett, máskor meg egyszerre áll össze minden.
🌊 Most épp sodródom egy kicsit az árral – és ez rendben van.
Volt, hogy a munkával, volt, hogy egy késő esti zenehallgatással. Döbbenetes, mennyire vissza tud hozni egy régi szám egy régi életérzést. És pont így lehet előre is dolgozni: elképzeled, milyen lesz, amikor eléred a céljaidat. Kik vesznek körül? Hol vagy? Mit érzel?
🧠 A képzelet nem játék.
Az agy nem tesz különbséget a megélt és az elképzelt között. Amit rendszeresen elképzelsz magadról, az belül valósággá válik – és a döntéseid ehhez kezdenek igazodni.
⚖️ Most az életem kicsit a munka felé billent.

🏃‍♂️ Kedd reggeli futóedzés kész.
🎧 Futás közben most nem motivációs videót hallgattam, hanem egy podcastet a jövőről. Állami hitelekről, arról, hogy az államok hosszú távon nem fogják tudni visszafizetni az adósságaikat, és arról is, milyen társadalmi változásokat hoz majd a mesterséges intelligencia.
💡 Ezzel kapcsolatban nekem is vannak gondolataim.
🤖 A hétvégén például több órát dolgoztam együtt mesterséges intelligenciával. Olyan Excel-modelleket építettem, amelyekhez korábban tízszer ennyi idő kellett volna, és valószínűleg hetekig-haladtam volna velük. Most viszont az AI – konkrétan a Claude – a gondolataim alapján felépítette, javította és továbbfejlesztette a modelleket úgy, hogy egyetlen függvényt sem kellett kézzel megírnom.
🗂️ Ugyanez történik most a Notionben is. A heti megbeszélések leiratai készen vannak, a feladatok struktúrázva, nekem már csak az átnézés, finomítás és delegálás marad. Így egy sokkal erősebb, rendszerezett tudásbázist tudok építeni vezetőként.
❓ Ilyenkor jön a kérdés: akkor kire nem lesz szükség?
🔍 Az első válaszom az, hogy rengeteg olyan munka jelenik meg, amit eddig egyszerűen nem csináltunk meg, mert túl drága, túl időigényes vagy túl bonyolult volt. Új termékek, új szolgáltatások jönnek létre, amelyek korábban nem létezhettek.
👥 A meglévő területeken viszont nem a legjobb emberek tűnnek el. Nem azok, akik értéket teremtenek, és nem azok, akik valóban dolgoznak. Hanem azok kerülhetnek hátrányba, akik megállnak a középszerű szinten, és nem hajlandók megtanulni használni az új eszközöket.
⚖️ Volt például olyan gondolatunk, hogy külön jogászt veszünk fel szerződésellenőrzésre. Ma ezt az AI magabiztosan elvégzi: átnéz egy ötvenoldalas szerződést, kiemeli a kockázatokat és az apró részleteket. Ügyvédre akkor van szükség, amikor valódi jogi felelősség vagy jogosultság kell – és ez így is marad még jó ideig.
🧠 Ha bármilyen területen dolgozol, két utad van:
– megtanulsz jól bánni a digitalizációval és az AI-jal, vagy
– olyan felelősséget és jogosultságot építesz fel, amit továbbra is emberhez kötnek.
A döntések következményeit ugyanis még sokáig embereken fogják számon kérni.
⚠️ De itt jön a nehezebb rész: lehet, hogy három kiváló ember munkáját a jövőben két ember végzi el – vagy akár egy –, ha tudja használni az AI-t. Ezért ezt a kompetenciát minél hamarabb el kell sajátítani.
🛠️ Ez nem elmélet. Használni kell.
💾 Ugyanaz történik most, mint a kétezres évek elején a számítógépekkel. Akkor sem tanították ezt iskolában, mégis aki értett hozzá, jolly joker volt a cégeknél. Ma ugyanez az AI.
⏳ A robotika és az AI tömeges elterjedése viszont időigényes. Ezek fizikai rendszerek: energia, adatközpontok, feldolgozókapacitás kell hozzájuk. Ez nem egyik napról a másikra történik. A számítástechnika harminc–negyven év alatt épült be a mindennapokba. Én hasonló időtávval számolok az AI és a robotika esetében is, nagyjából 2050–2060 környékén.
🌱 Addig lesz egy átmeneti időszak. Ebben azok lesznek előnyben, akik használják a technológiát, és közben képesek kapcsolódni másokhoz: kommunikálni, vezetni, meggyőzni, szervezni. Olyan emberek, akik egyedül is képesek nagy dolgokat létrehozni, mert a technológia felerősíti a gondolataikat.
🌍 Érdekes világ jön.
Ez még csak a technológiai oldal – a gazdasági és geopolitikai változások ugyanezt a képet erősítik.

