Actually that raises an interesting point.... If I put the HLS link into Nostr via my account then it'll be connected to my wallet and easy for me to split 50/50 with Abi (the other half of the band).
I'll email them and see if they're cool about the Nostr side. They should be but there's definitely folks on ActivityPub who lose their shit at the slightest mention of Bitcoin as @nprofile…v2r3 can attest.
It's a shame, it's Peer2Peer open source dosh as I see it but a lot of people see anything 'crypto' related and shut down. I mean they have a point re. crypto generally but yeah. It is what it is...

Yeah I'm in contact with him already, The Kalimera Show already goes out via ShoSho now in this case, it's someone else’s' Owncast server so I need the HLS link from them, which I should have but the Owncast will by far have the most active chat but will cool to get fully Nostr native too.

The optimum would be to find a way to create/host an RSS feed. I do mine with self hosted software called Castopod that I then post to Nostr via Nostria.
There are simpler methods and other folks better than explaining than I...
Wakelake and Fountain are just a couple of options to take care of hosting but personally I prefer to find self hosted options to avoid ending up in some next Spotify scenario.

Ring Mod enthusiasts, I'm looking for a reasonably priced outboard ring mod that's happy working at line level/low impedance for general tomfoolery.
Not a plug in, something with friendly knobs I can play with.
Ideally smallish as I'd like to add it to my live set up, dubbing stuff up.
As ever, I could search the web but I prefer direct communication with humans these days.
