I need a web browser that's decently minimal works with normie websites has integrated ublock origin removes cache and history but preserves it extremely well when explicitly told too.
I just need something that keeps shit off of sight to minimise adhd tendencies
I'd use qutebrowser but I really don't have the time to spend configuring it. and ublock won't work with it :/

Yeah Ik claude code; people think it's either the best thing in the world, and I don't discredit their results but I don't really believe the "you should prompt it correctly" crap
and others think it's a boneheaded piece of shit that overdoes everything 3.7 was a mistake dario amodie should commit seppuku (though seriously he already should have for his insane cringe "machines of loving grace" shit)

is AI vibeshitcoding with it good for anything aside from a throwaway prototype?
I tried copilot once for some shell scripts and it (despite using gpt 4 lol) impressed me by adding a comment that inferred the context of what I was doing
Then it made an utterly bonehead error so I went nvm I've used o3-mini as autocomplete for some menial shit I was writing and it did it mostly
correctly

Zed editor is actually pretty good and fast (emacs with lsp makes my computer sob and starts lagging)
Just wish they made the AI crap less intrusive (much better than copilot) and gave the *option* to remove the dumb github sign in button

Kinda doomer but I feel its very likely we may get some sort of strong ai by 2027. At least for math and programming. Its really not just hype there are legit reasons to believe it.
Hallucinations may still be issues, perhaps context lengths and even inference time costs, creativity may really not be reduced and I wonder about code performance and security and am sceptical of Dario's "A country of PHDs in a datacenter"
But it really seems to be a real deal

Interesting, I guess it uses standard prompting to do that, but somethinng fancy could be making a basic lexer to test syntax against but that maybe very prone to errors

I guess it somehow tests the snippets using a static syntax checker and then uses its output to correct it, standard practice for a lot of llm code stuff is to fix invalid code by reading error messages

he sold his just a day before stock correction causes the shares to be valued like 50,000x