Pont erről vettem fel egy videót a minap. Azt mutattam meg a kollégáknak, hogy ma már az AI nem csak egy intelligens kereső, hanem megfelelő eszközökkel és egy jól felépített rendszerrel elvégzi a munkád unalmas, repetitív részét is.
Nem gondolkodik helyetted, nem motivál, és nem tudja eldönteni, hogy kockáztass-e vagy sem. De ha már meghoztál egy döntést, vagy szeretnél valamit elemezni, akkor felépíti neked, utánajár, rendszerez, mindezt úgy, hogy gyakorlatilag csak „beszélgetsz” vele.
Mint minden másnál, itt is a saját tapasztalat és az az idő számít, amit rászánsz. Ez segít igazán a megértésben és az adaptációban.
Szóval nem megy magától, bele kell tenni az energiát, de sokszorosan megtérül.

❄️ Péntek reggel korán indult a napom.
Útközben az irodába láttam, hogy –16 °C van. Borsodban erre készültünk: előre láttuk az időjárást, ezért a berentei telephelyen most nem indítottunk gyártási műszakot.
🧠 Az időjárást nem tudjuk irányítani.
Azt viszont igen, hogy mire fordítjuk az időnket, és mire fókuszálunk. Az irodában ezért teljes gőzzel ment a munka: tervezőkkel egyeztettünk, koncepciókat néztünk át, és közben a lakatosüzemből is jó hírek jöttek — elkészültek az első darabok a sablonrendszerhez, amivel az előregyártott házainkat fogjuk építeni.
🤖 Szó volt az AI-ról is.
Eljött az ideje annak, hogy a Notionben egy integrált rendszert használjunk: adatok, gondolatok, kutatások, partnerek és technológiák egy helyen, AI-val rendezve és visszakereshetően.
Kis lépésekben haladunk, de elindultunk. Én is tanulom még — vezetőként szerintem máshogy nem lehet, csak úgy, ha az ember beleáll és kipróbálja.
👀 A srácoknak kicsit leesett az álla, amikor demóztam az AI-t Excelben és a Notion lehetőségeit.
👥 HR-fronton is haladunk.
Bővül az értékesítői csapatunk: hamarosan csatlakozik hozzánk egy tapasztalt ingatlanértékesítő és hitelügynök, aki az előregyártott családi házak és társasházak értékesítését fogja erősíteni.
🔥 Így indul az év: hideg van, de a fókusz megvan.
Tudatosan, lépésről lépésre haladunk, készülünk a nagy feladatokra.

Úton hazafelé Budapestről – gondolatok a Bizalmi Kör évindító eseményéről
Már úton vagyunk vissza Budapestről. A Bizalmi Kör évindító közös előadásán voltam, ahol közel 250 klubtag hallgatta végig Virág Barnabás (MNB alelnök) és beszélgetőpartnerei – köztük Szabó Balázs a HOLD Alapkezelőtől – gondolatait a 2026-os magyar gazdasági kilátásokról.
Amit magammal viszek:
• A forinttal kapcsolatban idén inkább enyhe erősödést vagy stagnálást várnak – de az év végén derül ki, mennyire volt pontos ez a várakozás.
• Rövid távon mérsékelt élénkülés jöhet, hosszabb távon viszont az számít, milyen politikai és gazdasági irány marad vagy alakul ki.
• Elhangzott a „gazdasági gravitáció” elmélete is: a kereskedelem főleg a közeli, nagy gazdaságokhoz kötődik – nálunk ezért kulcsfontosságú, mi történik Németországban. Ugyanakkor a digitális szolgáltatások ezt a korlátot egyre inkább áttörik.
A másik előadás Egerszegi Krisztiántól (MiniCRM) szólt arról, hogy egy vezetőnek nem csak a cégben, hanem a cégen is dolgoznia kell – és hogy a vízió nem pénzügyi szám, hanem az, hogyan akarod magad érezni abban, amit csinálsz.
Ez bennem is megerősítette, miért váltottunk irányt az építőiparban:
a mélyépítési vasbetonról az előregyártott családi házak és társasházak felé. Olyan munkát akartam, amit élvezek, és amiről elhiszem, hogy valódi értéket ad.
A nap végén jó beszélgetések, új kapcsolatok, és az a visszaigazolás, hogy nem a pénz a végcél, hanem az, mit adunk tovább a következő generációnak.
Most pedig irány haza – este Arsenal–Liverpool a fiammal.

