The early anomaly (picrel) was caused by the depression and world war. The late anomaly has been caused by the past two decades of war being waged against us by boomers and jews. That chunk of time in the middle was stable and normal. That's the world the boomers got to enjoy that they love to pretend was so austere. The average home price to income ratio in that era was about 4.095, using my own calculations. It's somewhere between 3.8775 and 4.3125 if anyone else wants to crunch some numbers. Anything you come up with is going to be far below the current ratio of 7.12.
Using the ratio from the sensible times when we were not a poor country, had easy access to good paying jobs, with rising generational wealth and growing life expectancy, with that ratio, that house should cost roughly 123k, new. I'm not talking about adjusting for inflation either.
I'm saying with the current median income of $83,730, and a home price to median income ration of 4.095, adjusted for proportional size, using the current average of 2000 sq ft, that house should cost 123k new.
Subtract from that 46 years of depreciation and account for the extensive repairs needed, and the house is now worth 70 thousand.

My friend, Ed Peterson, over at Wells, Iowa, received a check for $1,000.00 from the government for not raising hogs. So, I want to go into the "not raising hogs" business next year.

20 years ago a guy at a tech conference said the IOT would let your dental insurance company raise your rates if you didn't brush your teeth, because your wifi toothbrush would tell on you, and he meant it like it was a good thing.
The tasks of identifying, locating, and neutralizing these people would be gargantuan. It would take an army of men years to complete.
The end result of their actions is, at minimum, local societal breakdown, if not full collapse into WROL territory. Interestingly, full collapse into WROL would cull these people naturally within 6 weeks.

White pills all around.
I've been listening to the Mt. Mitchell ham radio repeater in North Carolina. A handful of high functioning White people showed up after the hurricane and put together an emergency response operation like what you would expect from trained professionals.
They have logistics, communications, administration, and medical all hammered out and functioning smoothly. They turned an airport up in the mountains into the headquarters and are running non-stop flights out to the entire area. There is zero federal response where they are, and they aren't asking for it.
There is a ham radio repeater tower on the top of the mountain, and volunteer hams are taking shifts operating net control like a police dispatch call center. HQ is holding morning and evening radio briefings detailing everything happening in their AO, and needed supplies. Hams on the ground are on the radio all day long, relaying information through net control back to the airport about all of the pockets of civilians they are reaching, their status, their needs, etc.
If the airport is the headquarters, the churches are their outposts where they fly supplies to and coordinate distribution from. One church is cooking a thousand meals a day just to feed the people working at the airport. The head of operations at the airport says that, aside from the supply trucks that are coming in from all over the country, all other support is coming from local churches.
They are currently transitioning responsibility for the entire operation to the churches, because they know the outside volunteers can't stay there forever. Reminds me a little of the church during the fall of Rome.
They are asking for log splitters to mass produce firewood, as they don't expect normal to return before winter.
