This issue was heard earlier as well but it has been hard to reproduce the bug at our side. We have made a hot fix recently under similar scenario and put the fix into the recent damus version. I think this is required when the notes were not evenly synchronized to the added relays list (because of network error or other issues) or a new relay has been just added to the list and we want to sync our past post to this relay

Running @npub18m7…q955 on MacOS was whole next level experience. I tried it today for the first time. I couldn’t get away with it. Specially, when you scroll, the pictures, videos, and gifs, they appear in Full screen resolution. And it feels like you are really into the notes mentally. I encourage everyone who has MacOS to try it.

If the streaming url is audio formatted (ending in .mp3 or .wav) then apple’s AVFoundation library can easily play it but if the link is improper, it is very hard to parse the audio content
