The cone taking advantage of hot oil escaping reminds me of both jet engine/generator turbines as well as Tesla Turbines. This case using a heated fluid to do the work to make up for not having huge volume and pressure to abuse such as a hydroelectric damn.
Would be curious to see the efficiency on this kind of motor. Probably would need a starter same as ICEs. If used for a moving vehicle, heat loss would be hard to overcome, I feel. Definitley worth looking at.

Got a group I play cards against humanity with, and we use a house rule to add a random card from the draw piles to each round. It often beats out every player card, and will meta callout the group. There is no peak at which to stop playing.

Yeah, I've known a couple drafters that had the connection to get such a setup.
Problem with engineers is the system is rigged, they only pass so many PE (Professional Engineer) certificates per year, so there will alway be a controlled number in a givem field, and the rest of the degree holders are always stuck as EI (Engineering Intern) having to work for a PE, not legally allowed to sign and seal plans themselves.
So not many PEs overall, and fewer that run their own firm and grab themselves a personal drafter. Most PEs stay with large firms.

I know for the Civil CAD drafting work I did, there's a glut of just CAD drafters/technicians that know the software and can just sit down and make the plans. Lots of degree holders that learn to do some CADing on the job but are mostly just trying to be engineers. Might just be my general area though.
Not as high paying as having a degree, but some firms are desperate enough to take in people from unrelated computer fields and try to train them up, so as to have competent staff to support the engineers, and make the designs happen.
Job it typically alot of math, type setting notes and labels, and proof reading.
Long and short being, there might be supporting role jobs people can look for it they ask around right. My passing thought, may ot may not be worthwhile.
