I approach three people a day on average on a slower (fewer young people around me) day. The vibe usually is fine in all honesty but you get looks for sure. The success rate is pretty low all things considered. Not counting people that flake or give you their info and stop responding, I get a real date out of cold approach maybe 1/15 tries at best? It's starting to lower as I get better at it but I've been doing this at a rate and scale most guys can't reasonably do.

Well of course. My issue is that why did he let people make it so shitty. It's not an issue laymen can really fix alone, and with atomization it's unlikely they'll be able to group together and solve it even in the small scale. What are we supposed to do, pray harder? I think that saying is dumb. The only times I've ever been happy is with other people. Can't ever think of a moment where I'm toiling away at something and my hard work made me feel good. The emotional connection with others is what did it the scant few times it has happened. Forcing myself to change somehow so I enjoy constant isolation isn't realistic. I think fundamentally, social media is the only reasonable way to start a business and actually have it do well as a zoomer without starting capital. They aren't bots. The videos just hit numbers that good. Videos with similar ideas (thumbnail and title wise which is the most important thing on youtube) have proven to hit similar numbers long term. For example, the video he did recently where he throws a train into a pit was done because the concept was proven to do well years ago virtually. Doing it in real life was an easy way (for him at least) to expand on that idea.

I'm pretty sure most of those types work at soulless studios for the consistent pay to support said families. The risk of working on an indie project, sometimes for years at a time, is usually too risky for most good family men to consider. This I'd bet is why so many degenerates are into making indie games. They live by themselves and maybe a homosexual "partner" which gives them the financial freedom to take such risks. Thinking about it now, this is probably why Nazi Germany had so many advancements in such a short time. They heavily minimized the overhead of starting and maintaining a family. This is also why you should be extraordinarily risky while you're young, unless you have very strong finances out of the gate I guess.
