Today's protest, at San Francisco's Civic Center, felt different. I watched the SF Poster Syndicate print new posters and give them away for free. At a time, when my city appears to have given up on art and artists, the artists are still showing up and being amazing! They print the posters right there at the event!

I somehow managed to break through inertia and finally dropped off some of my stickers at Noe Valley Books, my local book shop. I've been playing with lizard motifs, on watercolor paper, for a little while now. They're fun to draw and are distracting me from all the bad things going on out there. They want us miserable, and I refuse to be that. So I'm drawing, a lot.

Making progress on the large piece that I've been working on. I love how it combines two ideas: atomic bonding angles and harmonics. Abstracted and combined.

Just saw a comedian say something along the lines of differences between the generations "Boomers, Millieniels, and Gen Z".
Um, what about GenX? The boomers made us latch-key kids, and then everyone else pretends we never existed? Ugh.
It's like a whole generation is that anonymous artist or writer, who was actually a woman but nobody wanted to acknowledge they existed.

Etsy is demanding that I upload my 'government issued id' to continue getting paid for any sales I might make in my shop there.
Hmmmm....I think I'm going to close down my shop there, or put it on vacation mode. Honestly, I do not trust Etsy with a photo of my legal ID, which is what they're demanding.
So, ugh.