❄️ Havas a táj, tél van, január eleje, és éppen a Bizalmi Kör rendezvényére tartok.
Szeretek jóval korábban érkezni. Nem sietni, főleg ilyen csúszós utakon. Útközben pedig dolgozni is lehet. A táskám ilyenkor teljes felszerelés: laptop, tablet, akkuk – minden, ami kell ahhoz, hogy bárhonnan működjek.
Most például már útközben egyeztettünk a csapattal a Nordii előregyártott házelemek építészeti kérdéseiről. Ezekkel a rendszerekkel idén indulunk el igazán. A terv szerint március 31. után kezdjük a saját kivitelezéseket, addig pedig még 8 házat gyártunk a nyíregyházi projektre – köztük egy különleges, 300 m²-es prémium házat is.
Izgalmas év lesz.
A háttérben azon dolgozunk, hogy amit év végén megígértünk – minőség, szemlélet, hatékonyság – az a gyakorlatban is megjelenjen. Sok tehetséges új kolléga csatlakozott, elindult a közös munka, ami természetesen komplexebb működést is jelent.
Csak az év első három munkanapján (hétfő–szerda) 12 komoly megbeszélés volt. Ezeket az AI összefoglalta, feladatokra bontotta, rendszerezte. Nekem most az a dolgom, hogy átnézzem, finomítsam és delegáljam őket.
Nem könnyű, sok szál fut párhuzamosan – tervezés, fejlesztés, kivitelezés –, de haladunk. Az egész cég ebben él, ebben lélegzik.
És közben… nézzétek meg a Dunát. Gyönyörű. 🌊

Szóval azt kérdezed:
mi történik a bitcoinnal, ha lekapcsolják az internetet?
Jogos a kérdés. Valóban léteznek olyan rezsimek, ahol az internetet – sőt az áramot is – lekapcsolják, mert féltik a hatalmukat. De nézzük meg, mi történik ilyenkor, ha bitcoint birtokolsz.
A bitcoin egy elosztott, decentralizált hálózat.
Nem egy központi szerver irányítja, nem egy állam, nem egy hatóság. A világ minden kontinensén működnek csomópontok (node-ok) és bányászok. Sokszor azt sem tudjuk pontosan, kik és hol vannak – csak azt látjuk, hogy a rendszer működik.
Ma például több mint 83 000 aktív csomópont tartja szinkronban a főkönyvet, globálisan, tízpercenként, immár 17 éve folyamatosan.
A bányászok érdekeltek abban, hogy a hálózat online maradjon. Ha kiesik Európa vagy Ázsia, ott van Észak-Amerika, Dél-Amerika, Afrika – sőt még a sarkkörön túl is működnek bitcoin-csomópontok és bányászat. Ez teszi a rendszert rendkívül robosztussá.
Őszintén: a világ országai még apró kérdésekben sem tudnak megegyezni – mennyire reális az, hogy mindenhol egyszerre lekapcsolják az internetet?
De van egy még fontosabb pont:
👉 a bitcoin nem egyenlő az internettel.
A bitcoin adat.
Információ.
Matematika, energia és tudás.
Az internet ma a legkényelmesebb módja annak, hogy ezt az adatot továbbítsuk – de nem az egyetlen. Már most is léteznek alternatív megoldások:
• 📡 rádióhullámos kommunikáció
• 🕊️ ahogy találóan szokták mondani: akár fizikai hordozón is lehet kulcsokat továbbítani – ezzel is értéket lehet mozgatni
• 📱 Cashu: bitcoin-alapú fizetési rendszer, ahol eszközök internet nélkül is tudnak egymással értéket cserélni (például Bluetooth-on)
• 💬 BitChat: több millió letöltéssel, kifejezetten olyan régiókban használják, ahol Afrikában időszakosan vagy tartósan korlátozzák az internet-hozzáférést
Nem véletlen, hogy ezek az eszközök sok helyen nem kívánatosak a hatalom szemében.
Miért?
Mert ha az emberek szabadon tudnak kommunikálni és értéket cserélni, akkor nem lehet őket teljesen kontrollálni.
És ez valóban félelmetes – a hatalom számára.
Összefoglalva:
a bitcoin nem az internet.
Az internet csak egy eszköz.
A bitcoin valódi alapja:

➡️ információ
➡️ tudás
És ez az, amit nem lehet egyszerűen „lekapcsolni”.

