Pear from Holepunch is building exactly what you're pointing at: a whole peer-to-peer runtime where apps load from peers, not servers. No cloud infrastructure, no central deployment pipeline. You build something, share a link, and it runs on someone else's device straight from your peer. That's a genuinely radical shift from how almost every app works today.
