Aceh, aprovince in Indonesia was struck by severe flash floods. Thousands of people were killed, and millions were affected. This is the same region that was devastated by the 2004 tsunami, which killed more than 600,000 people.
The recent flooding was largely caused by extensive deforestation linked to palm oil plantations and logging operations. Many of these companies are connected to business interests associated with the current president, Prabowo Subianto.
Despite the scale of the disaster, the government has not declared it a national disaster. As a result, official aid has been limited.
Most recovery efforts are currently being carried out independently by local communities like him, with little state support. Aid distribution and coordination are largely community-led.

This is my second Tantra Transformation retreat with Tantra Essence this year. It was rather special because I got to experienced it in Spain and be part of the team.
Why did I participate in the same retreat more than once? I feel the more the work you do, the deeper layers you can penetrate. Its like peeling an onion. Each of the meditations bring me closer to myself and to Source, filled with unconditional love. Of course I still faced with triggers and challenges but at the end of the day, it is just a compass that pointed out my own personal growth.
A few things that I took away from this retreat are:
❤️ The more love you give, the more love you receive.
❤️ Your body is the wisdom keeper, trust your body, trust yourself.
❤️ Everyone has medicine for you and you are their medicine too.
❤️ Healing comes from facing the uncomfortable with gratitude, love and awareness.

I have been thinking a lot about how can I grow my sats stack
After looking and talking to many people, most of the options out there involved either giving your bitcoin to a third party or diving into shitcoinery and exchanging it to bitcoin. None of which appealing to me.
I convince the best way to stack sats is actually solving people problems and providing value in exchange for more bitcoin

Tantra gave me tools and methods to express and feel my emotions so I can lead a productive day.
Often times, we suppress our emotions, and it ruminates inside of us. When the emotions are not fully expressed, then the mind will take over instead.
Letting your mind process your emotions is counterproductive because often it will get stuck in a loop. It will then create another type of emotion, which is frustration.
So instead, learn the method to express these emotions: Pillow beating, dance, shaking, somatic movement, and breathwork are some of the tools to tap into those emotions.
The beauty of this method is that you don't have to analyze the "why." Sometimes emotions don’t have a logical reason.
Because whatever things you don't express will leave a mess.
