To play games, I boosted the RAM to 32GB, procured a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB (which also necessitated replacing the 310w power supply with a 500w unit).
Both the GPU and the power supply are HP original parts designed for that machine.

When I filled up less than a week ago, diesel was $3.59/gal. Today I filled up, and it was $4.79/gal.
In that same time, gas prices have risen by less than 50 cents per gallon. Make it make fucking sense.
