If the earth is flat then this photo should be repeatable.
It wouldn’t take that much effort (considering we’ve put a mirror on the moon) to put a mirror on one of the peaks and bounce a laser of it to prove it’s actually the peak we’re seeing and not something else.

I didn’t mention anything about opposites, I just don’t believe in one more god than you.
I was raised Christian, went to Sunday school and then church when I was older. Once I was old enough to think critically for myself I decided it wasn’t for me. I have no issues with the general principles espoused I just don’t think, on the balance of evidence, that there is a god.
And if we’re throwing shade at people who don’t believe the same things as us, I find it sad that some people feel the need to tell others their life would be better if only they’d believe the same things as them.

Best globe earth proofs, off the top of my head, in no particular order:
Ships disappearing over the horizon from the bottom up not just getting smaller until you can’t see them anymore. (Same for mountains or any distant tall object).
The mathematics of navigating using the stars and a sextant that work in the real world but would not work if we were not on a globe.
Plane flight paths which follow an apparently curved route but when mapped on a globe is a straight line. (And no I don’t believe all the private aviation companies in the world are somehow in on the conspiracy.)
A laser beam projected out level to the ground does not stay level but appears to rise at exactly the rate predicted if we were on a globe with a circumference the same as that which we have calculated for the earth.
Our model of the earth which can explain how it formed and what its structure is which is supported by P and S waves from earthquakes.
Constellations getting lower in the sky as you travel south in the northern hemisphere and or as you travel north in the southern hemisphere.
The fact that different constellations are visible in the northern and southern hemisphere.

That’s my bad, I changed the question to one which is easier to challenge. Well done you for spotting it and taking the opportunity to answer with a question of your own while simultaneously avoiding answering my original question.
To answer your question; “Who says the consensus has been a globe for the last 4000 years?” The body of scientific work produced over that period, some of which I have alluded to earlier in our conversation, all of which you dismissed.
If, as you claim, the common assumption was that the earth was flat pre 1970’s it should be easy to find some evidence of that in the scientific literature or educational text books. An extremely brief, not so thorough, internet search didn’t turn up any thing for me except for the misconception that everyone in the Middle Ages thought the earth was flat which found its way into educational texts. This is not to be confused with education in the late twentieth century teaching that the earth actually was flat for which I did not see any evidence. However, I remain confident that you will have some examples on hand to dissuade me of my ill conceived notions on this.
As a personal anecdote; I don’t know how old you are but I know people who went to school before the 1970s and none of them were taught that the earth was flat.
Additional personal anecdote; Why would mariners make their lives more difficult than necessary by making and using maps and navigation techniques that assume a globe earth rather than flat? And before you say they don’t, I have friends and family who are sailors and have used said techniques while navigating at sea. Techniques that simply would not work if the earth was flat.
To return to your point about the TV being a powerful brainwashing tool, I do agree with you on that. Not as powerful as social media though. Which, as we know came into our lives at a much later date than TV and the advent of which is not far from the increase in talk of, and belief in, a flat earth. If we’re looking for correlations between introduction of technology and change in opinions about previously established ‘facts’ I would posit that the correlation is stronger for social media > flat earth than TV > globe earth.
But, if you are correct and we have been brainwashed via TV about the shape of the earth who decided to do it and why? And how did they convince all world governments to get on board with the lie? Surely I don’t need to remind you that the US and USSR were deep in the Cold War during the 1970s. Are you suggesting they were ready to start a nuclear war against each other but at the same time colluding to brainwash their populations about the shape of the earth? To what end? The space program would have had just as mush validity if the earth were flat, we would still want to know what was above and below us.
And if we’re saying that the government knew that the earth was flat before the space program, how did they know? How did they find out? And most importantly what incentivised them to lie about it?
And if it’s all just about money and the space program was just about siphoning money away from people for the elites to put in their piggy banks don’t you think there are easier ways to do that which don’t involve such elaborate and hard to execute lies?
Here’s a counter proposal for you.
Which the advent of social media, people with marginalised views could find other people with similar views and form communities around those views. The human need for acceptance drove that desire to find people who accepted you.
As social media developed a monetary incentive emerged to create and share content. Growing your community now had 2 incentives drivers, the need for acceptance and money.

