I actually learned this while learning pentesting, they suggested getting a clipboard and a reflective vest. Because if ever a client thinks that they don't need to think about security with the assumption that an attacker can have physical access to the network and the computers, ask them how they think most of their employees would react to someone with a reflective vest and a clipboard walking around confidently. The main argument in favor of speed limits I find is that you want to avoid high speed differential interactions on the road. If 25%-40% of people are not confortable driving close to a limit that's set too high, then you're gonna have a lot of high speed differential interactions. So it makes sense setting the limit at what a vast majority of drivers (including new drivers and elderly drivers) are comfortable at, not what the most confident/skilled drivers are comfortable at.

From what I gather the main issue is that there's also some sort of consensus around right to a due process, and the system is set up (likely deliberately) to be incapable of processing these rights at a reasonable rate. And that is weaponized to grind everything to a crawl. Trying to change the system to pick up the pace is a messy business that is set up to extract as much bad optics from whoever does it as possible, making it seem like they're playing loose with basic human rights.

The worst part is that it would be trivial for Microsoft to release a perfectly fine OS. It would cost them next to nothing. The "bones" of Windows 11 are fine, it's all supplementary UX bullshit they force onto you that ruin it. They basically just need to make version that has the equivalent of those "Windows fixing" scripts run on it. But they INSIST, you NEED telemetry, you NEED Copilot, you NEED to have a fucking Microsoft Account, you NEED to see clickbait news headlines in your fucking start menu and everywhere you forget to disable it, you NEED to have Candy Crush ads. Yeah, the Chromatic is not meant to compete with the Analogue Pocket, it's more of a "heirloom quality GBC" than a "FPGA console".
As for the games in the Tetris Forever handheld being better, I would not bet on it. Tetris Forever is putting all the emphasis on the "Bullet Proof Software" releases, so it's probably like Famicom Tetris and some Super Famicom release like Tetris Battle Gaiden (if lucky) or a dumb Bombliss or Hatris game (if unlucky).
It's just if someone wants to pay to replicate the experience of getting a new handheld with a legitimate licenced Tetris (I remember getting my Gameboy, with Tetris, in 1991, it's one of the earliest memories I have), then I think the Chromatic is gonna be the closest to that experience. If someone just wants a handheld to play good Tetris games, the Miyoo Mini, Miyoo Mini Plus or TrimUI Brick are cheap, play well, and will play up to PSX, and will cover Gameboy Tetris, Tetris NES, Tetris arcade, all the SNES Tetris, all the official PSX Tetris, and the unofficial PSX port of TGM1.
If you go up a tier of handheld (still probably cheaper than the Limited Run Collector Edition), you can add Tetris DS, the two Saturn Tetris and TGM2. Even some of the cheaper devices might be able to do it now, I just learned about the BATLEXP G350.

I still support him, but for a couple of years I feel he's been chafing at not being able to directly address politics or politics adjascent topics. He's smart enough to know that will probably split his audience and lose him a lot of viewers (both those who don't agree with his politics, and those who enjoy that his channel is a mostly politics-free zone), but I can understand the temptation when you have strong convictions to try and use your megaphone for "good".
