I only pay for a basic Google subscription with 200 GB of storage. And it gives me a little more access to Gemini.
As for entertainment—whether it's movies, TV shows, anime, etc. —the rest is 🏴‍☠️
I’ve only tried a few AI subscriptions here and there.
But for now, every once in a while, I just request Opus 4.6 on @nprofile…qagl page for a few Sats.

Muy buen podcast! 👍 Aunque pudiera parecer que se sale un poco del tema Bitcoin, la verdad es que vale mucho la pena.
Escuchando el debate me sentí muy identificado, porque es justo lo que he vivido mentalmente estos últimos tiempos. Todo va desde dudas simples hasta cuestiones casi metafísicas, y todo a raíz de interactuar con estas IAs.
Mi caso es particular no soy alguien técnico. Mi acercamiento viene más por el lado del aprendizaje. Estas herramientas funcionan como un buen tutor (siempre con cuidado, claro), y a nivel visual con los modelos de difusión de imágenes han sido una revelación.
Me resultaron especialmente útiles en un área que rara vez tocaba como el rendering dado que me muevo en la arquitectura y diseño interior. No tenía una máquina potente para eso, pero encontré una propuesta para hacer renders en la nube que salía mucho más barato que comprar una GPU. Empecé a probarla obteniendo resultados medianamente decentes para ir generando ideas, y las últimas versiones ya compiten fácilmente con trabajos medio-profesionales. Una locura.
Por otro lado, hace ya tiempo que dejé de usar buscadores tradicionales y pasé prácticamente a usar IA (Perplexity). En cuanto a código, no sé nada, pero he logrado hacer varias rutinas para AutoCAD con ChatGPT desde los primeros modelos razonadores (o3). Ahora estoy interesado en Claude, porque su opción de "Cowork" me parece muy útil para cosas del trabajo. Y pienso testearlo.
En fin, un pastiche de cosas que he ido sumando estos últimos 3 años 😄
Es loco ver cómo mucho de esto ya escapa del ámbito laboral, que es el que veo más próximo a recibir la embestida de esta ola (o tsunami?). En pocas generaciones de los modelos comerciales las cosas van a ser una locura. No quiero ni imaginar un Claude Opus 10, un ChatGPT-15 Thinking o un Gemini 10 Pro. Dónde carajos va a parar esto? Algunos nichos serán netamente bots trabajando.
No sé si tocará irse al campo con una buena escopeta y flechas anti-drones… que de paso, seguro serán manejados por IAs también 😅
Pero de que cocina un cambio o ya está cociendo a fuego lento porque somos las ranas, es innegable pienso. Toca ver cómo uno lo surfea, porque quedarse estático es dejar que la ola lo arrase a uno.
En cuanto a lo de hacer unas guías para principiantes sobre Claude, estaría muy interesado. Poco había usado su versión Opus, solo la free sonnet, pero empecé a testearlo a través de PPQ y me ha gustado bastante cómo va. Así que podría animarme a adquirir al menos la versión de $20 de claude

Basic disadvantages that may cause some noise about Spark, such as:
-No trust, if operators join forces we're screwed. How do they mitigate this?
-It destroys your privacy by reusing static addresses within Spark. How do they work their magic to avoid this characteristic of Spark?
-The Spark team has a history related to KYC. Will this influence future development, or are Spark "nodes" completely independent at the development level?
How channel factories are a big help in getting away from centralized entities that manage liquidity and help new users.
