Interesting. So since there is no ASIC, does that mean there is some kind of kernel bypass implemented in software?
It’s funny you mention that because there’s other hardware I’ve seen this happen to. Removing the reliance on an ASIC and doing it mostly in software (leveraging kernel bypass/user space since forwarding in kernel is slow), and using the CPU more heavily, especially the cache.

Just like those who don’t have children shouldn’t be talking about family-related things, those who don’t have experience in the world of understanding causality of violence shouldn’t be telling folks how to use their weapons.
Same applies with an obese person telling me how to get fit.

Because you’ve never encountered violence in your life, you lack the capacity to understand why 2A is relevant.
The movies are not an accurate portrayal of these things, Nor is the domesticated nature of a city. Go touch grass, buddy.
Want a portrayal of what happens when you ban guns outright? Go to England. I’m sure you’ll think twice about not having a gun when you get stabbed on the streets.
