I shared on my IG that my soon to be husband did my taxes for me, without me asking and made sure that it was fully taken care of and how INCREDIBLE that felt (shoutout to @nprofile…t695 ) and someone commented :
“But aren’t you independent…”
I said “‘nope - very much dependent”
Culture has told us that depending on our men was somehow “dangerous” or “unsafe”.
I believed it for a long time.

When you’re parenting
You don’t prove you’re in charge by controlling your child and everything they do,
You prove you’re in charge by being in control of yourself.
I’m still learning how to apply this - trust me.
But I’m super committed to changing the entire programming I’ve been raised with and give my daughter and future kids a completely different template on how they experience love, play, discipline, grace, learning and growth.

I was in New Age Spirituality for 18 years. My mom brought us to psychic therapists when we were young teens to “help us cope” with divorce trauma and massive life changes.
I grew up with it and after some of the darkest times of my life & massive growth, I made it my work for nearly 8 years.
New Age was not a trend like it is today.
We were the “woo woo” ones.
Energy healing, frequencies, manifestations, witchcraft - we’re all taboo. Now it’s wide in the open..
accepted, rewarded, sold
you’re seen as someone who “knows the truth” - as someone who cares about being spiritual.
Until you read the Bible.
Until you meet Him.
Until the counterfeit power doesn’t work anymore because it was never meant to last. It’s a counterfeit for a reason.
God told me to close my business May 2025. I didn’t know why. End of June 2025, I gave my life to Christ and He lifted the veil.
I couldn’t believe how deceitful New Age was. I was in deep grief for an industry I loved for so long that all of a sudden I saw clearly; how the enemy made it his perfect trap for the vulnerable.
“There shall not be found among you anyone who… practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens, or a sorcerer or a charmer or a medium or a necromancer… For whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord.” — Deuteronomy 18:10–12
God clearly warns against seeking power, guidance, or knowledge from any spiritual source outside of Him.
Here’s what that looks like today:
• Sacrificing children → Not always literal, but the same root shows up when success, identity, or belief systems come before the well-being of your children
• Fortune-telling → Tarot cards, oracle decks, psychic readings to “see your future”
• Sorcery → Manifestation rituals, moon rituals, using substances or practices to access spiritual realms or control outcomes
• Interpreting omens → Angel numbers (like 11:11), “signs from the universe” guiding your decisions
• Witchcraft → Spellwork, “white magic,” identifying as a modern witch, energy manipulation
• Casting spells → Speaking things “into existence,” scripting or affirmations meant to create reality
• Mediums / psychics → Channeling, spirit guides, receiving messages from unseen spiritual sources
• Calling forth the dead → Attempting to contact deceased loved ones, séances, spirit boards
This isn’t something to take lightly and It’s not something that’s religious.
God told us this, in his living Word, for a reason.
God is our designer, our Creator
He knows us better than we know ourselves.
This is ALL to protect us, to guide us, to love us.
He warns us about this because He knows the severe consequences on our souls and spirits.
Ephesians 6:12 “for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark word and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places”
We all know something is off.
We know the world is corrupt.
We can feel the emptiness in our souls that’s why we search and search and search because we’re thirsty.
But there’s only one that can quench our thirst…
“Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him, will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring water welling up to eternal life” John 4:13-14
Turn away from new age.
Go to Him with a humble heart.
Tell Him you don’t know where to start but you want to.
Ask Him to reveal Himself to you and He will 🫶🏼

when you try to fix a problem by focusing on the problem,
you are using a safety strategy that makes you feel more in control
it only gives short term relief because it feels like you’re doing something about it
but perpetuates the anxiety long term & rarely solves it
Here’s what you can do instead 👇🏼
1. Acknowledge there’s something you’re unhappy with and you want a different experience
2. Decide it’s changing as you speak & think about it (no doubt in mind)
3. Instead of focusing on “how do I fix this” - “I need to fix this now” which ends up driving you into actions where you’ll try to get rid of the anxiety of the thing potentially not changing or remaining the same …. focus on “what do I want to create instead?” 🧐
What do you WANT?
Can you be CURIOUS about a different reality instead of trying to CONTROL it to become something different?
Who would you have to be and what would you have to change in order to have what you want and CREATE this new experience ?

Being physically healthy is one thing but to also care for your inner mental landscape is crucial.
In #quantumbiology they even speak of your thoughts affecting the water molecules structure in your fascia (and everything else obviously)
And your mental health is very much dictated by your ability to be emotionally healthy which has a synergistic relationship with your nervous system, your hormones, your circadian rhythm and gut health.

I remember being 12 and my mom telling me I needed to start using products to cleanse my face because “I don’t want to get pimples right?!” (ended up getting acne…)
I just thought maybe i wasn’t doing enough and I needed entire skin care routine but everything about it felt so unnatural. But I probably should just keep doing it because everyone else is…
It cost SO much money, so much TIME and energy and i kept thinking … for what? The hopes I’ll have less wrinkles and a more desirable skin? As though that’s all I’m worth?
I remember thinking: wth did our ancestors do because no way in hell was it ever close to this
My experience is - the simpler the better. And most of the time simple, WILL BE HARD. Focus is HARD. Less is HARD.
And it’s hard to do in our modern world where everything is about consume, do more, be more.

And it SUCKS the life out of us. Truly is such a waste of vitality. Doing all the things does NOT give you vitality.
Every symptom we have and response we have is PRRFECT according to our environment. Our bodies are SOOOO intelligent. It always has your back even if and when it feels like it’s fighting you.
And our world that drains the life out of women, is a world that is UNHEALTHY AF because nature knows how important the health of the woman is ….
“… prioritize the health and healing of the woman and she will heal her entire community”
We need to rebuild our world and what we consider normal and we need to prioritize our health more than ever especially the mothers 💛🌙
So I don’t need another skin routine, I need a world that doesn’t suck the life out of women.

Heres how I place boundaries to protect my energy while still having thriving relationships 🫶🏼
Being raised in an enmeshed family, I was taught that boundaries meant = disconnection & loss of relationships and that was the core issue. Loss of tribe / family is also the most threatening thing to your system when you’re young so you can imagine I had no boundaries.
Having parameters, a container, something to HOLD the relationship- is essential. Not a question. And if it threatens your relationships, then you either need to see it was never healthy in the first place & its time to get clear on your needs and KNOW that they are important.
Some ways I place boundaries :
1. I don’t pickup the phone right away when someone calls / texts me. I check in with myself - am I available for this right now ? (Mentally, emotionally and physically) my energy is mainly for my daughter and partner - anything else is secondary.
2. If something is costing me my peace, then it’s too expensive. I am honest and clear “I dont have bandwidth for this right now - thanks for understanding” it doesn’t leave space for questions or openness. “This is what I need and there’s no debate”
3. I schedule time for calls and catch ups with friends and family instead of just having it on a whim. It sets a framework, a time, intention and more presence for the calls.
Im still learning boundaries with myself for my own life and work flows.

My little bear woke up at 430 am this morning - she went to bed at 6PM. Old version of me would’ve been PISSED. New version of me went “ let’s rest for 30 mins then let’s make the most of it with a sunrise walk on the beach”

When I gave birth to my daughter Willow, my partner and I were clear that we wanted her to be the least involved in the system and we opted out of a SIN.
