I became a godfather for the third time this weekend! It's a huge responsibility, but I'm thrilled to have been entrusted with this task not once, but three times so far!
The ceremony was beautiful, and the priest was fantastic! The weather was wonderful, there were a lot of kids, and the sermons were well-delivered. Baptisms are a pure source of love.

I've been listening to all my podcasts on @nprofile…eu7r for more than a year.
Bitchat is a useless app on my phone because I can't find anyone in my circles who uses it.

It's a good news network for beginners. It's kind of an early warning system.

We tried. But, boy, no chance! The workday starts at 6:00 a.m. and usually ends at 3:00 p.m. Not eating anything while working is killing me. We don't eat after 8 p.m. That would mean 19 hours of fasting while needing energy at work.

We are trying to get healthier and in better shape, but we don't know what to eat for breakfast and second breakfast at work (like proper Hobbits!).
We don't have time to sit down and eat in peace or even heat up food at work.
What are some good breakfast ideas that are easy to prepare? What can we take to work five times a week that can be eaten cold, is easy to snack on, and requires the least amount of preparation?
We would like to cut out carbs if possible.
