Why would my blog suddenly get hundreds of hits that all appear to be from the same person? I’ve had 880 views today but 47 visitors, compared to last Sunday when I had 170 views by 76 visitors?
Earlier I got an alert for “booming traffic,” 189 views in an hour. How is this person viewing three pages a minute?
Also the telehealth course I launched yesterday got 223 views today when usually the entire store gets like 40. No sales though.

Once I saw someone share that their therapist didn’t realize they hadn’t ended the telehealth session and the client heard them say, “oh my god she is exhausting.” Which, I understand countertransference and burnout, but what an awful thing to hear from your therapist!
Now whenever I close out a session, I say something positive about the client just in case they can still hear, like “she is so kind.”Idk if they’ve ever heard me but it’s helped my own burnout a lot, like a gratitude practice.💜

I got a random email from TalkSpace asking me to interview their CEO about their new AI bot. I’m open to it but not for the reasons they assume.
Don’t trust any of your data to TalkSpace. They just handed over someone’s entire therapy transcripts to their boss. It’s a privacy nightmare and I don’t understand why they’re still in business, or what kind of therapist would work for them.

I’m renewing my insurance credentialing and after I submitted the form I got an email from a third party asking me to download an attachment to provide “missing information.” I emailed provider services directly and said hey, I don’t download from third parties, what do you need from me? Back in October, I was laid off from a publication I freelanced with for five years. Not just me, they cut all their freelancers, but it still sucked. Shortly after, they laid off 90% of their editors, too.