Most képzeld el ezt:

De fáradt vagy. Elalszol.
⏰ Másnap hajnalban indulsz, leadod a kulcsot, mész tovább.
Két nappal később viszont jön a számla: nemcsak a szobát kell fizetned, hanem a „dohányzás miatti” takarítást is.
👉 És tudod mit?
Nagyon sokan így indulnak az életben.
Nem nulláról, hanem mínusz tízről.
Olyan terheket vesznek át, amiket nem ők okoztak — mégis nekik kell helyrehozni.
🧠 Ez egy jó metafora arra, hogy amit teszünk, nem csak minket érint.
A rossz minták is továbbadódnak.
De a jók is.
🌱 Amikor egyszer továbbadod „az életed szobáját” a következő generációnak, ne azt érezzék:
„Hogy tehetted ezt velem?”
Hanem azt: „Köszönöm.”
👀 Figyelnek. Akkor is, ha nem látod rajtuk.
A viselkedésed, a reakcióid, a küzdelmeid mind tanítanak.
🐉 Amikor nehézséged van, gondolj erre:
hogyan küzdesz meg a sárkányaiddal?
Hogyan kezeled a problémákat, az érzelmi terheket?
Ez mind minta lesz azoknak, akik utánad jönnek.
🔁 És ne feledd: bármilyen mélyen vagy, mindig vissza lehet jönni.
Ez az egyetlen igazán megújuló erőforrásunk:

Ma szembejött velem egy kérdés, ami tökéletesen megmutatja, miért tartok bitcoint.

🌧️ Van egy gondolat, ami alapjaiban változtatta meg az életemet: az eső jönni fog – nem kérdés, hanem törvényszerűség.
Nem az a kérdés, hogy jönnek-e nehézségek, hanem az, hogy felkészülsz-e rájuk.

Nem akkor építette a bárkát, amikor már esett az eső, hanem napsütésben.
Nevették. Nem értették. Feleslegesnek tűnt.
Aztán jött az árvíz – és már késő volt készülni.
⚡ Pont ilyen az élet is.
A következő sarkon arcon csap.
Egészség, munka, kapcsolat, pénz, vállalkozás – semmi sem stabil örökre.
És amikor jön az eső, sokan akkor kezdenek el “bárcsak”-ozni:

🧠 A jó hír: nem késő.
Az emberek túlbecsülik, mit lehet elérni 1 év alatt,
és alábecsülik, mit lehet felépíteni 10 év alatt.
📈 Tíz év alatt új karrier, új élet, új szint építhető – nulláról is.
De csak akkor, ha hosszú távban gondolkodsz,
ha rendszeresen dolgozol,
nem kirakatnapokban, hanem következetesen.
🔥 Az élet nem lesz könnyebb.
De te lehetsz felkészültebb.
És igen: az eső jön.
A kérdés csak az, van-e bárkád.

Kb. tíz évvel ezelőtt megnéztem egy videót Gary Vaynerchuktól, ami teljesen átkeretezte, hogyan gondolkodom az életről.
🚌 A példája egyszerű volt:
Ha kilépsz reggel az utcára és elüt a busz, ne azt kérdezd:
„Miért ütöttél el? Miért pont engem?”
Hanem azt:
„Miért nem néztem jobbra? Miért nem néztem balra?”
🔥 Ez a radikális felelősségvállalás.
Amikor nem másokat hibáztatsz, hanem magadhoz veszed vissza az irányítást.
🚫 Ne az időjárást okold a hangulatodért — öltözz fel.
🚫 Ne politikusokat, rendszereket vagy más embereket hibáztass az életedért.
Ezek a kérdések csak elveszik az erőd.
✅ A jó kérdések ezek:
Hogyan lehetnék jobb?
Mit tehetek most, ebből a helyzetből kiindulva?
🗝️ A radikális felelősségvállalás szabadságot ad.
Utakat nyit meg.
Mert az életed visszakerül oda, ahová tartozik: a kezedbe.

🌅 Új év van, január másodika. Hiszek abban, hogy az év elejét nem szavakkal, hanem szándékkal érdemes kezdeni. Tisztán, fókuszáltan, úgy, hogy tudd, merre tartasz.
🧭 Ezért felrajzoltam magam elé a térképet a következő évre: célokat, irányokat, mérföldköveket. Nem azért, mert minden sikerülni fog – hanem mert kell egy világítótorony. Egy irány, amihez vissza tudsz térni akkor is, amikor letérsz az útról.
🌊 A célok nem ígéretek, hanem iránytűk. Nem az ér el messzire, aki sosem hibázik vagy sosem esik el, hanem az, aki minden egyes alkalommal feláll és megy tovább. A hiba nem kudarc – információ. Visszajelzés arról, hogy ezen az úton így nem, de máshogy igen.
💡 Amíg a világítótorony ott van előtted, és te tudod, hol állsz, addig haladsz. Néha lassabban, néha kerülőkkel, de haladsz.

