I'm not a west vlaming either tho 🤣 everything is like an hour drive max in this country, unless in traffic ofcourse 😅 the benefits if having a campervan, drive back the day after 😁
Yeah it's a bit pricey I find, compared to a day @ a GMM or Alcatraz anyway but definitely worth it if you haven't seen Maiden, Epica or Testament yet! ✌️

2 years ago I started to build my old work van into a campervan, today I'll share some info and pictures!
Took me about 3 months start to finish.
Cabinets/drawers etc made from sheets of multiplex, painted and varnished.
Shower walls finished with acrylic sheets with a 'slide out' bio chemical toilet for max space and privacy(sliding doors).
Holds about 110L of fresh water with a 25L boiler for hot water.
120L grey water tank (dishes/shower water).
Around 3kwh of energy which can be charged by either the 440watt solar panel, a regular power outlet, 12v while driving or electric car charging points, which is only needed during heavy energy use in winter.
Regular power outlets, 12v(for led lights) and USB for charging.
Gas bottle for stove last about 8 months if used daily for cooking/tea.
Full queen size bed, 220cm by 165cm, no need to fold or setup anything.
93L fridge.
Still pretty happy how it all turned out!

You gotta have some capital to buy land ofcourse and i believe one of the main things would be a water source on the land.
Which country do you think of doing something like this?
It's not easy to explain you how to build a house and stuff 😅
I got some friends who can grow food and you can do allot with some solar panels.
Work in the fiat mines, save in btc, get healthy and develop your skills and prepare it for the next 10 years IMHO.

As far as I know you cannot, it's not perfect, if you want a truly secure email provider, protonmail, for example, is better, duck uses their own email infrastructure but this service is purely for forwarding purposes only, they store the forwarding address and alias (encrypted) and since they are US based I wouldn't call it secure.

Booting directly from the USB drive (which is turned into a Bootable drive with Rufus for example) so instead of using your C: drive (or whatever it is for you) to load your OS, you load into the OS on the USB drive. This can be selected in your bios, which drive it will prioritize to boot from.

Rufus is idd the goat, very easy to use, mind that the USB drive will only be a boot drive at that point and not your regular USB drive anymore until you reformat it again, either you can use it to boot from the USB drive everytime (i used to do that with tails) or install the linux OS with a dual boot option (done that with Ubuntu before) if you want to keep your original OS also so whenever launching your pc you choose which OS to load into.

I lived in Australia before I went to NZ, Melbourne is cool tho, but it's overall a more extreme and 'live fast' lifestyle in Aus, in my experience anyway.. nothing wrong with that per se 😁

Yeah I wasn't being serious but I used to live in Oceania for about 10 years and can tell you that nobody can confirm anything about you rly, they just take your word for it basically.. 'yes, I do have a degree in whatever' and they'll translate any (fake) document you give them which in turn makes it official. (Things can be way different now)
Not saying this is the way to go, just spitting out thoughts.
I'm sure many countries would be glad to take your (converted) btc to spend in their economy.
Would you need proof of purchase btc in El Salvador for example?
That being said, it can be hard to live far away from your family.
It's better to try and make your home a better place then to run away from it... IMHO.

EU friends of mine don't see a point in studying Bitcoin, they act like 'it's for criminals' and are probably afraid to do 'illegal' things, they forgot the point of saving money, in like 10-15 years, but are happy it's 'not as bad here as in other countries' (spreading fear from the media works, I guess) and just do what everybody does, get a job, get a loan, make kids, have a beer on Friday's, repeat. Now in our mid 30's they have no time or energy and just keep doing what they're doing... I've seen them all gradually change into the same empty shell (with voting rights!) Prices basically 20fold since the introduction of the euro and now that most of our parents are retiring they recieve hardly any pension (free broken back included) and as long as they have something or somebody to point the finger they will continue doing the same shit over and over.. they're all blind and distracted... unfortunately a total collapse of the system would be the best thing for everyone.
