Yea...
... who has time to listen to every 2-3 HOUR podcast? I've skipped a ton of content I would probably like but it was EMBEDDED in a bunch of nonsense (usually).
But when you can quickly get a summary and, if you're lucky, there's something actually of INTEREST in it, you can jump to it and enjoy.

I've read similar arguments for vitamin D, too...
... that the current "normal" or "recommended" level is TOO LOW.
ALSO, I noticed something a few months ago when I started a personal experiment with a performance doctor, which required blood tests.
While I get plenty of sun and already took Vitamin D daily, the test showed MY levels to be slightly low. I was surprised, I thought I'd be good. So we doubled the daily dose and will be retested in a month or so.
You cannot assume.

well, I happen to like a "little bit" of uncertainty...