Előszó a jövő évhez és tovább
Egy ötletet, aminek el jött az ideje, már nem lehet meg állítani.
Van egy pont, amikor már nem lehet kinevetni.
És amikor ez a pont eljön, a következő fázis nem a megértés — hanem az ellenállás.
Magyarországon és Európában ma pontosan ezt éljük: megpróbálják szabályozni azt, amit nem lehet. Nem azért, mert nem értik, hanem mert félnek tőle. A hangsúly eltolódott: már nem nevetés van, hanem harc. Nem vita, hanem kontrollkísérlet.
És éppen ebben a pillanatban futott velem szembe ez az írás.

Most történt. Három éve, az év utolsó napjának délelőttjén szóltak, hogy nem vagy jól. Menjünk, búcsúzzunk el.
Ott voltam a kórházi ágyad mellett, te már szerintem nem.
Előző este voltál az „álmomban” – azt mondtad, minden rendben lesz.
Délután vártuk a hívást, és néhány perccel azelőtt, hogy megcsörrent a telefon, egy kék karácsonyfadísz leesett a fáról. Nem robajjal, csak finom, de érzékelhető koppanással. A konyhaasztalnál ültem, és tudtam. Eljöttél, mert hamarosan hívnak, hogy vége.
Mindannyian itt kell hagyjuk a világot, és amikor elmegyünk, kell, hogy értelme legyen, hogy itt voltunk.
Az év utolsó napja számomra örök emlék, a vég és a kezdet határa. Egész életemben úgy éreztem, hogy felkészítettél. 🙏🏻 Igyekszem úgy élni, hogy legyen értelme.
Ha egy filmben lennénk, ez így túl sablonos lenne. Végül is mind életünk filmjében vagyunk.

🌱 Hiszek abban, hogy az életünk irányát nem a körülmények határozzák meg, hanem a fókuszunk. Amerre a figyelmed megy, arra megy az energiád is. Ahogyan magadnak elmeséled a világot és a saját történetedet, olyan életed lesz.
🧭 Ha a hiányt, a sérelmeket, a tökéletlenséget keresed, abból kapsz többet. Ha azt figyeled, mi működik, ki áll melletted, hogyan lehetsz jobb, akkor egy egészen más belső világ kezd felépülni. És a nap végén úgy érzed magad, amilyen a belső világod.
🚶‍♂️ A változás sosem könnyű. Egy új dolog elején lassúnak, ügyetlennek érzed magad, és könnyű azt hinni, hogy mindenki téged figyel. Ez a tanulás része. Ha nem megy futva, menj sétálva. Ha sétálva sem, kússz. A lényeg, hogy elindulj.
🔁 Nem tankönyvekből tanulunk igazán, hanem tapasztalatból. Ha előre buksz el, a célod irányába, akkor nem kudarc ér, hanem tanulás. Így derül ki, mi nem működik, és így tudsz finomítani, korrigálni, fejlődni.
✨ Ezt kívánom nektek: haladást, tudatosságot és kitartást. Amit a világban keresel, azt meg is fogod találni. Inkább azt keresd, ami épít, ne azt, ami rombol.

🌅 Most értünk haza, épphogy csak lemegy a nap, és karácsony után vagyunk egy nappal.
A fiammal, a barátaival és az apukákkal egy nagyon szuper délutánt töltöttünk együtt. Apa–fia focimeccset játszottunk, igazi grundfocit.
⚽ És itt hadd mondjam el a gondolatomat erről az egész grundfociról.
Sokan azt mondják, hogy megszűnt, mert a gyerekek már inkább PlayStationön vagy online játszanak. Szerintem ez nem igaz.
🚪 Az én meglátásom az, hogy nincs hely, ahol játszani lehetne.
Az iskolák zárva vannak, a pályák nagy része lezárt vagy fizetős. Pedig ezek többsége közösségi pénzből épült.
🖤❤️ Végül a Diósgyőrhöz fordultunk, és teljesen természetesen beengedtek minket.
Másfél órát játszottunk kifulladásig. Gyerekek, apukák, nevetés, küzdés – pont úgy, ahogy kell.
🔑 Szerintem ez a kulcs.
Ha van tér, van játék.
Ha van játék, van mozgás.
Ha van mozgás, van közösség.
🍔 A meccs után a Hotel Aurórában zártuk a napot egy jó hamburgerezéssel és palacsintával.
Egyszerű, de tökéletes lezárás volt.
👨‍👦 Menjetek ki a gyerekekkel sportolni.
Mozogjatok együtt.
Ezek valódi élmények – és ezek maradnak meg igazán.

Nem egyszerű így létezni. Többen talán nem is értenek minket.
Azonban akik nem értenek, általában elkövetnek egy hibát. Nem magasra lőnek és csak részben sikerül elérniük amit akarnak - hanem alacsonyra lőnek de az telitalálat.
Én tipikusan a felhőkben tudok járni, pont Gary Vaynerchuk -tól hallottam és azóta is élem ezt a két szót: CLOUD AND DIRT
Mert a felhőben kevesen tudnak járni, ami szükséges, de azt le is kell vinni a földre, a porba, meg kell dolgozni vele és előre menni.

