I still dont get why they dont just hire more immigration judges and asylum judges, probably be cheaper than the ice circuses and would stop most people from being mad about it. I feel like the way they are going about it is purposeful attempt at inciting unrest and creating a less empathic younger generation... but thats moving towards conspiracy

i mean the deferred judgement is a thing you receive in court, specifically to give you time to complete some task, like stay crime free for 7 years and stay employed with the green card they gave you to attain citizenship hopefully in the future, its again a legal category, i guess DACA is a controversial legal category, but i mean they were kids dragged into the country.

no illegal immigrant receives ACA money or federal welfare, the welfare that does go to immigrants tend to be state level things, and most of them cant get those either, because most states need you to prove citizenship. They cant receive any ACA money because well, how is an illegal immigrant gonna file taxes and have a ss number.