If gyroscopes hold their rigidity in space (which I agree they do in the absence of external forces which is not the case on earth, gravity) and if the earth was flat and not rotating, wouldn’t you expect to see no procession?

Not sure what you’re talking about with gyroscopes. Gyroscopic processing perfectly measures the rotation of the earth and procession changes with latitude consistent with a globe.
Aircraft, ships, and missiles use inertial navigation systems (INS) which rely on gyroscopes to maintain orientation without external reference. They must account for Earth’s rotation and curvature to remain accurate

Pythagoras and Aristotle argued that the Earth was round based on observations such as curved shadows on the moon during eclipses and ships disappearing over the horizon. These are qualitative arguments much as your “I can’t see any curvature” is.
Eratosthenes, in the third century BC, used the neat little trick that you could do yourself today. He measured the shadow cast by a vertical object at two different locations (Syrene and Alexandria) and then used his observations and maths to calculate the circumference of the Earth. If you care you can look up the details.
P and S waves, the waves created during an earthquake, can be used not only to show the Earth is round but they also help us to understand what the earth is made of. Again easy to look up and find explanations for if you care to.
Your comment about using a spirit level to show that the Earth is flat is fundamentally and technically flawed. If you wanted to use a spirit level to show that the Earth was flat the level wouldn’t need to be over 200m long. Look up the Sagitta formula if you care to know why. The mistake you have made here is not taking into account the relative scales of the thing that you are trying to measure and the thing that you’re measuring with.
You can use a similar method such as shining a laser beam over 500m or so to demonstrate the Earth either being flat or curved and the results are consistent with a global not a flat earth. Again using these observations and a little maths, you can calculate the curvature of the earth.
You can use a sextant to measure the angle above the horizon of Polaris. In the northern hemisphere as you travelled further south Polaris gets lower in the sky. This observation is consistent with a globe Earth and, again, with some measurements and the little maths you can calculate the curvature of the Earth.
I’ve giving you 4 examples of
Observation + measurement + maths = proof in support of a globe earth and explained why using a 30 cm spirit level does not work to show that the Earth is flat. Please help this max retard understand the error of his ways by giving me comparable proofs that the Earth is flat.

I don’t understand the narrative that we need big centralised miners.
If nation states start to adopt bitcoin there will be an arms race of hash power to ensure their bitcoin isn’t stolen.
If they don’t but plebs continue to believe in bitcons value proposition there will be thousands of solo miners.
In both scenarios the difficulty adjustment will compensate for the change in hash rate.

Have you considered that if this information was not available to the public it’s reasonable to assume that Jack didn’t have access to it either.
Guilt by association is not the same thing as being complicit in the acts.
If you did business with someone who later was revealed as a child rapist does that make you also a terrible person.
If, as you are implying, any who has done business with someone named in the Epstein files deserves to be treated in the same way as the people actually named that’s a lot of people. Most of whom probably had no clue.
If Trump is named does that mean that anyone who has ever had business with him is also tainted?
If Larry Fink is named same question?
I don’t know if Jack had prior knowledge and I’m sure you don’t either so let’s not tar him with the same brush simply because he did business with them.

Why is questioning a poorly evidenced argument cope?
I have no horse in this race. It doesn’t impact my life in any way. But if you’re going to claim something is backed by science the least you can do is show up the a complete set of receipts.

How big was the sample size?
Did it control for socioeconomic status before the baby?
Were there comparable groups with none mixed race parents?
As presented this a cherry picking at its finest.

1 - All elements necessary for the combustion are contained within the rocket fuel.
2 - For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
When the fuel combusts it expand rapidly and is forced out of the combustion chamber.
This in turn has an effect equal and opposite effect of propelling the rocket in the opposite direction.