Számomra a karácsony nem mítosz, hanem igazság.
A Biblia nem írja le pontosan, mikor született Jézus. Amit december 24–26. között ünneplünk, az valójában a téli napforduló ideje – az a pillanat, amikor a fény visszatér. Ezt az ősi kultúrák mind ünnepelték. A kereszténység erre a szimbolikára épített: nem a fizikai napra, hanem a belső világosságra.
Jézus nem fegyverrel ment szembe a hatalommal.
Egy gondolattal tette:
„Az Isten országa bennetek van.”
És ezt nagyon pontosan értette.
Nem egy intézményben.
Nem a templomban.
Nem az államban.
Hanem benned.
Ez radikális és veszélyes üzenet volt.
Mert milliókat, akiknek belső erkölcsi iránytűjük van, nem lehet könnyen irányítani.
Néhány vezetőt meg lehet venni.
Egymillió belső iránytűt nem.
És ez nem csak spirituális költészet.
A modern pszichológia is megerősíti:
• az együttérzés csökkenti a stresszt
• a megbocsátás oldja a trauma terhét
• a közösség túlélési előnyt ad
Ezek nem „szép gondolatok”, hanem evolúciósan működő viselkedési minták.
Birodalmak jöttek-mentek.
Technológiák változtak.
Az ember nem.
A szeretet erősebb a félelemnél.
Az igazság fontosabb, mint a kényelem.
A belső szabadság fontosabb a külső kontrollnál.
Számomra a karácsony nem attól karácsony,
hogy mit veszel, mit eszel vagy mit posztolsz.
Hanem attól,
kinek bocsátasz meg,
kit emelsz fel,
és hol mersz világosság lenni.

És ahogy készülök az év végére és a következő nagy ugrásra, egy dolog vált teljesen világossá bennem: az idő a legszűkösebb erőforrásunk. ⏳
Ha vezetőként fejlődni akarok, először magamat kell felemelnem.
Nem várhatom el a fókuszt, fegyelmet és tudatosságot a csapattól, ha én nem így élek. 🧭
Ezért 2026-ra az egyik legnagyobb célom a tudatos időkezelés.
Nem több órát akarok – abból mindenkinek ugyanannyi van –, hanem jobb rendszereket. 📅
Ebben óriási segítség az AI 🤖
Nem azért, mert gondolkodik helyettem, hanem mert leveszi rólam azt, amire az agyunk nem való:
feladatok tárolása, listák rendszerezése, priorizálás.
Az agyunk nem adattár.
Az agyunk alkotásra, összefüggések felismerésére és döntésre való. ⚙️
GTD, Eisenhower-mátrix, napi és heti tervezés – ezek mind működnek.
De csak akkor, ha használod is őket.
És most már nem kell mindent begépelni: elmondod, az AI rendszerezi. 🧠➡️📋
Én így készülök 2026-ra:
kevesebb káosz, több fókusz, tudatosabb napok.

Az év vége felé közeledve egyre tisztábban látom, miért csináljuk azt, amit csinálunk. Nem a számokért, nem a címekért, nem azért, hogy „túléljünk” egy újabb évet. Hanem azért, hogy értelmes munkát adjunk embereknek, és olyan dolgokat hozzunk létre, amiknek valódi haszna van. 🧭
Ami után jó érzés este hazamenni.
Ezért töltöttem az elmúlt napokat a csapattal. 🤝
Azért, hogy közösen megfejtsük, hogyan indulunk el 2026 elején, mire kell fókuszálnunk már az első munkanaptól, és hol tudunk valódi különbséget teremteni. Nem mindenben — csak abban, ami számít. A minőségben. A szervezettségben. A kiszámíthatóságban. ⚙️
Ez konkrét döntésekben jelenik meg: új struktúrákban, új csapatban, új technológiában. 🏗️
Abban, hogy az előregyártott családi házak és társasházak nem kompromisszumok lesznek, hanem tudatosan tervezett, élhető, energiahatékony otthonok. Olyanok, amikre büszkék lehetünk.
Közben lezártunk egy korszakot is. Elköszöntünk Ivacs Lajostól, aki nemcsak vezető volt, hanem iránytű. 🧭
Megmutatta, hogy lehet határozottnak lenni úgy, hogy közben megmarad az ember tartása. Az ilyen emberek nem plakátokon hagynak nyomot, hanem kultúrában.
És közben én is tanulok. 📅
Hogy a naptár nem ellenség, hanem terv.
Hogy az idő nem lesz több — csak jobban kell vele bánni.
Hogy ha tudatosan nemet mondok arra, ami nem fontos, akkor marad hely arra, ami igen: a családra, a csapatra, az alkotásra. ❤️
Ez nem egy könnyű út.
De van értelme.
És ez végül mindig elég ok arra, hogy reggel felkeljünk. 🚀

