In Chinese medicine, a single emotion rarely tells the whole story. Someone showing anger isn't automatically a Wood imbalance; it could be Earth struggling to feel supported or Water imbalance and showing up as fear underneath. One emotion is just one clue among several. A good diagnosis means gathering the full picture before naming the pattern.

I'm a massage therapist, and I also teach qigong (in-person classes + videos). I'd love to start accepting Bitcoin for my work, but I'm based in Portugal, where most people are still very skeptical or simply don't know about it, making it tricky to find clients open to paying in sats.

Qigong: Moving from the Center
One of the fundamental keys in Qigong is the ability to move Qi not through our limbs but from our center, the Dantian.
I often teach the visualization of holding an energy sphere between your hands. Our natural tendency is to move only our arms, but true Qi circulation happens when this sphere forces us to move our whole body as a single unit. Resistance is felt in all directions simultaneously, which helps maintain joint integrity and realign our structure.
It’s not about peripheral muscular strength; it’s about integrity and connection. This daily practice of mindful movement is what builds the longevity we seek.
