No group or subset of human can necessarily create the “problem” unless you allow them to, there is most definitely always duality, and almost always an enabler.
In this case let’s just focus on liberal women and take colour out of the picture- weak men are largely to blame, they enable this group because they are simply chasing tail in the modern world & conforming their beliefs to the liberal womans in order to (hopefully) fulfill their primal urge of procreation.
The less that men condone or participate, the less you will see liberal women. It’s yin & yang, if you give your energy to any group of people, they will take it. The energy they receive creates the balance, the same is true if you do not give your energy to someone, and the balance shifts.
I’d say the issue is that there has been a normalization of this cycle of enabling. Look at any group you see as a “problem” and you’ll always find an enabler.
So yeah, as a man just do your part and don’t conform to a liberal woman’s beliefs for the sake of getting laid, it enables them. If everyone did this, that group wouldn’t exist to the level that it does today. This is probably the only solution if you see this group as a “problem”

Solid angle- there’s been a ton of emphasis/focus on parasites over the past few years but nothing really about this.
Look at the theories of how ergot potentially fuelled the Salem witch hunt.
We’ve seen zombie ant fungus, that literally takes over the minds of ants, I think we’d be stupid to assume that there isn’t anything that can have atleast some impact on humans.
We also know how powerful the role of fungus can be if you believe in stoned ape theory, which I personally do to a degree.
It’s definitely possible, fungus like parasites or any other form of life has a goal of living, surviving & reproducing. It’s likely present in all of us or around us to some degree, and it’s probably under studied. Stack that with the gut-mind connection and I see a ton of merit here.

I think with Nostr you definitely need to search for people to follow & curate your feed. I like to check on the 4 & 1hr trending sections, find posts that are relevant to me, follow & engage.
Once you engage with these people you’ll see that it’s definitely a community driven protocol, accounts whether large or small seem to connect more (than on larger platforms) via this direct engagement.
I would also recommend being active with your posts, as you will have people that find you this way and begin to engage.
In terms of “scrollability” it def can be a lot more “dead” at times but I believe that the perk of Nostr is direct engagement rather than scrolling and consuming.

Took a 3 month hiatus from social media, redownloaded X about a week ago, got bored of it almost immediately.

Pinch grip hand cramps would be insane after a while 😂
Grip and hand strength are very very good things to train, overlooked as well. Easiest way to train it is thru laborious tasks, most people ain’t doing that though.
Not sure if these photos are correlation or causation but here’s some quick searches I made. I was a baseball player, grip strength was a very big indicator for bat speed when swinging, which = more power.

Is being on my phone way less a symptom of going nostr only?! Has anyone else experienced this?
I love interacting with this protocol, but I no longer feel the urge to be on my phone all the time. There’s no more randomly checking socials for no reason, I’ve just been taking a peek once or twice a day. No more doom scrolling either. It’s actually pretty crazy.
I’ve gone without social media for months at a time, and years with all socials deleted, but I’ve never had this balance while having social media apps downloaded on my phone.

Two simple indicators of a man’s character that I’ve picked up on from being in the physical labour industry for 10+ years. It’s obviously not cut and dried but keep your eyes open for the following:
1. Handshake - A man doesn’t give a firm handshake only out of respect for you, it’s also out of respect for themselves.
If you give limp handshakes you might want to fix that- it directly corresponds to how others perceive you, and can be fixed with the smallest bit of conscious effort.
Pay attention to this one and notice trends associated with it.
2. Work ethic - Specifically during tasks where it’s obviously gruelling, in group-work environments, or both.
Work ethic isn’t just how hard you’re willing to work, it’s the quality of effort you’re willing to put towards specific tasks.
Regardless of even knowing how to complete a task, being a guy who knows how to instinctively apply himself, deploy his set of skills (which we all have) and learn in hands on situations goes a long way in this world, and not just for physical jobs- people like this are wanted in whatever situation they land themselves in.
It just comes down to wanting to be useful, figuring out exactly how to make yourself useful and applying yourself, on a situational basis.
Be useful and try your best, you will gain new skills and respect as the reward, just do not be a bystander.
Being open to hard tasks & making an effort to be useful in enough situations is how you turn yourself a Swiss Army knife, building character and harnessing respect from peers in the process.

The end goal is for people to stop dying, stop spending, stop fighting. I don’t care how it happens, I just care that it happens & it looks like it is happening as of now. I wouldn’t care which party made it happen.
It’s becoming increasingly obvious that there were plunders to be had from this war, for supporting it, for spending towards it- trillions of dollars worth of minerals and other resources was always the deal, and that’s sickening that people had to die for speculation.

First trial run for making tallow.
Literally just chopped the fat from 3 striploins and boiled it for a few hours. This will be a common routine for me from here on out, and I’ll be buying my beef in bulk.
I messed up by tossing the gelatin, but I’ll be sure to get a dehydrator to make my own beef gelatin protein/collagen powder. 9g of protein per 10 grams, 35 cals 🤯

The more I get into cooking and adulthood the more I wish my nonna was still around- I’ll reach out to my mom and see if we have her exact recipe, I’m sure it’s very basic, but that generation mostly followed a rough recipe and then went by feel. Maybe I’ll dig up her gnocchi recipe as well, that’s like the holy grail.

Depends on if you’re doing egg/flour pasta or flour/water for shelf life.
I’m kinda going off with what my family does but I’m pretty sure my nonna would dry the egg based pasta and then cook it, and it would all get eaten, but I think you can freeze it.
Maybe for the macaroni just leave it on a sheet for a while before cooking because obviously you can’t hang it, I’ve never don’t macaroni though.

Lightly flour the noodles once prepared and hang them for a bit, if you dry the noodles til fully dry they’ll last a few months.
Make a big batch, I say give it a few hours for what you’re looking to cook it fresh, and leave the rest hanging for a day or so.

Bull market dips, for reference.
A message that I sent to my friend who’s new for this cycle:
Look at these charts & imagine being scared to buy any of those pullbacks..
1700, 3000, 8900, 28,000, 30,000, 40,000, 50,000..
currently a dip to 83,000.
See it’s always looked scary because the dip always follows a new high. Looking back it’s obvious that you’d buy at any of those prices mentioned, but it’s never obvious in the moment until you understand how #BTC operates. It wasn’t obvious back then to many for this reason.
Even if you went all in at the 2017 top, you entered at 20k.. scary at that time, fast forward 8 years and your positions value has 4x’d while we’re on a 25% pull back..
So you bought at 83k, on a 25% pullback. I’d say on the conservative side that bitcoin would be around 400k in 8 years, on a similar pullback down from 600k. Someone will be having this exact same conversation then.