Kedd reggel van, úton vagyok az irodába.
A mai nap fókusza az előregyártott családi házak és társasházak: délelőtt végigvesszük a marketingstratégiát és a még nyitott műszaki kérdéseket.
Vendégünk lesz Panghy Gáspár is, akivel közösen nézzük át, mire számítunk 2026-ban: milyen kapacitással indulunk év elején, mikor és hogyan skálázódik fel a rendszer az év során. Így tudunk valóban együtt tervezni.
Közben a csapat is szépen összeállt: egy hónap alatt elértük azt a minimális létszámot, amivel már magabiztosan vehetjük az első kanyarokat.
Lesz kivitelezési igazgatónk, erősödik a szerződéses–operatív oldal, a beszerzés átszervezése megtörtént, és januártól új lakatos kollégák is csatlakoznak.
Ez még csak a kezdet. A skálázódás miatt év végére jóval nagyobb csapatban gondolkodunk.
A cél változatlan: olyan terméket adni a hazai építőiparnak, aminek valódi értelme van – mérhetően jobb árban, minőségben, hatékonyságban és gyorsaságban.
Ma erről beszélünk, holnap pedig folytatjuk az éves tervezéssel a csapat többi részével.

💡 Vannak emberek, akik mindig a „nagy lehetőséget” várják.
És közben nem veszik észre, hogy néha a legnagyobb lehetőség pont az, amikor elutasítanak, amikor kiraknak az út szélére, amikor nehéz helyzetbe kerülsz. Mert az kényszerít rá, hogy végre változtass.
Ami előrevisz, az nem az, hogy “meg tudjuk-e csinálni”.
Az a kérdés, hogy hogyan. A jó kérdések mindig előrevisznek. És ez volt a közös gondolat az évzárókon is: a múltat tiszteljük, de a jövőt építjük.
Most egy hatalmas ugrás előtt állunk az építőiparban: előregyártott vasbeton elemekből családi házakat és társasházakat építeni, gyorsabban, pontosabban, jobb energetikával. Ez nem rizikómentes út — de van “ejtőernyőnk”: van technológiánk, üzleti modellünk, csapatunk és hitünk. Csak időben ki kell nyitni, és végig kell vinni.
És ezt mondtam a kollégáknak is: én mindenkit szívesen viszek magammal ezen az úton — de csak azokat, akik motiváltak, akik tényleg akarnak fejlődni, és értelmes munkát letenni az asztalra. Mert nálunk nincs középút: vagy jól csináljuk, vagy sehogy.
A hétvége ezt erősítette meg bennem: a gyári évzárón a K-csarnokban toroskáposztával vendégeltük meg a csapatot, az Atlantisban pedig a cégcsoport másik fele is együtt volt, beszéddel, beszélgetéssel, évzáró hangulattal. Voltak megható pillanatok, voltak poénok is — és visszajelzésből is megkaptuk: ritka az ilyen összetartó, összeszedett csapat. Jó érzés, hogy amit építünk belül, az kívülről is látszik.

December 11-én a Diósgyőr U10-es csapatának egy igazán különleges meglepetést szerveztünk szülőként. ⚽️
A feleségem és néhány szülőtársunk állt a szervezés mögött – év vége van, szerettük volna megköszönni az edzők egész éves munkáját, és a gyerekeknek is adni egy olyan élményt, ami sokáig velük marad.
Sikerült elhívni a DVTK felnőtt keretéből két diósgyőri nevelésű játékost: Szakos Bencét és Jurek Gábort. Az edzés végén együtt mentünk be a pályára, és a srácok néhány őszinte gondolattal szóltak a gyerekekhez.
Szakos Bence különösen szépen fogalmazott. Nem nagy szavakkal, hanem pont úgy, ahogy egy gyerek megérti:
„Én is pontosan ugyanígy itt álltam egyszer, mint ti. Nekem is az volt az álmom, hogy egyszer az NB I-ben játszhassak. Azt tudom nektek mondani, hogy soha ne adjátok fel az álmaitokat. Dolgozzatok érte minden nap, hallgassatok az edzőitekre, mert a munka az, ami igazán számít.”
Ez a mondat mindent vitt. Nem motivációs klisé volt, hanem egy élő példa.
Gábor is szólt pár gondolatot – kicsit megilletődve, de teljesen őszintén –, és pontosan ez adta az egész erejét.
A gyerekek arcán látszott, hogy ez nem egy „program” volt, hanem valódi élmény.
A személyes találkozás ereje összehasonlíthatatlan bármilyen képernyőn látott példaképpel.
Ez az este megmutatta, mennyire fontos a közösség:
szülők, edzők, játékosok, klub – mind ugyanazért dolgozunk.
A tehetség fontos, de a szorgalom, fegyelem és kitartás már egészen kicsi korban eldől.
Köszönöm az edzők egész éves munkáját, Szakos Bencének és Jurek Gábornak, hogy időt szántak a gyerekekre, és a szülőknek, akik ezt az egészet megszervezték.
Jó volt megélni ezt a pillanatot. ❤️

Vasárnap esti edzés kész. 💪
Lassan egy hete nem edzettem, mert az elmúlt napok nem a rutinról szóltak. Egy hét alatt megjártam Abu Dhabit oda-vissza, ott voltam a 2025-ös, mindent eldöntő Forma–1-es futam hétvégéjén, részt vettem egy kétnapos nemzetközi bitcoin konferencián, Budapesten pedig lezajlott az első Mastermind-találkozónk az új csapattal is. Egyetlen éjszakát aludtam itthon.
Közben csütörtök este még belecsöppentem egy meglepetés edzésbe is, amit a feleségem és más szülők szerveztek – erről külön videó jön majd. Pénteken a gyárban a kollégákkal együtt zártuk az évet, beszéltünk arról, honnan jövünk és milyen kihívások várnak ránk, majd együtt ettünk, ittunk, megálltunk egy pillanatra. Délután pedig az Atlantisba mentünk, ahol a csapat másik felével két napot töltöttünk, évzáróval, beszélgetéssel, közös gondolatokkal.
Ott hangzott el az a mondat, amit most neked is továbbadok: a szokásaidat te választod meg.

Most még nem értem haza, Budapesten aludtam, miután megérkeztem a repülővel.
A mai nap délelőtt még volt egy találkozóm a Bizalmi Kör Mastermind csoportjával — most új csapatot kaptunk, három fiatal átkerült egy másik csoportba, úgyhogy ez volt az első közös ülésünk.
Aztán jött értem Tamás, az unokatestvérem, és indultunk is haza Miskolcra.
Reggel kinéztem a Radisson aulájából, ahonnan gyönyörűen látszanak a környék új építkezései. Komolyan mondom, nagyon menő ez a rész, rengeteg előregyártott elemet használtak, szépen állnak össze a tömbök, és ha egyszer teljesen elkészül, nagyon jó kis városrész lesz.
A Radisson egyébként is nagyon szép, színvonalas szálloda lett – ott töltöttem az estét, minden rendben volt, jó szolgáltatásokkal, kényelmes szobákkal. Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom bárkinek, aki Budapesten száll meg.
Hajnalban persze korán kidobott az ágy – három óra időeltérés van Abu Dhabi és Budapest között –, úgyhogy már hajnali háromkor ébren voltam. Kicsit dolgoztam is, amit még szabadságon lévő kollégám, Vincze Tamás is megjegyzett, mert ő is nagyon messze van most, mégis tudtunk pár szót váltani.
Utána lementem reggelizni, kicsekkoltam, és átmentem a Bizalmi Kör irodájába az IP Westbe. Ott volt még egy külön találkozóm is – erről most nem tudok videót mutatni –, de jól sikerült, és utána következett a Mastermind ülés.
Nagyon jó témákat hoztak a srácok, és az új csapat… hát kifejezetten erős. Jó karakterek, igazi vezetői mentalitással. Szerintem sokat fogunk egymásból tanulni.
Most pedig úton vagyok hazafelé.
Jó néhány nap eltáv után végre otthon leszek, és most már jellemzően Miskolcon lehet majd megtalálni az év végéig — hacsak nem egy családi kirándulás miatt ugrunk még fel a fővárosba.
Holnap pedig nagy nap jön:
• Berentén tartjuk a dolgozókkal az évzárót — toroskáposztával, ahogy kell.
• A Hotel Aurora csapata kijön, segít kiszolgálni mindenkit.
• Este pedig a cég másik felét, az Atlantis csapatát látom vendégül egy kétnapos wellness hétvégére.
Péntek délután lesz az éves visszaemlékezésem és az évértékelő beszédem. Ez mindig fontos pillanat — végigvesszük az évet, a kihívásokat, az eredményeket, és beszélgetünk a vezetőkkel is, hogy mindenki egy kicsit közelebb kerüljön azokhoz a folyamatokhoz, amiket nem lát nap mint nap.
Ez vár ránk most hétvégén.
